The management of acute ischemic stroke remains challenging due to its abrupt onset and the narrow treatment window,resulting in high rates of disability and *** therapy for neuroprotection and neurorepair strategies provided new hopes for subacute stroke *** we designed a multistage nanodelivery system that matches the unique microenvironment of the subacute phase of stroke,which utilizes calixarene as a building block to effectively load the neuroprotective drug *** calixarene is designed with glycosidic linkages targeting the glucose transporter 1 (GLUT1)on the blood-brain barrier (BBB) and azo bonds that are responsive to hypoxic ***,the decomposed calixarene molecules themselves possess intrinsic bio-activation to modulate inflammatory responses,achieving a multistage therapeutic approach that transitions from targeting to release and finally to *** approach combines anti-inflammation and neuroprotection,providing a multi-level treatment *** system was validated in a rat model of permanent middle cerebral artery occlusion (pMCAO),demonstrating that intravenous administration of the nanodelivery system repairs brain damage and improves motor function 24 h post-pMCAO *** work offers a precise and integrative strategy for stroke patients missing the acute therapy window to improve functional recovery and enhance the effect of comprehensive treatment.

Hematopoiesis is a finely tuned process that generates all blood cell types through self-renewal and differentiation, which is crucial for maintaining homeostasis. Acute infections can prompt a hematopoietic response known as emergency myelopoiesis. In this study, using a Candida albicans (C. albicans) infection model, we demonstrated for the first time that disruption of Fhl2 led to increased fungal burden,heightened inflammatory response and reduced survival rates. Impaired myeloid hematopoiesis and immune cell production were evident, as proved by the decreased numbers of hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells (HSPCs) and granulocytes in the bone marrow of Fhl2-deficient mice. In conclusion, FHL2 regulated emergency myelopoiesis in response to C. albicans, affecting the host’s defense against pathogens.

We report the discovery of a peculiar X-ray transient,EP240408a,by Einstein Probe （EP） and follow-up studies made with EP,Swift,NICER,GROND,ATCA and other ground-based multiwavelength *** new transient was first detected with Wide-field X-ray Telescope （WXT） on board EP on April 8th,2024,manifested in an intense yet brief X-ray flare lasting for *** flare reached a peak flux of 3.9×10-9erg cm-2s-1in 0.5-4 ke V,～300 times brighter than the underlying X-ray emission detected throughout the *** and more precise follow-up observations by EP/FXT,Swift and NICER confirmed the finding of this new *** X-ray spectrum is non-thermal in 0.5-10 ke V,with a power-law photon index varying *** X-ray light curve shows a plateau lasting for ～4 d,followed by a steep decay till becoming undetectable ～10 d after the initial *** on its temporal property and constraints from previous EP observations,an unusual timescale in the range of 7-23 d is found for EP240408a,which is intermediate between the commonly found fast and long-term *** counterparts have been found in optical and near-infrared,with the earliest observation at 17 h after the initial X-ray detection,suggestive of intrinsically weak emission in these *** demonstrate that the remarkable properties of EP240408a are inconsistent with any of the transient types known so far,by comparison with,in particular,jetted tidal disruption events,gamma-ray bursts,X-ray binaries and fast blue optical *** nature of EP240408a thus remains an *** suggest that EP240408a may represent a new type of transients with intermediate timescales of the order of～10 *** detection and follow-ups of more of such objects are essential for revealing their origin.

Petal coloration and pigment components in 12 American crape myrtle cultivars （Lagerstroemia indica x Lagerstroemia fauriei） and five Chinese crape myrtle cuItivars （L. indica hybrids） were studied. Color was measured by CIEL^＊a^＊b^＊ scale and anthocyanin composition of crape myrtle was determined using high-performance liquid chromatography coupled to photodiode array detection and electrospray ionization mass spectrometry. The presence of the previously reported delphinidin 3-O-glucoside, petunidin 3-O-glucoside and malvidin 3-O-glucoside were confirmed. Cyanidin 3-O-glucoside was identified in crape myrtle for the first time. We explored the relationship between petal color and anthocyanin contents by multiple linear regression analyses. The results indicated that total fiavones and fiavonols were important variables and contributed to blue-enhancing in crape myrtle. Based on anthocyanins and co-pigments analysis, flower color breeding in crape myrtle towards true-red and blue were discussed.

