Kolmogorov's 1941 theory(K41)of similarity hypotheses and the-5/3 law for energy spectrum are considered as the most important theoretical achievement in turbulence research and the success of the modem turbulence *** assumptions of sufficient high Reynolds number and isotropy of turbulence that K41 based upon,however,cannot generally be met in practice,and thus discrepancy is often observed between the f law and direct numerical simulation(DNS)results of boundary layers in wall bounded turbulence,especially for moderate to low Reynolds number *** vector is a recently defined new physical quantity which is extracted from turbulent flow to represent the rigid rotation part of fluid ***,Liutex is free from viscous dissipation and thus independent of Reynolds number,relaxing the very high Reynold number assumption of *** similarity has been solidly demonstrated by DNS for a moderate Reynolds number turbulent boundary layer(Reθ≈1000),both the frequency and wavenumber spectrum of Liutex accurately matches the-5/3 law,which is obviously much better than the turbulence energy spectrum,while vorticity and other popular vortex identification methods,Q criterion for example,do not possess such a distinguished feature due to stretching and shearing contamination.

Great promotion to the reproduction of white rot fungus Phanerochaete chrysosporium by adding natural lixiviums such as from wood, maize core and potato in liquid medium was found in this research. Incubated in the liquid medium contained 10 mg/L glucose as carbon source with natural lixiviums for three days, the production of mycelium pellet reaches more than 80 g/L, which is 5 times more than that of without natural lixiviums. Incubated in the liquid medium contained 5 mg/L glucose as carbon source with natural lixiviums for three days, the production of mycelium pellet can reach 69.5 g/L, while the production in the medium without natural lixiviums is very low. When the liquid medium contained 1—20 g/L glucose as carbon source, the production of mycelium pellet in 3 d can only reach 12.5 g/L to 14.5 g/L. The fungus in the medium with potato lixiviums are easily contaminated by other microorganisms and in the medium with maize core lixiviums are easily bulking, while in the medium with wood lixiviums are neither easily contaminated nor bulking. Medium with wood lixiviums can produce more pellet than other medium, endure contamination and keep better sedimentation capacity. So that, wood lixivium is better additive to the culture of white rot fungi in liquid medium. Addition of the mixture of wood, maize core and potato lixiviums is of advantage to the production of mycelium pellet. The difference of the production in the medium with different amount of wood lixiviums showed little in the first 3 d, while it expanded after 3 d. Wood lixiviums stimulate the growth of P. chrysosporium instead of supply organics which fungi need.

Accelerated life test(ALT) is currently the main method of assessing product reliability rapidly, and the design of efficient test plans is a critical step to ensure that ALTs can assess the product reliability accurately, quickly, and economically. With the promotion of the national strategy of civil-military integration, ALT will be widely used in the research and development(R&D) of various types of products, and the ALT plan design theory will face further challenges. To aid engineers in selecting appropriate theories and to stimulate researchers to develop the theories required in engineering, with focus on the demands for theory research that arise from the implementation of ALT, this paper reviews and summarizes the development of ALT plan design theory. The development of the theory and method for planning optimal ALT for location-scale distribution, which is the most applied and mature theory of designing the optimal ALT plan, are described in detail. Taking this as the center of radiation, some problems that ALT now faces, such as the verification of the statistical model, limitation of sample size, solutions of resource limits, optimization of the test arrangement, and management of product complexity, are discussed, and the general ideas and methods of solving these problems are analyzed. Suggestions for selecting appropriate ALT plan design theories are proposed, and the urgent solved theory problems and opinions of their solutions are proposed. Based on the principle of convenience for engineers to select appropriate methods according to the problems found in practice, this paper reviews the development of optimal ALT plan design theory by taking the engineering problems arising from the ALT implementation as the main thread, provides guidelines on selecting appropriate theories for engineers, and proposes opinions about the urgent solved theory problems for researchers.

