Tassel, the male reproductive organs in maize, its development is adversely affected by drought during tasseling. To determine drought tolerance mechanisms of tassel differentiation at transcriptome level, RNA-Seq was performed using RNA of early developing tassel from 10 maize inbred lines under well-watered （control） and drought-stressed conditions, respectively. Results showed that the most active pathway for drought stress in maize were related to metabolic regulation at RNA level. And some genes, encoding enzymes involved in carbohydrate and lipid metabolism, were significantly down-regulated in drought-stressed plants. While, the transcription factors and genes, encoding catabolic or degradative enzymes, were over-expressed in maize early developing tassels under drought-stressed conditions, and among them, the transcripts of genes encoding exon-junction complexes involved in ＇RNA transcript＇ and ＇mRNA surveillance＇ pathways were significantly affected by drought stress. In addition, many other genes related to drought stress showed transcriptional changes at the later period of stress.

Radical trachelectomy （RT） is a fertility-sparing treatment for young women with early-stage cervical cancer. We report here a case of a 30-year-old nulliparous woman who presented with stage IA2 cervical squamous cancer. She was treated with total laparoscopic radical trachelectomy （TLRT） and laparoscopic pelvic lymphadenectomy （LPL）. During this procedure, the ascending branches of uterine arteries were preserved. No metastasis was identified after fourteen months of follow-up. The menstrual pattern normalized and the patient has been attempting to conceive for two *** might be a safe fertility-preserving procedure for early-stage cervical cancer, due to its minimally invasive nature and shorter recovery time. However, more data are required on recurrence rate, fertility rate and pregnancy outcome in order to fully evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of TLRT.

Background Acute subdural haematoma （ASDH） is a common traumatic brain injury with a relatively high mortality rate. However, few studies have examined the factors predicting the outcome of isolated traumatic ASDH. This clinical study examined the hospital mortality and analyzed the risk factors for mortality in patients treated surgically for isolated traumatic ASDH.Methods We collected 308 consecutive patients who underwent neurosurgery for isolated traumatic ASDH between January 1999 and December 2007 and used multivariate Logistic regression analysis to evaluate the influence of 11 clinical variables on hospital mortality.Results The overall hospital mortality was 21.75% （67/308）. Age （OR=1.807）, preoperative Glasgow Coma Score （OR=0.316）, brain herniation （OR=2.181） and the time from trauma to decompression （OR=1.815） were independent predictors of death, while no independent association was observed between hospital mortality and haematoma volume, midline shift, acute brain swelling or brain herniation duration, although these variables were correlated with hospital mortality in univariate analyses.Conclusions This study identified the risk factors for hospital mortality in patients who underwent surgical treatment for isolated traumatic ASDH. An increased risk of death occurs in patients who are over 50 years of age and have lower preoperative Glasgow Coma Scores, the presence of brain herniation and a long interval between trauma and decompression. The findings should help clinicians determine management criteria and improve survival.

In scenarios where a large amount of data needs to be learned,incremental learning can make full use of old knowledge,signif-icantly reduce the computational cost of the overall learning process,and maintain high *** this paper,taking the MaxCut problem as our example,we introduce the idea of incremental learning into quantum computing,and propose a Quantum Proactive Incremental Learning algorithm(QPIL).Instead of a one-off training of quantum circuit,QPIL contains a multi-phase training on gradually-increased subgraphs of all vertices,proactively reducing large-scale problems to smaller ones to solve in steps,providing an efficient solution for ***,some vertices and corresponding edges are randomly selected for training to obtain optimized parameters of the quantum circuit at ***,in each incremental phase,the remaining vertices and corresponding edges are gradually added and the parameters obtained from the previous phase are reused in the parameter initialization of the current *** perform experiments on 120 different small-scale graphs,and it shows that QPIL performs superior to prevalent quantum and classical baselines in terms of approximation ratio(AR),time cost,anti-forgetting,and solv-ing *** particular,QPIL’s AR surpasses 20%of mainstream quantum baselines,and the time cost is less than 1/5 of *** idea of QPIL is expected to inspire efficient and high-quality solutions in large-scale MaxCut and other combinatorial optimization problems.

