Tissue distribution and changes in dopamine during development and stress responses in Malus germplasm

Dopamine is a catecholamine and an anti-oxidant which functions in responses to stress and it interacts with plant hormones to mediate plant *** present,there are few studies on the functions of dopamine in *** study developed a method for dopamine determination which was used to analyze dopamine in Malus germplasm,in order to clarify the tissue distribution,developmental changes,diurnal variations,and stress responses in apple ***,the proposed method was *** linear range of quantification was robust from 0.1 to 20 ng mL^(–1).The instrumental,inter-day precision,and sample repeatability relative standard deviations were 1.024,5.607,and 7.237%,*** spiked recovery was greater than 100%,indicating the feasibility of the method and its suitability for the rapid analysis of dopamine in ***,the dopamine content was measured in 322 Malus *** results showed that the dopamine level in Malus was low and the average dopamine content in leaf was higher than in peel and *** dopamine had a skewed distribution that deviated to the right in cultivars and wild ***,the tissue specificity,developmental changes,diurnal changes,and responses to stress were *** cultivar ‘Pinova’(Malus domestica),the dopamine concentration was the highest in leaf buds and lowest in *** dopamine contents in leaf and flesh decreased with the growth and development of cultivar ‘Liangxiang’(Malus domestica).The dopamine content of apple leaves was higher after either drought or salinity stress as compared to the *** this study,a dopamine detection method for apple was established based on HPLC-MS and shown to be a robust *** study provides a framework for future research on elucidating the tissue distribution,developmental changes,diurnal variation,and stress responses of dopamine in apple trees.

The mitigation effects of exogenous dopamine on low nitrogen stress in Malus hupehensis

Dopamine plays numerous physiological roles in *** explored its role in the regulation of growth,nutrient absorption,and response to nitrogen(N)deficiency in Malus hupehensis *** low N condition,plant growth slowed,and the net photosynthetic rates,chlorophyll contents,and maximal quantum yield of PSII(Fv/Fm)decreased ***,the application of 100μmol L−1 exogenous dopamine significantly reduced the inhibition of low N stress on plant *** addition to modifying root system architecture under low N supply,exogenous dopamine also changed the uptake,transport,and distribution of N,P,and ***,exogenous dopamine enhances the tolerance to low nitrogen stress by increasing the activity of enzymes(nitrate reductase,nitrite reductase,glutamic acid synthase and glutamine synthetase)involved in N *** also found that exogenous dopamine promoted the expression of ethylene signaling genes(ERF1,ERF2,EIL1,ERS2,ETR1,and EIN4)under low N ***,we hypothesized that ethylene might be involved in dopamine response to low N stress in *** results suggest that exogenous dopamine can mitigate low N stress by regulating the absorption of mineral nutrients,possibly through the regulation of the ethylene signaling pathway.

针对黑猩猩优化算法存在迭代速度慢、精度不高及初始化分布不均匀等问题,提出一种融合多策略的改进黑猩猩优化算法。采用改进的Sine混沌映射初始化种群,解决种群边界聚集分布问题,引入考虑线性权重系数、自适应加速因子的粒子群思想,配合改进的非线性收敛因子平衡算法的全局搜索能力,加快算法收敛,提高收敛精度。引入自适应水波因子改进麻雀精英突变和Bernoulli混沌映射策略,提高个体跳出局部最优的能力。利用22个基准测试函数进行迭代分析求解和Wilcoxon秩和统计检验,得出所提算法迭代速度更快、精度更高、跳出局部最优能力更强。将所提算法应用到工程实例中,进一步验证算法处理现实优化问题的优越性。

Reciprocal translocation experiments reveal gut microbiome plasticity and host specificity in a Qinghai-Xizang Plateau lizard

