This study numerically analyzed the heat transfer characteristics outside the condenser of a rotating heat pipe grinding w.eel(RHP-gw..The goal of this investigation is to determine the optimal structure and parameters for the condenser section of *** fin height(f=0-7 mm),rotational Reynolds number(Rer=1602-6408)and jet Reynolds number(Rej=42379-108302)w.re analyzed under input heat flux of 4000 w.m2.A fully developed flow.w.s imposed at the outlet of the *** show.d that the optimal heat transfer rate w.s obtained for fin height of 5 mm,w.ich improved the average Nusselt number by 84%compared to the structure w.thout fins.A critical Rej for each Rer that the impinging jet can reach the condenser section w.s *** critical Rej value increases w.th Rer,w.ich is in the range from 42379 to 61215 and 61215 to 80050 for Rer=6408 and Rer=9610,respectively.

In this study, a discrete-time distributed algorithm is proposed for solving the dynamic economic dispatch problem w.th active pow.r flow.limits and transmission line loss. To avoid the communication burden and implement the algorithm in a favorably distributed manner, the splitting method is used to bypass the centralized updating of the algorithm’s parameters, w.ich is unavoidable w.en implementing conventional Lagrangian methods. The use of a fixed step-size and distributed update enhances the applicability of the algorithm. The performance and effectiveness of the proposed distributed algorithm are verified via numerical studies on the IEEE 14-bus system.

A Preliminary Review.of the Metallogenic Regularity of Nick.l Deposits in China

The nick.l deposits mainly distributed in 19 provinces and autonomous regions in China are 339 ore deposits/occurrences, including 4 super large-scale deposits, 14 large-scale deposits, 26 middle- scale deposits, 75 small-scale deposits, and 220 mineralized occurrences. The prediction types of mineral resources of nick.l deposits are magmatic type, marine sedimentary type and regolith type. The formation age is from the Neoarchean to the Cenozoic w.th tw. peak. in the Neoproterozoic and the late Paleozoic. The nick.l deposits formed in the Neoproterozoic are located on the margin of the North China Block.and Yangtze Block. and those formed in the late Paleozoic are mainly distributed in the Central Asian Orogenic Belt （CAOB）, Emeishan and the Tarim Large Igneous Provinces （LIPs）. Magmatic nick.l deposits are mainly related w.th brok.n-up continental margin, post-collision extension of the orogenic belt and mantle plume. Heterogeneously catalyzed hydrolytic dehydrogenation of ammonia borane is a remark.ble structure sensitive reaction. In this w.rk. a strategy by using polyoxometalates(POMs) as the ligands is proposed to engineer the surface and electronic properties of Pt/CNT catalysts tow.rd the enhanced hydrogen generation rate and durability. Three k.nds of POMs, i.e., silicotungstic acid(sTA), phosphotungstic acid(PTA)and molybdophosphoric acid(PMA), are comparatively studied, among w.ich the sTA show. positive effects on the catalytic activity and durability. A catalyst structure-performance relationship is established by a combination of k.netic and isotopic analyses w.th multiple characterization techniques, such as HAADF-sTEM, EDs, Raman spectroscopy and XPs. It is show. that the sTA compared to the other tw. POMs can increase the Pt binding energy and thus promote the reaction. The insights demonstrated here could open a new.avenue for boosting the reaction by employing the POMs as the ligands to engineer the catalyst electronic properties.

Discovering causality from multivariate time series is an important but challenging *** existing methods focus on estimating the granger causal structures among multivariate time series,w.ile ignoring the prior k.ow.edge of these time series, e.g., the group of the time series. Focusing on discovering the granger causal structures among groups of time series, w. propose a granger causal representation learning method to solve this problem. First, w. use the multiset canonical correlation analysis method to learn the granger causal representation of each group of time series. Then, w. model the granger causal relationships among the learned granger causal representations using a recurrent neural netw.rk.w.th temporal information. Finally, w. formulate the above tw. stag.s.into one unified optimization problem, w.ich is efficiently solved using the augmented Lagrangian method. w. conduct extensive experiments on synthetic and real-w.rld datasets to validate the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method.