This paper deeply introduces a brand-new research method for the synchronous characteristics of DC microgrid bus voltage and an improved synchronous control *** method mainly targets the problem of bus voltage oscillation caused by the bifurcation behavior of DC microgrid ***,the article elaborately establishes a mathematical model of a single distributed power source with hierarchical *** this basis,a smallworld network model that can better adapt to the topology structure of DC microgrids is further ***,a voltage synchronization analysis method based on the main stability function is proposed,and the synchronous characteristics of DC bus voltage are deeply studied by analyzing the size of the minimum non-zero *** view of the situation that the line coupling strength between distributed power sources is insufficient to achieve bus voltage synchronization,this paper innovatively proposes a new improved adaptive controller to effectively control voltage *** the convergence of the designed controller is strictly proved by using Lyapunov’s stability ***,the effectiveness and feasibility of the designed controller in this paper are fully verified through detailed simulation *** comparative analysis with the traditional adaptive controller,it is found that the newly designed controller can make the bus voltages of each distributed power source achieve synchronization more quickly,and is significantly superior to the traditional adaptive controller in terms of anti-interference performance.

The combined reagents of sodium N-oleoylsarcosinate(SNOS)with metal ions(Ca(Ⅱ),Mg(Ⅱ),Cu(Ⅱ),and Pb(Ⅱ))was employed to facilitate the separation of lepidolite from *** synergistic interaction mechanism of this combined reagent was systematically investigated via contact angle measurements,AFM,FTIR,species distribution calculations,and DFT *** results suggested that Ca(Ⅱ)exhibited the best selectivity for activating lepidolite *** was chemically adsorbed on the Ca(Ⅱ)-activated lepidolite surface with an adsorption energy of−1248.91 kJ/mol while a lower adsorption energy of−598.84 kJ/mol of SNOS on Ca(Ⅱ)-activated feldspar was ***,this combination of SNOS and Ca(Ⅱ)is a promising reagent scheme for the efficient recovery of lithium from aluminosilicate ore.

Despite sulfurization offers the advantage of improving the photovoltaic performance in preparing Cu（In,Ga）Se2（CIGS） absorbers,deep level defects in the absorber and poor energy level alignment on the front surface are still main obstacles limiting the improvement of power co nversion efficiency（PCE） in sulfided CIGS solar ***,an in-situ Na doping strategy is proposed,in which the tailing effect of crystal growth is used to promote the sulfurization of CIGS *** is found that the grain growth is supported by Na incorporating due to the enrichment of NaSexnear the upper *** high soluble Na during grain growth can not only suppress intrinsic InCudonor defects in the absorber,but also tailor S distribution in bulk and the band alignment at the heterojunction,which are both beneficial for the effective electron ***,the Na aggregation near the bottom of the absorber also contributes to the crystalline quality increasing and favorable ultra-thin MoSe2formation at back contact,resulting in a reduced barrier height conducive to hole *** of the champion device is as high as 16.76% with a 28% *** research offers new insights into synthesizing CIGS solar cells and other chalcogenide solar cells with superior cell performance when using an intense sulfurization process.

Designing highly performed uricase-like nanozymes through enzymatic-like colorimetric analysis system is of vital significance for the quantitative detection of uric acid(UA).Herein,series of Ce-UiO-66 nanozymes with different surface charges through the ligand engineering strategy were rationally designed and synthesized as efficient uricase mimics with tailorable uricase-like activities to catalytically convert UA into allantoin and ***,by tuning the functional groups of 1,4-benzoic acid ligands,we explored the relationships between the surface charges of Ce-UiO-66-X(X=H,NO_(2),Br,CH_(3),and OH)nanozymes and their uricase-like *** them,Ce UiO-66-CH_(3) with the moderate surface charge exhibited optimal substrate adsorption and product desorption,displaying the highest uricase-like ***,H2O2,as the product of UA oxidation,enabled Ce-UiO-66-CH_(3) itself as a dose-dependent chromogenic substrate of H_(2)O_(2),giving a white-to-orange color evolution due to the Ce-UiO-66-CH_(3)-to-CeO_(2) phase ***,a smartphone-assisted all-in-one enzyme/reagent-free biosensor based on Ce-UiO-66-CH_(3) was established for the precise visual detection of UA analysis,which was featured by a wide detection range(31–4000µM),a high sensitivity(limit of detection:8.9µM),a rapid response(-3 min),a high structural stability,and a high anti-interference ability.