Animal adaptation to environmental challenges is a complex process involving intricate interactions between the host genotype and gut microbiome composition. The gut microbiome, highly responsive to external environmental factors, plays a crucial role in host adaptability and may facilitate local adaptation within species. Concurrently, the genetic background of host populations influences gut microbiome composition,highlighting the bidirectional relationship between host and microbiome. Despite this, our understanding of gut microbiome plasticity and its role in host adaptability remains limited, particularly in reptiles. To clarify this issue,we conducted a reciprocal translocation experiment with gravid females of the Qinghai toad-headed lizards(Phrynocephalus vlangalii) between high-altitude(2?600 m a.s.l.) and superhigh-altitude(3?600 m a.s.l.) environments on Dangjin Mountain of the Qinghai-Xizang Plateau,China. One year later, we assessed the phenotypes and gut microbiomes of their offspring. Results revealed significant plasticity in gut microbiome diversity and structure in response to contrasting elevations. Highaltitude conditions increased diversity, and maternal effects appeared to enable high-altitude lizards to maintain elevated diversity when exposed to superhigh-altitude environments. Additionally, superhigh-altitude lizards displayed distinct gut microbiome structures with notable host specificity, potentially linked to their lower growth rates. Overall, these findings underscore the importance of the gut microbiome in facilitating reptilian adaptation to rapid environmental changes across altitudinal ***, this study provides critical insights into microbial mechanisms underpinning local adaptation and adaptative plasticity, offering a foundation for future research on host-microbiome interactions in evolutionary and ecological contexts.

设计并开发一款基于机器视觉的智能门锁系统。用户可以通过人脸识别的方式验证开锁,用遥控方式辅助开锁,解决指纹锁准确性差和门禁卡易复制等问题。智能门锁系统以STC89C52单片机为控制芯片,由OPEN MV模块、ZIGBEE无线串口模块及红外遥控模块等构成,通过在LBP算法中加入均值滤波算法优化人脸识别的效率。测试结果表明,开发的智能门锁系统识别效率高、准确性好、性能稳定,使用便捷安全。

B_(4)C-60Ni添加量对WC-B_(4)C-Ni复合涂层耐磨性能的影响

目的改善TC4钛合金表面的耐磨性能,延长其使用寿命。方法通过超音速火焰喷涂(HVAF)技术在TC4钛合金上制备含不同质量分数B_(4)C-60Ni的WC10Co4Cr-B_(4)C-60Ni复合涂层,通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)、维氏硬度测试和摩擦磨损实验,分析B_(4)C-60Ni含量对复合涂层的相组成、微观形貌、元素分布、显微硬度、耐磨性能的影响,以及复合涂层的磨损机制。结果复合涂层的相组成相似,B_(4)C-60Ni的添加使得复合涂层组织更加致密,涂层孔隙率小于1%;涂层硬度随着B_(4)C-60Ni质量分数的增加而降低,其中B_(4)C-60Ni的质量分数为10%的复合涂层具有最高的显微硬度(1228HV0.3),约为基体的4倍;涂层的摩擦因数均低于0.5,且涂层的磨痕深度小于15μm,磨损量随着B_(4)C-60Ni质量分数的增加而增大。其中,WC10Co4Cr-10B_(4)C-60Ni涂层的耐磨性最好,其体积磨损率仅为4.588×10^(-7)mm^(3)/(N·m),相较于TC4基体(3.059×10^(-4)mm^(3)/(N·m))降低了3个数量级。结论适量添加B_(4)C-60Ni可提高涂层的致密度,B_(4)C-60Ni能够与金属黏结相相互支撑和填充,形成相互间钩爪式的锁定结构,涂层表现出优异的耐磨性。但是添加过量的B_(4)C-60Ni会导致WC分解,摩擦性能下降。

How moisture loss affects coal porosity and permeability during gas recovery in wet reservoirs?

