Chronic liver disease can affect many body systems including the musculoskeletal *** pathogenetic crosstalk between the liver and organs such as the brain and the kidneys has already been described with compound terms merging the organs affected by the pathology,such as the hepatorenal ***,the musculoskeletal manifestations of chronic liver disease have not been coined with such a term to *** of this shortage,documenting the musculoskeletal implications of chronic liver disease in both research and clinical practice is *** fill this gap,the authors propose the term hepatomusculoskeletal disorders,a compound term of greek origin that encompasses all the body structures involved in the aforementioned pathologic crosstalk.

新会计制度颁布并逐步实施,传统财务管理模式与当前发展现状不符,无法更好地满足当前财务管理工作的基本需要。财务管理人员必须采取及时有效的举措,强化事业单位财务管理深化改革,促进事业单位的可持续发展与进步,提高单位资金利用率,以更好地开展各项社会公益活动。本文首先分析新会计准则对事业单位财务管理的影响,其次剖析了当前我国事业单位财务管理存在的突出问题,最后提出了新会计准则下我国事业单位如何开展财务管理方面的工作,从而提高事业单位财务管理水平。

We report on a new derivation of the extended Feynman propagator for the harmonic oscil-lator at and beyond caustics using the explicit eigenfunction expansion for the *** is shown that the Maslov corrections beyond caustics are directly determined by the parityof the eigenfunctions. The phase correction and related effect of the propagator of a chargedparticle in constant magnetic field and in the presence of Chern-Simon backgraound gaugefield are studied.

Objective: To evaluate the surgical clinical results of hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy. Methods: We ret-rospectively collected data on 24 patients who underwent surgical management in the past ten years in two hospitals in China and Madras Medical Mission in India. Myomectomy was carried out on all patients. Among them 3 patients underwent mitral valve replacement; 2 patients underwent mitral valve repair (anterior mitral leaflet plication); 2 patients underwent aortic valve re-placement; 1 patient underwent aortic valve repair; 2 patients underwent aortic root replacement; 1 patient underwent Bentall’s procedure and 1 patient underwent coronary artery bypass grafting because of a breached muscle bridge. Results: One patient died of post-operative heart failure. The mean follow-up time was 4.3 years. There was significant improvement in the symptomatic status. Sixteen patients were asymptomatic with good effort tolerance and only four patients had New York heart association (NYHA) Classes I^II due to associated valvular lesions. Conclusion: Our experience proved that symptomatic hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy or non-symptomatic hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy with combined heart disease is indi-cation for surgery as surgical intervention could get better clinical results in this kind of patients compared with other non-surgical method because it beneficially reduces the systolic anterior motion (SAM) of the mitral valve leaflet, which could not be avoided by other non-surgical treatment.

gliomas are solid brain tumors composed of tumor cells and recruited heterogenic stromal *** study of the interactions between the perivascular niche and its surrounding cells is of great value in unraveling mechanisms of drug resistance in malignant *** this study,we isolated the stromal diploid cell population from oligodendroglioma and a mixed population of tumor aneuploid and stromal diploid cells from astrocytoma *** stromal cells expressed neural stem/progenitor and mesenchymal markers showing the same discordant phenotype that is typical for glioma ***,some of the stromal cells expressed *** the first time,we demonstrated that this type of stromal cells had the typical myofibroblastic phenotype as theα-SMA+cells formedα-SMA fibers and exhibited the specific function to deposit extracellular matrix(ECM)proteins at least in *** analysis showed diffuse or focalα-SMA staining in the cytoplasm of the astrocytoma-derived,A172,T98g,and U251Mg glioma *** could suggest thatα-SMA may be one of the main molecules,bearing protective *** mechanisms and consequences ofα-SMA disruptions in gliomas are discussed.
