Study on Working Pairs of Sorption Type Air Conditioner for Electric Vehicles under Different Temperature Zones

The air conditioning(AC) system of electric vehicles(EVs) consumes a large part of electricity of on-board batteries and influences the continue voyage course seriously. The feasibility of sorption type AC for EVs has been verified theoretically to decrease this part of energy consumption. However, the choice of optimal working pairs based on local working conditions is not considered before, which can realize not only high efficiency but also the steady and reliable operation. Thus in this paper, different solid sorption working pairs used in sorption type AC under different temperature zones are studied. We utilized Rubotherm balance test unit to study the sorption properties of various working pairs(halide-ammonia) and selected candidate working pairs by Clapeyron equation and energy analysis. Results show that MnCl2 is the only choice for cold temperate zone(CTZ) and CaCl2 is optimal for warm temperate zone(WTZ), while the mixed double halide(MnCl2 and CaCl2) is recommended in other zones. In middle temperate zone(MTZ), the probability for performance dropping down is relatively large, thus the ratio(CaCl2:Mn Cl2) is recommended as 0.33–1 to take advantage of the stability property of MnCl2. While in Qinghai-Tibet plateau cold area(QTPCA, the special temperature zone in China), the ratio is chosen as 2–3 because only under the limiting condition reaction [Ca(NH3)8]Cl2 (←→) [Ca(NH3)4]Cl2 +4NH3 is invalid. Because the continued high environmental temperature will increase the probability of limiting condition, ratio of subtropical zone(STZ) is still selected as 2–3 while that of tropical Zone(TZ) is 1–2. Taking WTZ under summer condition as example, by using sorption type AC with CaCl2 as sorbent, the increment voyage course(IVC) over the practical voyage course with conventional compression AC system(PVC) ranges from 9.4% to 37.7% for different type of EVs, i.e. the continue voyage course is increased effectively. Socioeconomic Status Impacts the Prognosis of Chronic Rhinosinusitis Treated by Endoscopic Sinus Surgery:An Observational Cohort Study in Northeast China

Objective To explore the association between socioeconomic status(SES)and postoperative outcomes in patients with chronic sinusitis(CRS)after functional endoscopic sinus surgery(ESS).Methods We conducted an observational cohort study of 1,047 patients with CRS undergoing *** patients were followed up to 72 weeks for all-cause recurrence *** SES was established based on occupation,education level,and family income of the patients 1 year before the ***–Meier method was used to calculate the recovery rate after ESS,and Cox proportional hazards regression analysis was used to evaluate the relationship between SES and *** Patients of middle SES had lower unadjusted all-cause recurrence than those of low or high SES;24-week overall recovery rate was 90.4%[95%confidence interval(CI):89.6%–91.2%]in patients of middle SES,13.5%(95%CI:12.8%–14.2%)in patients of low SES,and 31.7%(95%CI:30.7%–32.7%)in patients of high SES(both log-rank P<0.001).After adjustment for covariates,hazard ratios(HRs)were7.69(95%CI:6.17–9.71,Ptrend<0.001)for all-cause recurrence for low SES versus middle SES,and 6.19(95%CI:4.78–7.93,Ptrend<0.001)for middle SES versus high *** Low SES and high SES were more associated with the worse prognosis of CRS patients after ESS than middle SES.

Coupling relationship between multicomponent recovery of rare earth tailings

About 90 % rare earth minerals and many other valuable minerals are heaped as iron tailings without comprehensive utilization. In order to comprehensively recover these valuable minerals, in a view of the valuable ore type of Baotou Steel tailing and embedded features, valuable components flow and their respective recovery coupling relationship in beneficiation flowsheet were ana- lyzed; process flows and parameters which could give consideration to four kinds of components were deter- mined. TFe, rare earth oxide （REO）, niobium and fluorite recoveries could reach 72.70 %, 81.84 %, 78.58 % and 60.18 % in low-intensity/high-intensity magnetic separa- tion, respectively. High-intensity magnetic concentration was treated by REO direct flotation; the recovery is 75.43 %, on the base of which Fe could be separated completely from Nb. The underflow was treated by reduction roasting-low-intensity magnetic separation. And the relationship between the recoveries of these valuable components was also discussed.