特丁基对苯二酚(Tert-butylhydroquinone,TBHQ)是一种常见的新型合成抗氧化剂,可以被用来延长食物的保质期,但过量使用会危害健康.目前的检测方法中振动光谱技术具有无损快速的优点,因此采用密度泛内涵理论与振动光谱技术相结合的研究方法可以为TBHQ的检测提供理论依据和参考.理论上,基于密度泛函理论DFT(RB3LYP)的三参数混合方法以及6-31G(d,p)和6-311++G(d,p)基组对TBHQ分子空间结构进行优化,给出了TBHQ的键长、键角和二面角等空间结构参数值,确定该分子空间构型为非平面结构.采Multiwfn和VMD程序计算并分析TBHQ分子的前线轨道和静电势,预测了该分子的反应活性位点,得出苯环和酚羟基的反应活性最强.TBHQ分子静电势最小值位于酚羟基的O原子附近,最大值位于酚羟基的H原子附近.亲电试剂和亲核试剂通过静电作用将与酚羟基发生作用.实验上,利用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪对TBHQ分子进行检测,然后在优化结构的基础上计算TBHQ分子的理论红外光谱.将得到的理论红外光谱与实验采集的数据进行对比,呈现出较好的一致性.理论计算结果可见TBHQ分子在0-2000 cm^(-1)和2000-4000 cm^(-1)范围两个区域有明显的红外活性,前者主要是指纹区的振动,后者是官能团的振动;从计算结果还可以明显看出943.9 cm^(-1)为叔丁基C-C伸缩振动以及C-H面外弯曲振动.由于-OH极性基团的取代,在1278.3 cm^(-1)、1307.1 cm^(-1)、1439.1 cm^(-1)、1587.5 cm^(-1)处出现了较强的骨架振动吸收峰和酚羟基-OH面内弯曲振动模式.这些均可作为TBHQ分子的特征峰.这为理解TBHQ的作用机理提供了重要信息,也为食品添加剂的检测研究提供了理论依据.

Isolation, Identification, and Herbicidal Activity of Metabolites Produced by Pseudomonas aeruginosa CB-4

CB-4, a bacterial strain with highly effective herbicidal activity, was isolated from infected corn leaves. Through morphology, physiological and biochemical tests, and 16 S ribosomal DNA gene sequencing methods, CB-4 was identified as Pseudomonas aeruginosa. We conducted activity-evaluation experiments in the laboratory to assess the herbicidal potential of metabolites produced by strain CB-4. Crude extracts of strain CB-4 have high inhibition activity on Digitaria sanguinalis. In general, the root and shoot growth parameters of D. sanguinalis were significantly reduced by metabolites of strain CB-4. The IC50 of the culture filtrate extracts for the radicula and coleoptile of D. sanguinalis were 0.299 and 0.210 mg mL-1, respectively. Component 2 of the herbicidal activity of the crude toxin from strain CB-4 was successfully purified for the first time by using high-speed counter current chromatography with a two-phase solvent system composed of petroleum ether-ethyl acetate-methanol-water（4：5：4：5, v/v） and high-performance liquid chromatography. We concluded that the metabolites of strain CB-4 have the potential to be developed as a microbe-based herbicide.

Tolerance design, including tolerance analysis and distribution, is an important part of the electronic system’s reli- ability design. The traditional design needs to construct mathematic model of material circuit, which involves large amount of workload and lacks of practicability. This paper discusses the basic theory of electronic system’s reliability tolerance design and presents a new design method based on EDA (Electronic Design Automatic) software. This method has been validated through the application research on reliability tolerance design of the DC hybrid contactor’s control circuit.

采用溶剂热法制备了锆基MOF-808,利用其结构优势实现了中药黄连中生物碱类药物活性成分的富集与捕获,并结合其结构特点探讨了其协同低共熔溶剂捕获生物碱类活性成分过程中的相互作用。通过优化孵育捕获等条件,对黄连粗提液中药根碱的回收率达到85.78%,结合高效液相色谱技术建立了检测黄连粗提液中5种生物碱类活性成分的方法。方法的线性范围为0.1~300μg·L^(-1),检出限为0.02~0.05μg·L^(-1),相对标准偏差为0.40%~4.7%,加标回收率达到69.7%~128%。该研究实现了中药黄连中生物碱类活性成分的高效、快速富集与捕获,为MOFs材料在选择性捕获与富集中药有效成分等领域的研究提供了新思路。

Bimetallic Fe-Co/GAC （granular activated carbon） was prepared and used as heterogeneous catalyst in the ultrasound enhanced heterogeneous activation of peroxydisulfate （PS, S2O8 2-） process. The effect of initial pH, PS concentration, catalyst addition and stirring rate on the decolorization of Acid Orange 7 （AO7） was investigated. The results showed that the decolorization efficiency increased with an increase in PS concentration from 0.3 to 0.5 g/L and an increase in catalyst amount from 0.5 to 0.8 g/L. But further increase in PS concentration and catalyst addition would result in an unpronounced increase in decolorization efficiency. In the range of 300 to 900 r/min, stirring rate had little effect on AO7 decolorization. The catalyst stability was evaluated by measuring decolorization efficiency for four successive cycles.
