Mutation-associated transcripts reconstruct the prognostic features of oral tongue squamous cell carcinoma

为了更好地学习藏文语言特征以及探究藏文预训练语言模型的最佳注意力机制头数,将词性与藏文预训练模型相结合,并进行了对比实验确定最佳的注意力头数,旨在提高语言模型对藏文语言特征的理解以及下游任务的性能。实验结果表明,在多个分类任务中,注意力头数为12的预训练模型皆表现了良好的性能。此外,将词性融入预训练模型后,文本、标题和情感分类任务的模型F_(1)值分别提高了0.57%、0.92%和1.01%。实验结果证明融入词性特征后,模型可以更准确地理解藏文语言结构和语法规则,从而提高分类任务的准确率。

A bibliometric analysis and visualization of research on heart failure complicated with malnutrition

Trace elements and stable sulfur isotopes in plants of acid mine drainage area:Implications for revegetation of degraded land

The abundances of trace elements,a low pH of water and soil in areas impacted by the acid mine drainage(AMD)may cause an excessive uptake of potentially toxic elements and nutritional imbalances in ***-tolerant,native plants are used for revegetation of degraded mining *** established levels of selected trace elements and stable sulfur isotopes in the above-ground plant biomass collected in a mining area in south-central *** 2016,20 samples of the most common species were collected from sites with a different influence of acid mine drainage and analyzed for trace elements by the inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry *** the basis of the results obtained in 2016,the most contaminated site was selected for a more detailed study,in which sulfur contents and stable sulfur isotope ratios were determined together with trace elements in 17 *** results confirmed that the plants native to the AMD area efficiently accumulated trace elements,especially As and rare earth *** showed the highest content of trace elements,but exhibited the lowest concentrations of sulfur accompanied by the highestδ34S *** has been shown for the first time that stable sulfur isotope composition of AMD plants in south-central Poland is significantly depleted in the 34S isotope showing an averageδ34 S value of–10.5‰in comparison with positiveδ34S values in local vegetation growing outside the AMD area and in local precipitation.

The prophylactic effects of Chinese propolis against cypermethrin toxicity were evaluated by performing ovary and uterus histopathology, as well as by characterizing ovarian function, embryos, and litters. Cypermethrin induced atypia in the ovary and uterus, and decreased the ovulation sites and the number of embryos. Cypermethrin-induced oxidative stress during pregnancy, decreased the parturition rate as well as the number and weight of offspring and increased the incidence of morphological malformations in the offspring. Administration of propolis to cypermethrin-treated animals mitigated cypermethrin-induced reproductive toxicity.

Analysis and assessment of land desertification in Xinjiang based on RS and GIS

The land desertification in Xinjiang was monitored and analyzed based on RS and GIS techniques. Satellite data interpretation was adopted to obtain the general situation of Xinjiang’s land desertification in assistance with the sampling method and on-the-spot investigations. Related monitoring and investigations showed that Xinjiang was facing with severe wide range land desertification, and its desertified area made up 77.08% of the total monitoring area. As for land types, the desertified farmland accounted for 1.92% of the total monitoring area, desertified woodland 4%, desertified grassland 45%, and unused land 49%. Accordingly, as for desertification degrees, non-desertified land occupied 22.92%, weak desertified land 5.69%, medium-degree desertified land 16.58%, severe desertified land 33.19% and super severe desertified land 21.61%. Finally, as for inducing factors, wind-eroded desertification made up 58.23%, water-eroded desertification 8.69%, salinization desertification 6.52% and frozen-melt eroded desertification 3.64%. Xinjiang’s land desertification tended to get worse and the harnessing mission remained hard.