Moisture in coal seams changes gas adsorption capacity, induces coal deformation, and affects coal porosity. However, fewer studies have investigated the dynamic process of moisture loss. In this study, a fully coupled multi-physical model for coal deformation, gas flow and moisture loss was implemented. It validated the coal-gas-moisture interactions of the decay of gas adsorption capacity and the coal ***, the proposed model was applied to a simulation of coal seam gas recovery from wet reservoir and solved using the finite method in COMSOL Multiphysics 3.5. Analyses of the component factors and the sensitive parameters of moisture loss on coal porosity and permeability were comprehensively studied at last. The results reveal that moisture loss enhances coal porosity and permeability. The decay of gas adsorption capacity decreases coal permeability while the coal shrinkage promotes it. The decrease of the adsorption decay coefficient and the increase of the initial density of saturated water vapor and water evaporation constant can enhance the permeability of wet coal seams.

目的探讨LncRNA CRNDE在喀什地区维吾尔族结直肠癌患者中的表达及其临床意义。方法收集喀什地区第一人民医院2016-01—2020-12结直肠癌组织206例,采用原位杂交技术检测石蜡组织标本中LncRNA CRNDE的表达,分析其表达的临床意义。结果在喀什地区维吾尔族结直肠癌患者中,LncRNA CRNDE在结直肠癌组织标本中的表达高于正常结直肠黏膜组织,其表达水平在结直肠癌的临床病理参数如不同分化、TNM分期、浸润深度、淋巴结转移及远处转移中差异有统计学意义(P均0.05)。另比较LncRNA CRNDE在广东省和新疆喀什地区结直肠癌患者中的表达,发现仅在肿瘤高分化病例中存在差异(P0.05)。结论 LncRNA CRNDE在喀什地区维吾尔族结直肠癌组织标本高表达,在肿瘤不同分化、TNM分期、浸润深度、是否有淋巴结转移及远处转移中的表达水平有明显统计学差异。在广东省汉族和喀什地区维吾尔族结直肠癌患者高分化病例间,LncRNA CRNDE的表达存在显著差异,而其在不同TNM分期、中低分化病例间不存在民族、地域差异。

Local magnetic moment oscillation around an Anderson impurity on graphene

We theoretically investigate the spin resolved Friedel oscillation(FO)and quasiparticle interference(QPI)in graphene induced by an Anderson *** the impurity becomes magnetic,the resulted FO becomes spin dependent,which gives rise to a local magnetic moment oscillation with an envelop decaying as r^(-2) in real space in the doping ***,at half filling,the electron density and local magnetic moment will not oscillate but decay as r^(-3).Such spin resolved FO has both sublattice and spin ***,the local magnetic moment decay at half filling only occurs at one sublattice of graphene,which is quite like the phenomenon observed in the STM experiment(***ález-Herrero et al.,Science 352,437(2016)).We further give an analytic formula about such spin dependent FO based on the stationary phase ***,we study the interference of quasiparticles around the magnetic impurity by calculating the spin dependent Fourier-transformed local density of states(FT-LDOS).Our work gives a comprehensive understanding about the local magnetic moment oscillation around an Anderson impurity on graphene.

Although class A auxin response factors(ARFs)are known to regulate adventitious root(AR)development through the canonical SCFTIR1-Aux/IAA-ARF signaling pathway,the regulatory role of class B ARFs in AR development remains largely ***,this research focused on the role of class B ARF transcription factors in peach(Prunus persica‘Shengli')adventitious root ***,we report the role of a class B ARF gene Pp ARF4 in adventitious root formation in *** transcriptome and q RT-PCR analyses showed that the transcription of Pp ARF4 was significantly up-regulated in auxin-treated stem explants.Y2H assay showed that Pp ARF4 had no interaction with Pp IAAs(AUXIN/INDOLE ACETIC ACIDs).Pp ARF4 could bind the promoters of lateral root development gene Pp LBD16 and auxin transport gene Pp PIN1 to activate their *** overexpression of Pp ARF4 and Pp LBD16 in Arabidopsis promoted AR ***,Pp ARF4 could act as a negative regulator of flavone synthesis and thus prevent the explants from *** results not only provide novel insights into the functions of ARFs in regulating plant growth and development,but will also be useful for fulfilling asexual propagation by stem cuttings in peach.
