The prodigious advancements in contemporary technologies have also brought in the situation of unprecedented ***,the pin-based security system is an inadequate mechanism for handling such a *** reason is that hackers use multiple strategies for evading security systems and thereby gaining access to private *** research proposes to deploy diverse approaches for authenticating and securing a connection amongst two devices/gadgets via sound,thereby disregarding the pins’manual ***,the results demonstrate that the proposed approaches outperform conventional pin-based authentication or QR authentication ***,a random signal is encrypted,and then it is transformed into a wave file,after which it gets transmitted in a short burst via the device’s ***,the other device/gadget captures these audio bursts through its microphone and decrypts the audio signal for getting the essential data for ***,this model requires two devices/gadgets with speakers and a microphone,and no extra hardware such as a camera,for reading the QR code is *** first module is tested with realtime data and generates high scores for the widely accepted accuracy metrics,including precision,Recall,F1 score,entropy,and mutual information(MI).Additionally,this work also proposes a module helps in a secured transmission of sensitive data by encrypting it over images and other *** steganographic module includes two-stage encryption with two different encryption algorithms to transmit data by embedding inside a *** encryption algorithms and their combinations are taken for this system to compare the resultant file *** these systems engender high accuracies and provide secure connectivity,leading to a sustainable communication ecosystem.

Urea-assisted hydrothermal synthesis of MnMoO_(4)/MnCO_(3)hybrid electrochemical electrode and fabrication of high-performance asymmetric supercapacitor

Transition metal molybdates/carbonates and hybrid nanomaterials have attracted great attention in energy storage applications because of their enriched redox activity,good electronic conductivity,and stable *** synthesize a multicomponent MnMoO_(4)/MnCO_(3)hybrid by a one-step hydrothermal method with urea as the reaction *** controlling only the urea concentration in the initial precursor solution,the MnMoO_(4)/MnCO_(3)molecular ratio is controlled effectively,which is found to have a profound effect on the electrochemical properties of the hybrid *** electrochemical measurements show that the specific capacitance of MnMoO_(4)/MnCO_(3)hybrid is 1311 F/g,the energy density of 116.8 Wh/kg,and power density of 383 W/kg at a current density of 1 A/g with 79%capacitance retention over 5000 *** fabricated asymmetric supercapacitor device exhibits good energy storage performance,including the specific capacitance of 97 F/g along with the energy density of 26.5 Wh/kg and the power density of 657 W/kg at a current density of 1 A/g and good reversibility with capacitance retention of 85%after 2000 cycles and 70%over 5000 *** increase in the energy density of 900%with a mere 60%decrement in the energy density indicates its potential superior applications in high-power devices.

Predicting the strength properties of slurry infiltrated fibrous concrete using artificial neural network

This paper is aimed at adapting Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) to predict the strength properties of SIFCON containing different minerals admixture. The investigations were done on 84 SIFCON mixes, and specimens were cast and tested after 28 days curing. The obtained experimental data are trained using ANN which consists of 4 input parameters like Percentage of fiber (PF), Aspect Ratio (AR), Type of admixture (TA) and Percentage of admixture (PA). The corresponding output parameters are compressive strength, tensile strength and flexural strength. The predicted values obtained using ANN show a good correlation between the experimental data. The performance of the 4-14-3 architecture was better than other architectures. It is concluded that ANN is a highly powerful tool suitable for assessing the strength characteristics of SIFCON.

A low power, eco-friendly multipurpose thermoelectric refrigerator

There has been an immense endeavor to mitigate global warming in spite of which it has only been worse. This paper presents the design and imple- mentation of a low power and eco-friendly refrigeration system using the thermoelectric effect. The conventional refrigerators make use of complex mechanisms which involves synchronous operation of various units, namely the compressor, condensers, expansion valves, evaporator, refi＇igerant and so on. But a thermoelectric refrigerator exploits the principle of the Peltier effect, thus avoiding the utilization of these complex components. This even helps curb the release of harmful chlorofluorocarbons （CFCs） into the atmosphere which contributes to the increase in global temperature. Moreover, the temperature can be controlled and set to required values with the help of a microcontroller. Hence, this can be used both for domestic and commercial purposes. The unit does not eject any harmful gases. Therefore, the heat expelled from the unit can be tapped for heating utilities, making the use of this device versatile in its application. Thus this proposal aims not only at reducing the air pollutants by not contributing to it but also at reducing the power consumption.

