This research presents the results of investigation of laser_polarization fluorescence ofbiological layers(histological sections,cy tological smears)in the task of diagnostics and differ-en tiation of early stages of cancer:dysplasia-cervical microinvasive carcinoma of cervic *** analytical conditions of polarization-optimal probing of biological layers were determinedbasing on the model of linear birefringence and dichroism of birefringent(fibrllar,porphyrin)*** technique of polarization-variable laser autofluorescence was developed andexperimentally *** objective criteria(statistical moments)of differentiation of histo-logical sections autofluorescent images of endometrium biopsy and cytological smears of itmucous coat were *** operational characteristics(sensitivity,speifity,accuracy)ofthis technique were determined concerning the positions of probative medicine,and clinical efficiency.

The sodium(Na)and Ce co-doped calcium bismuth titanate(CBT;CaBi_(4)Ti_(4)O_(15))Aurivillius ceramics in a Ca_(1-x)(Na_(0.5)Ce_(0.5)),Bi_(4)Ti_(4)O_(15)(CNCBT;doping content(x)=0,0.03,0.05,0.08 and 0.12)system were synthesized by the conventional solid-state sintering *** compositions show a single-phase orthorhombic(space group:A2jam)structure at room *** shift of the Curie point(T_(c))towards lower temperatures(T)on doping results from the increased tolerance factor(t).The substitution-enhanced ferroelectric performance with large maximum polarization(P_(m))and facilitated domain switching is evidenced by the developed electrical polarization-electric field(P-E)and electrical current-electric field(I-E)hysteresis *** piezoelectric coefficient(d_(33)=20.5±0.1 pC/N)of the x=0.12 sample is about four times larger than that of pure *** improved piezoelectric properties can be attributed to the high remanent polarization(P_(r))and relatively high dielectric permittivity(ε′).In addition,multi-sized(micron and sub-micron)domain structures were observed in the CNCBT ceramics by the piezoresponse force microscope(PFM).The multiple-sized ferroelectric domain structure with smaller domains is beneficial to the easy domain switching,enhanced ferroelectric performance,and improved piezoelectric properties of the CNCBT *** designed Aurivillius-phase ferroelectric ceramics with the T_(c) around 765℃and high piezoelectric coefficient(d_(33))are suitable for high-temperature piezoelectric applications.

目的:研究在胫骨外侧髁骨折中关节面塌陷和外侧半月板切除对膝关节轴线、接触面积及压力的影响。方法:6个新鲜尸体膝关节标本制成胫骨外侧髁劈裂骨折模型,通过使用支撑垫片制成关节面塌陷0、1、2、4和6mm。膝关节在屈膝0°,负荷500N和屈膝30°,负荷350N。通过数码相机记录关节轴线的变化;而关节内外间隙的压力和压力扩散则由F-Scan感应器记录。每个标本在保留和切除外侧半月板下进行测试。结果:随着关节面塌陷高度的增加,膝关节外翻角度、外侧间隙的平均和最大的接触压力逐渐增加,而接触面积则逐渐减少。在屈膝0°,关节面塌陷6mm时,外翻角度平均增加7.6°,平均接触压力和最大接触压力分别增加208%和97%;而接触面积则减少33%。在同一关节面塌陷高度,切除半月板平均增加38%的外翻角度和外侧间隙45%的接触压力;而接触面积则减少26%。结论:研究结果表明在治疗胫骨外髁劈裂骨折中,减少关节面的塌陷十分重要,特别是在需切除半月板的时候。

In the presents work,the authors have carried out a field study of moisture transfer processes in highway subgrades in a cold region during freezing and laboratory experiments on freezing samples of silicified soils used as a capillary *** study showed that the creation of a capillary barrier from an injected solution,blocking the access of groundwater to the freezing zone,will reduce the amount of heaving to permissible *** on the results of laboratory studies,an exponential dependence of the relative deformation due to frost heaving on the relative height of soil silicatization in the freezing zone has been *** creating a capillary barrier in the already existing subgrade,the authors have proposed designs of injection-silicified soils and substantiated the use of such soils.

Selection of the appropriate donor is essential to a successful allograft recipient outcome for solid organ transplantation. Multiple infectious diseases have been transmitted from the donor to the recipient via transplantation. donor-transmitted infections cause increased morbidity and mortality to the recipient. In recent years, a series of high-profile transmissions of infections have occurred in organ recipients prompt-ing increased attention on the process of improving the selection of an appropriate donor that balances the shortage of needed allografts with an approach that mitigates the risk of donor-transmitted infection to the recipient. Important advances focused on improving donor screening diagnostics, using previously excluded high-risk donors, and individualizing the selection of allografts to recipients based on their prior infection history are serving to increase the donor pool and improve outcomes after transplant. This article serves to review the relevant literature surrounding this topic and to provide a suggested approach to the selection of an appropriate solid organ transplant donor.

【目的】客观验证PBL剪力连接件的抗剪承载力计算公式的适用性和准确性。【方法】介绍木-混凝土组合梁和PBL剪力连接件研究现状,并从中选取5个具有代表意义的抗剪承载力计算公式,采用控制变量法对比分析不同的计算公式中混凝土立方体抗压强度和开孔钢板的开孔直径参数对剪力连接件极限承载力的作用规律,并优化组合梁的设计参数。【结果】结果表明:中国《公路钢结构桥梁设计规范》(JTg d64—2015)、胡建华和郑双杰提出的抗剪承载力计算公式得出的计算结果准确率较高。【结论】本研究围绕影响PBL剪力连接件抗剪承载力计算公式的因素,从而得出通用性较好的抗剪承载力计算公式,其成果将为现代木-混凝土组合梁桥的设计及PBL剪力连接件的设计优化提供参考。
