The generation and evaluation of severely high thermal stress(σ)is known to be responsible for failure of thermal barrier coatings(TBcs)during thermal *** is crucial and challenging to capture fluctuations inσcaused by the phase transition,which has motivated us to develop a high-throughput multiscale evaluation method forσin TBcs that considers the phase transition of the top ceramic materials by coupling first-principles calculations with finite element *** method quantitatively evaluates and visualizesσof the real TBc structure under thermal cyc.ing by multifield ***,the thermophysical properties calculated by the first-principles calculations consider the effects of temperature and phase transition,which not only reduces the cost of obtaining data but also has a more physical *** this work,rare earth tantalites(RETaO_(4))are introduced as ceramic layers,and the results demonstrate thatσundergoes a rapid escalation near the phase transition temperature(T_(t)),particularly in the TBcs_GdTaO_(4) system,where it rises from 224 to 435 *** discontinuity inσmay originate from the significant alterations in Young’s modulus(increase by 27%–78%)and thermal conduc.ivity(increase by 53%–146%)near T_(t).The TBcs_NdTaO_(4) and TBcs_SmTaO_(4) systems exhibit noteworthy temperature drop gradients and minimalσfluctuations,which are beneficial for extending service lifetime of *** approach facilitates the predic.ion of failure mechanisms and provides theoretical guidance for the reverse design of TBc materials to obtain low thermal stress systems.

Pt-ir alloy is potential superalloys used above 1300℃because of their high strength and creep ***,the duc.ility of Pt-ir alloy has rapidly deteriorated with the increase of ir,resulting in poor *** work quantitatively evaluated the solid solution strengthening(SSS)and grain refinement strengthening(GRS)of Pt-ir alloy using first-principles calculations combined with experimental ***,the stretc.ing force constants in the second nearest neighbor region(SFc^(2nd))of pure ir(193.7 eV·nm^(-2))are 3.40 times that of pure Pt(57.0 eV·nm^(-2)),i.e.,the interatomic.interac.ion is greatly enhanced with the increase of ir content,which leads to the decrease of duc.ility,and modulus misfit plays a dominant role in ***,the physical mechanisms responsible for the hardness(H_(V))of Pt-ir alloy,using the power-law-scaled func.ion of electron work func.ion coupled SSS and GRS,are attributed to the electron redistribution caused by different ir ***,a thorough assessment of the thermodynamic characteristics of Pt-ir binary alloy was conducted,culminating in development of a mapping model that effec.ively relates enmposition,temperature and *** results revealed that the compressive strength incrcases with the ir content,and the highest strength was observed in Pt_(0.25)ir_(0.75).This study provides valuable insights into the Pt-ir alloy system.

Hot air sintering technology is used to improve the quality and produc.ion efficiency of sintered ***,the current thick layer condition highlights the disadvantage of the low oxygen potential of the hot air sintering ***,it is considered to use oxygen enrichment sintering to improve the environment of hot air *** sintering,hot air sintering,and oxygen-rich hot air sintering were compared through sintering cup experiments,and the influence of hot air and oxygen-rich hot air on sintering indexes was *** air reduced the vertical sintering velocity,while improved the yield and tumbler ***-rich hot air sintering contributed to improving the vertical sintering velocity while ensuring the quality of sintered ore,thus comprehensively improving produc.ion *** the ac.ion of hot air,the highest temperature of the sintering layer increased and the high-temperature holding time was *** oxygen enrichment,the combustion efficiency of fuels in the upper layer of materials was promoted,which optimized heat distribution in the middle and lower layers of materials and increased the content of calcium ferrite in the sintered ore,thus strengthening the sintering process.

High-energy-density Li-S batteries are subjected to serious sulfur deac.ivation and short cycle lifetime caused by undesirable polysulfide shuttle effect and frantic lithium dendrite *** this work,a controllable cage-confinement strategy to fabricate molybdenum carbide(Moc)nanoclusters as a high-efficient sulfiphilic and lithiophilic regulator to mitigate the formidable issues of Li-S batteries is *** sub-2 nm Moc nanoclusters not only guarantee robust chemisorption and fast electrocatalytic conversion of polysulfides to enhance the sulfur electrochemistry,but also homogenize Li^(+) flux to suppress the lithium dendrite *** a consequence,the Moc-modified separator endows the batteries with boosted reac.ion kinetics,promoted sulfur utilization,and improved cyc.ing stability.A reversible capacity of 701 mAh·g^(−1) at a high rate of 5.0c and a small decay rate of 0.076%per cycle at 1.0c over 600 cycles are *** study offers a rational route for design and synthesis of bifunc.ional nanoclusers with both sulfiphilicity and lithiophilicity for high-performance Li-S batteries.

Growth of gallium nitride(gan)inverted pyramids on c-plane sapphire substrates is benefit for fabricating novel devices as it forms the semipolar *** this work,gan inverted pyramids are directly grown on c-plane patterned sapphire substrates(PSS)by metal organic vapor phase epitaxy(MOVPE).The influences of growth conditions on the surface morphol-ogy are experimentally studied and explained by Wulff *** competition of growth rate among{0001},{1011},and{1122}facets results in the various surface morphologies of gan.A higher growth temperature of 985 ℃ and a lowerⅤ/Ⅲratio of 25 can expand the area of{}facets in gan inverted *** the other hand,gan inverted pyramids with almost pure{}facets are obtained by using a lower growth temperature of 930℃,a higherⅤ/Ⅲratio of 100,and PSS with pattern arrangement perpendicular to the substrate primary flat.

convolutional neural network(cNN)has excellent ability to model locally contextual ***,cNNs face challenges for desc.ipting long-range semantic features,which will lead to relatively low classification accuracy of hyperspectral *** address this problem,this article proposes an algorithm based on multiscale fusion and transformer network for hyperspectral image ***,the low-level spatial-spectral features are extracted by multi-scale residual ***,an attention module is introduced to focus on the more important spatialspectral ***,high-level semantic features are represented and learned by a token learner and an improved transformer *** proposed algorithm is compared with six classical hyperspectral classification algorithms on real hyperspectral *** experimental results show that the proposed algorithm effec.ively improves the land cover classification accuracy of hyperspectral images.