Is management of acute traumatic brain injury effective？ A literature review of published Cochrane Systematic Reviews

Objective：To evaluate all the possible therapeutic measures concerning the acute management of traumatic brain injury（TBI）mentioned in Cochrane Systematic Reviews published in the Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews（CDSR）.Methods：An exhausted literature search for all published Cochrane Systematic Reviews discussing therapeutic rather than prevention or rehabilitative interventions of TBI was *** retrieved such databases as CDSR and Cochrane Injury Group,excluded the duplications,and eventually obtained 20 results,which stand for critical appraisal for as many as 20 different measures for TBI *** important data of each systematic review,including total population,intervention,outcome,etc,were collected and presented in a designed ***,we also tried to find out the possible weakness of these clinical trials included in each ***：Analysis of these reviews yielded meanfuling observations：（1）The effectiveness of most ordinary treatments in TBI is inconclusive except that corticosteroids are likely to be ineffective or harmful,and tranexamic acid,nimodipine and progesterone show a promising effect in bleeding trauma,traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage,TBI or severe TBI.（2）A majority of the systematic reviews include a small number of clinical trials and the modest numbers of patients,largely due to the uncertainty of the effectiveness.（3）The quality of most trials reported in the systematic reviews is more or less questionable.（4）In addition,lots of other complex factors together may lead to the inconclusive results demonstrated in the Cochrane Systematic ***：For clinical physicians,to translate these conclusions into practice with caution is *** medication and nursing care deserve additional attention as well and can be *** researchers,high quality trials with perfect design and comprehensive consideration of various factors are urgently required.

Liquid metal as energy transportation medium or coolant under harsh environment with temperature below zero centigrade

The current highly integrated electronics and energy systems are raising a growing demand for more sophisticated thermal management in harsh environments such as in space or some other cryogenic environment. Recently, it was found that room temperature liquid metals （RTLM） such as gallium or its alloys could significantly reduce the electronics temperature compared with the conventional coolant, like water, oil or more organic fluid. However, most of the works were focused on RTLM which may subject to freeze under low temperature. So far, a systematic interpretation on the preparation and thermal properties of liquid metals under low temperature （here defined as lower than O^C） has not yet been available and related applications in cryogenic field have been scarce. In this paper, to promote the research along this important direction and to overcome the deficiency of RTLM, a comprehensive evaluation was proposed on the concept of liquid metal with a low melting point below zero centigrade, such as mercury, alkali metal and more additional alloy candidates. With many unique virtues, such liquid metal coolants are expected to open a new technical frontier for heat transfer enhancement, especially in low temperature engineering. Some innovative ways for making low melting temperature liquid metal were outlined to provide a clear theoretical guideline and perform further experiments to discover new materials. Further, a few promising applied situations where low melting temperature liquid metals could play irreplaceableroles were detailed. Finally, some main factors for optimization of low temperature coolant were summarized. Overall, with their evident merits to meet various critical requirements in modem advanced energy and power industries, liquid metals with a low melting temperature below zero centigrade are expected to be the next- generation high-performance heat transfer medium in thermal managements, especially in harsh environment in space.

Solid-State NMR Spectroscopic Study of Chromophore-Protein Interactions in the Pr Ground State of Plant Phytochrome A

Despite extensive study, the molecular structure of the chromophore-binding pocket of phytochrome A （phyA）, the principal photoreceptor controlling photomorphogenesis in plants, has not yet been successfully resolved. Here, we report a series of two-dimensional （2-D） magic-angle spinning solid-state NMR experiments on the recombi- nant N-terminal, 65-kDa PAS-gaF-PHY light-sensing module of phytochrome A3 from oat （Avena sativa）, assembled with uniformly 13C- and lSN-labeled phycocyanobilin （u-[13C,15N]-***3）. The Pr state of this protein was studied regarding the electronic structure of the chromophore and its interactions with the proximal amino acids. Using 2-D 13C-13C and 1HJSN experiments, a complete set of 13C and 15N assignments for the chromophore were obtained. Also, a large number of 1H-13C distance restraints between the chromophore and its binding pocket were revealed by inter- facial heteronuclear correlation spectroscopy. 13C doublings of the chromophore A-ring region and the C-ring carbox- ylate moiety, together with the observation of two Pr isoforms, Pr-I and Pr-II, demonstrate the local mobility of the chromophore and the plasticity of its protein environment. It appears that the interactions and dynamics in the binding pocket of phyA in the Pr state are remarkably similar to those of cyanobacterial phytochrome （Cphl）. The N-terminus of the region modeled （residues 56-66 of phyA） is highly mobile. Differences in the regulatory processes involved in plant and Cphl phytochromes are discussed.