Preparation of Si-doped and cross linked carbon nanofibers via electrospinning and their supercapacitive properties

In this work, Si-doped cross linked carbon nanofibers(Si/CNF) were prepared by electrospinning polyacrylonitrile(PAN) solutions containing polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane(POSS) as Si source, followed by thermal treatments. Scanning electron microscope(SEM) observations showed the smooth surfaces of pure PAN nanofibers, while PAN/POSS nanofibers with obviously rough or porous surfaces were obtained with relatively high POSS content. X-ray diffraction(XRD) identified the presence of POSS in the composite nanofibers. After thermal treatments, cross linked Si/CNFs with various morphologies were obtained. Energy-dispersive X-ray(EDX) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) analyses confirmed the successful incorporation of Si into CNFs. Raman spectra suggested the degree of carbon ordering of Si/CNFs reduced slightly when compared with pure CNF. The obtained nanofibers exhibited typical performances of electric double-layer capacitors(EDLC).The specific capacitance of Si/CNF showed a moderate increase with POSS content and reached a maximum of175 F/g at 1 A/g with PAN:POSS equal to 100:5. Meanwhile Si/CNFs exhibited excellent cycling stability after1000 cycles. The influence of POSS on the capacitive performance might be attributed to the combined effects of evolution of morphology, conductivity and surface properties of Si/CNFs.

Constitutive Relation of Yunjialing Anthracite Under Medium Strain Rate

By means of the split Hopkinson pressure bar （SHPB） testing system, this paper presents a dynamic constitu- tive relation of anthracite at a strain rate of ε =5-85s^-1. Generally, the dynamic stress-strain curve for this kind of anthracite under uni-axial compression has the following four stages： a non-linear loading stage, a plastic yielding stage, a strain-strengthening stage and an unloading breakage stage. Correspondingly, the initial elastic modulus Eb, the yielding strength σs and the ultimate strength σb increase along with an increasing strain rate. The time-dependent elasticity was identified when we analyzed the mechanical properties of anthracite. Based on characteristics of measured dynamic stress-strain curves and an analysis of existing rock dynamic constitutive models, as well as a preparatory simulation, a new visco-elastic damage model has been introduced in this paper. A linear spring is put parallel to two Maxwell units with different relaxation times to express two distinct plastic flows. The damage D is equal to [Eb- E（εi）]/Eb, where Eb is the beginning modulus and the E（εi） is the slope of a connected line between the origin point and any other point on a tested stress-strain curve. In the new constitutive model, one Maxwell unit with low relaxation time φ is used to describe the response of anthracite to a low strain rate, while the other, with a high relaxation time φ describes the response of anthracite to a high strain rate. Simulated stress-strain curves from the new model are consistent with the measured curves.

BACKGROUND Pheochromocytoma is a rare endocrine tumor arising from chromaffin cells and having extensive and profound effects on the cardiovascular system by continuously or intermittently releasing *** clinical manifestations of pheochromocytoma are diverse,and the typical triad,including episodic headache,palpitations,and sweating,only occurs in 24%of pheochromocytoma patients,which often misleads clinicians into making an incorrect *** herein report the case of a patient with intermittent chest pain and elevated myocardial enzymes for 2 years who was diagnosed with *** SUMMARY A 49-year-old woman presented with intermittent chest pain for 2 *** years ago,the patient experienced chest pain and was diagnosed with acute myocardial infarction,with 25%stenosis in the left *** patient still had intermittent chest pain after *** hours before admission to our hospital,the patient experienced chest pain with nausea and vomiting,lasting for 20 *** I and urinary norepinephrine and catecholamine levels were *** electrocardiogram indicated QT prolongation and ST-segment depression in leads II,III,aVF,and V3-V6.A coronary computed tomography angiogram revealed no evidence of coronary artery *** showed left ventricular enlargement and a decreased posterior inferior wall motion ***-enhanced computed tomography demonstrated an inhomogeneous right adrenal *** patient successfully underwent laparoscopic right adrenalectomy,and histopathology confirmed adrenal *** the first-year follow-up visits,the patient was *** abnormal changes on echocardiography and electro-cardiogram *** Clinicians should be aware of pheochromocytoma.A timely and accurate diagnosis of pheochromocytoma is essential for alleviating serious cardiac complications.