作物秸秆的处理和循环利用已成为农业科研领域的热点.优化小麦-玉米周年秸秆管理,可实现种植系统碳效率提高,并促进小麦-玉米周年可持续生产.基于持续8a的秸秆还田长期定位试验,设立了麦-玉双季还田(WS-MS)和麦-玉单季还田(WSMN)这两个处理,对比分析了WS-MS处理和WS-MN处理下秸秆还田量对土壤有机碳(TOC)含量、易氧化有机碳(EOOC)含量、土壤碳储量、碳库管理指数(CPMI)、碳利用效率和作物产量的影响.结果表明,WS-MS处理和WS-MN处理的TOC含量分别增加了8.1%和5.5%,WS-MS处理和WS-MN处理的EOOC含量分别增加了50.4%和45.5%;0~20 cm土层,WS-MS处理和WS-MN处理有机碳储量分别提升了20.5%和18.3%;但是WS-MS处理较WS-MN处理的提升皆不显著.WS-MS处理的碳库指数(CPI)、碳库活度(CPA)、碳库活度指数(CPAI)和CPMI较WS-MN处理分别高出3.7%、20.5%、2.2%和7.9%.对于产量而言,WS-MN处理的麦-玉周年产量较WS-MS处理高出0.2%,年均生产效率和生态效率分别较WS-MS处理显著高出136.1%和64.2%.WS-MN处理降低农田碳投入,导致其碳效益显著高于WS-MS处理.因此,统筹考量秸秆还田方式、秸秆碳利用效率以及作物产量,在不显著影响小麦-玉米周年籽粒产量及其土壤碳库的前提下,仅小麦秸秆单季还田更适于黄淮海地区小麦-玉米一年两熟集约化种植的周年秸秆资源高效利用的管理方式.

土壤呼吸是陆地生态系统的第二大碳通量,其微小的变化都会影响生态系统碳平衡。然而,养分添加和改变降水的交互作用对草地生态系统土壤自养呼吸(Ra)和土壤异养呼吸(Rh)的影响尚不明确。本研究以晋北赖草草地为研究对象,依托氮磷钾添加+增减雨试验平台,采用深-浅环法区分Ra和Rh,结合相关生物和非生物因子,探究养分添加、改变降水及其交互作用对Ra和Rh的影响和机制。结果表明:养分添加+增加50%降水处理显著提高土壤总呼吸(Rs)、Ra和土壤CO_(2)累积排放量;Ra与植物生产力和土壤温度呈正相关;而Rh与土壤温度呈正相关,与微生物生物量氮呈负相关;结构方程模型分析表明土壤pH和土壤NO_(3)^(-)-N间接调控养分添加和改变降水对土壤呼吸的影响。本研究强调了在全球气候变化背景下不能仅考虑养分添加或降水变化的单独效应,更要综合全球变化多因子的影响。

Background:In the overall surgical population,inadvertent perioperative hypothermia has been associated with an increased incidence of surgical site infection(SSI).However,recent clinical trials did not validate this *** study aimed to investigate the potential correlation between inadvertent perioperative hypothermia and SSIs following liver ***:This retrospective cohort study included all consecutive patients who underwent liver resection between January 2019 and December 2021 at the First Affiliated Hospital,Zhejiang University School of *** temperature managements were implemented for all patients included in the *** propensity score matching(PSM)was performed to reduce the baseline imbalances between the normothermia and hypothermia *** and after PSM,univariate analyses were performed to evaluate the correlation between hypothermia and *** regression analysis was performed to determine whether hypothermia was an independent risk factor for postoperative transfusion and major *** analyses were performed for diabetes mellitus,age>65 years,and major liver ***:Among 4000 patients,2206 had hypothermia(55.2%),of which 150 developed SSI(6.8%).PSM yielded 1434 individuals in each *** PSM,the hypothermia and normothermia groups demonstrated similar incidence rates of SSI(7.0%vs.6.3%,P=0.453),postoperative transfusion(13.7%vs.13.3%,P=0.743),and major complications(10.1%vs.9.0%,P=0.309).Univariate regression analysis revealed no significant effects of hypothermia on the incidence of SSI in the group with the highest hypothermia exposure[odds ratio(OR)=1.25,95%confidence interval(CI):0.84-1.87,P=0.266],the group with moderate exposure(OR=1.00,95%CI:0.65-1.53,P=0.999),or the group with the lowest exposure(OR=1.11,95%CI:0.73-1.65,P=0.628).The subgroup analysis revealed similar *** liver function,patients in the hypothermia group demonstrated l
