Hawking-Page transition and the dual relations of anti-de Sitter black holes surrounded by dark energy in general dimensions

Recently,a dual relation t_(0)(n+1)=t_(HP)(n)between the minimum temperature(t_(0)(n+1))black hole phase and the Hawking-Page transition(t_(HP)(n))black hole phase in two successive dimensions was introduced by Wei et al(2020 ***.D10210411);this was reminiscent of the anti-de Sitter/conformal field theory(AdS/CFt)correspondence,as the Hawking-Page transition temperature could be treated as the temperature of the dual physical quantity on the boundary and the latter corresponds to that in the *** this paper,we discuss the Hawking-Page transition and the dual relations in Ads black holes surrounded by dark energy in general *** findings reveal the occurrence of the Hawking-Page transition between the thermal AdS radiation and thermodynamically stable large AdS black holes,in both the spacetime surrounded by phantom dark energy and the spacetime surrounded by quintessence dark *** discuss the effects of the phantom dark energy and quintessence dark energy on the Hawking-Page transition *** the dual relation in particular,it works well for the case of an AdS black holes surrounded by phantom dark *** the case of an Ads black hole surrounded by quintessence dark energy,the dual relation should be modified under an open assumption that the state parameter and the density parameter of the quintessence dark energy depend on the dimensions of the spacetime.

In-situ electron irradiation and aging are applied to introduce high-density precipitates in an Mg-10gd-3Y-1Zn-0.5Zr(gWZ1031K,wt.%)alloy to improve the *** results show that the hardness of the Mg alloy after irradiation for 10 h and aging for 9 h at 250℃ is 1.64 gPa,which is approximately 64% higher than that of the samples before being *** is mainly attributed to γ'precipitates on the basal plane after irradiation and the high-density nanoscale β'precipitates on the prismatic plane after aging,which should be closely related to the irradiation-induced homogenous *** latter plays a key role in precipitation *** result paves a way to improve the mechanical properties of metallic materials by tailoring.t.e precipitation through irradiation and aging.

Improved simulation of winter wheat yield in North China Plain by using PRYM-Wheat integrated dry matter distribution coefficient

the accurate simulation of regional-scale winter wheat yield is important for national food security and the balance of grain supply and demand in ***,most remote sensing process models use the“biomass×harvest index(HI)”method to simulate regional-scale winter wheat ***,spatiotemporal differences in HI contribute to inaccuracies in yield simulation at the regional ***-series dry matter partition coefficients(Fr)can dynamically reflect the dry matter partition of winter *** this study,Fr equations were fitted for each organ of winter wheat using site-scale *** equations were then coupled into a process-based and remote sensingdriven crop yield model for wheat(PRYM-Wheat)to improve the regional simulation of winter wheat yield over the North China Plain(NCP).the improved PRYM-Wheat model integrated with the fitted Fr equations(PRYM-Wheat-Fr)was validated using data obtained from provincial yearbooks.A 3-year(2000-2002)averaged validation showed that PRYM-Wheat-Fr had a higher coefficient of determination(R^(2)=0.55)and lower root mean square error(RMSE=0.94 t ha^(-1))than PRYM-Wheat with a stable HI(abbreviated as PRYM-Wheat-HI),which had R^(2) and RMSE values of 0.30 and 1.62 t ha^(-1),*** PRYM-Wheat-Fr model also performed better than PRYM-Wheat-HI for simulating yield in verification years(2013-2015).In conclusion,the PRYM-Wheat-Fr model exhibited a better accuracy than the original PRYM-Wheat model,making it a useful tool for the simulation of regional winter wheat yield.

Effects of thinning and understory removal on water use efficiency of Pinus massoniana:evidence from photosynthetic capacity and stable carbon isotope analyses

Understanding.t.e relationship between forest management and water use efficiency(WUE)is important for evaluating forest adaptability to climate ***,the effects of thinning and understory removal on WUE and its key controlling processes are not well understood,which limits our comprehension of the physiological mechanisms of various management *** this study,four forest management measures(no thinning:Nt;understory removal:UR;lig.t.thinning:Lt;and heavy thinning:Ht)were carried out in Pinus massoniana plantations in a subtropical region of *** capacity and needle stable carbon isotope composition(δ^(13)C)were measured to assess instantaneous water use efficiency(WUE_(inst))and long.t.rm water use efficiency(WUE_(i)).Multiple regression models and structural equation modelling(SEM)identified the effects of soil properties and physiological performances on WUE_(inst)and WUE_(i).the results show that WUE_(inst)values among.t.e four treatments were ***,compared with the Nt stand(35.8μmol·mol^(-1)),WUE_(i)values significantly increased to 41.7μmol·mol^(-1)in the UR,50.1μmol·mol^(-1)in the Lt and 46.6μmol·mol^(-1)in Ht treatments,largely explained by photosynthetic capacity and soil water *** removal did not change physiological performance(needle water potential and photosynthetic capacity).thinning increased the net photosynthetic rate(A_n)but not stomatal conductance(g_s)or predawn needle water potential(ψ_(pd)),implying.t.at the improvement in water use efficiency for thinned stands was largely driven by radiation interception than by soil water *** general,thinning may be an appropriate management measure to promote *** WUE to cope with seasonal droug.t. under future extreme climates.

In this work,the impact of extrusion and post-extrusion heat treatment(t6)on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the Al-1.2Mg-0.8Si-0.5Mn alloy with different Cu contents(0,0.6,1.3 and 2.0 wt%)was *** characterization showed that all extruded alloys exhibited elong.t.d grain structure with an average grain size of~4.8μ*** dominant texture components were deformation texture(A*,Copper and P texture),while the proportion of random texture initially increased and then decreased with increasing Cu *** t6 treatment,the grain size of the four alloys increased significantly,but the growth trend decreased with increasing Cu content,and the textures transformed into recrystallized textures(Cube,A and goss texture).tensile testing revealed that the designed t6 alloys with 2.0%Cu content exhibited an excellent strength-ductility balance,i.e.,a yield strength of 342.9 MPa,an ultimate tensile strength of 424.8 MPa and an elong.t.on of 15.9%.the enhanced strength was mainly attributed to fine grain strengthening,solid solution strengthening and aging strengthening *** superior ductility was due to the pinning effect of fine precipitates and high dislocation accommodation capacity caused by heat treatment.

CD8^(+)t cell immune responses are regulated by multi-layer networks,while the post-translational regulation remains largely *** ectodomain shedding is an important post-translational process orchestrating receptor expression and signal transduction through proteolytic cleavage of membrane ***,by targ.t.ng.t.e sheddase A Disintegrin and Metalloprotease(ADAM)17,we defined a post-translational regulatory mechanism mediated by the ectodomain shedding in CD8^(+)t *** and proteomic analysis revealed the involvement of post-translational regulation in CD8^(+)t cells.t cellspecific deletion of ADAM17 led to a dramatic increase in effector CD8^(+)t cell differentiation and enhanced cytolytic effects to eliminate pathogens and ***,ADAM17 regulated CD8^(+)t cells through cleavage of membrane ***17 inhibition led to elevated CD122 expression and enhanced response to IL-2 and IL-15 stimulation in both mouse and human CD8^(+)t ***,inhibition of ADAM17 in CD8^(+)t cells improved the efficacy of chimeric antigen receptor(CAR)t cells in solid *** findings reveal a critical post-translational regulation in CD8^(+)t cells,providing a potential therapeutic strategy of targ.t.ng ADAM17 for effective anti-tumor immunity.