Effect of asymmetrical wall heat flux and wall temperature ratio on mixed convection in a vertical micro-porous-channel with internal heat generation

Mixed convective heat transfer in a vertical parallel plate micro-porous channel with internal heat generation and viscous dissipation,varying wall heat flux ratio and wall temperature ratio at the boundaries is investigated using the Darcy-Brinkman model under local thermal non-equilibrium *** solution for both fluid and solid temperature distributions are obtained by applying the finite element *** effect of pertinent parameters such as Brinkman number,Rayleigh number,Darcy number,inter-phase heat transfer coefficient,porosity scaled thermal conductivity ratio and solid internal heat generation are *** results indicate that the Nusselt number increases with the increase in the solid internal heat generation as well as Rayleigh number in both wall heat flux ratio and wall temperature ratio boundary *** is observed that with the quantitative increase in viscous dissipation parameter Br,Nusselt number Nu increases in the presence of internal heat generation and it decreases in the absence of internal heat generation,for a specific range of values of wall heat flux ratio and wall temperature *** this range Nu increases with the increase in Dr regardless of internal heat *** the cases,constant wall temperature and wall heat flux ratios,good correlation is observed in the results obtained with that of available in the literature.

Transition metal selenides have attracted great interest in electrochemical energy storage applications because of their good electrochemical activity and conductivity ***,we reported the metal molybdenum selenide(M Se/Mo_(3)Se_(4)(M:Zn,Mn,and Ni))electrode materials on their morphological and electrochemical properties by varying the metal ions via a facile hydrothermal *** effects of the structural,morphological,and surface area properties of the prepared powder materials on their electrochemical performance were *** to the hierarchical porous and unique interconnected structure,the nickel molybdenum selenide nanosheet spheres(NMS NSSs)-based electrode material delivered an excellent specific capacity value of 252 mAh g^(-1) at a current density of 1 Ag^(-1).Moreover,the optimized NMS NSSs electrode exhibited outstanding cycling stability with a capacity retention of 80%and a corresponding coulombic efficiency of 99%after 80,000 ***,a pouch-type hybrid supercapacitor(HSC)device was assembled using NMS NSSs material as a positive electrode and activated carbon as a negative electrode in 1 M aqueous KOH ***,the assembled HSC device exhibited superior energy and power density values as well as magnificent cycling *** real-time practical applications,light-emitting diodes and a digital display were powered using two series-connected HSC ***,the obtained tremendous results strongly suggest that the NiSe/Mo_(3)Se_(4) NSSs-based materials could be a promising electrode for ultralong-life energy storage applications.

Solid-liquid extraction of gd(Ⅲ) and separation possibilities of rare earths from phosphoric acid solutions using Tulsion CH-93 and Tulsion CH-90 resins

Solid-liquid extraction of gadolinium was investigated from phosphoric acid medium using commercial amino phosphonic acid resin, Tulsion CH-93. The experimental conditions studied included equilibration time, acid concentration, mass of the resin, metal concentration, loading and elution. The percent extraction of gd（Ⅲ） was studied as a function of phosphoric acid （0.05-3 mol/L） using Tulsion CH-93 resin. The corresponding lgD vs. equilibrium pH plot gave straight line with a slope of 1.8. The percent extraction decreased with acid co centration increasing, conforming ion exchange mechanism. Under observed experimental conditions the loading capacity of Tulsion CH-93 for gadolinium was 10.6 mg/g. Among several eluants screened, the quantitative elution of gd（III） from loaded Tulsion CH-93 was obtained with ammonium oxalate （0.15 mol/L）. The extraction behavior of commonly associated metals with gadolinium was studied as a function of phosphoric acid concentration. Tulsion CH-93 resin showed selective extraction towards heavy rare earths （Lu and Yb） which could be separated from other rare earths at 3 mol/L H3PO4, similar to wet phosphoric acid （3-5 mol/L）. On the other hand gd（Ⅲ） and other rare earths were studied with chelating resin Tulsion CH-90. Light rare earths were highly extracted and these could be separated from heavy rare earths and gd.
