There are many studies about flexible job shop scheduling problem with fuzzy processing time and deteriorating scheduling,but most scholars neglect the connection between them,which means the purpose of both models is to simulate a more realistic factory *** this perspective,the solutions can be more precise and practical if both issues are considered ***,the deterioration effect is treated as a part of the fuzzy job shop scheduling problem in this paper,which means the linear increase of a certain processing time is transformed into an internal linear shift of a triangle fuzzy processing *** from that,many other contributions can be stated as follows.A new algorithm called reinforcement learning based biased bi-population evolutionary algorithm(RB2EA)is proposed,which utilizes q-learning algorithm to adjust the size of the two populations and the interaction frequency according to the quality of population.A local enhancement method which combimes multiple local search stratgies is *** interaction mechanism is designed to promote the convergence of the *** experiments are designed to evaluate the efficacy of RB2EA,and the conclusion can be drew that RB2EA is able to solve energy-efficient fuzzy flexible job shop scheduling problem with deteriorating jobs(EFFJSPD)efficiently.

Obesity is associated with numerous metabolic disorders,and dietary polyphenols have been confirmed to have beneficial effects on the metabolism in ***,the effect of 3-(3’,4’-dihydroxyphenyl)propanoic acid(DHPA)and 3’,4’-dihydroxyphenylacetic acid(DHAA),two main metabolites of dietary polyphenols,on obesity remains poorly *** this study,DHPA and DHAA were found to alleviate obesity,as well as regulate insulin resistance,lipid metabolism,and oxidative stress response in high-fat diet(HFD)***,the 16S rRNA sequencing and UHPLC-q-TOF/MS demonstrated that DHPA and DHAA only slightly disturbed the intestinal microbiome,but significantly altered the urine metabolome of HFD mice mainly by regulating pentose and glucuronate interconversion,tyrosine metabolism,pentose phosphate and tricarboxylic acid(TCA)cycle as indicated by metabolic pathway analysis based on Kyoto Encyclopedia of genes and genomes(KEgg)*** analysis revealed that the differential metabolites are strongly associated with body weight,blood glucose,insulin level,and superoxide dismutase(SOD)enzyme *** results revealed that DHPA and DHAA exert their anti-obesity effect by regulating important metabolites in the glucose,lipid and tyrosine metabolism pathways.

The reflection of ocean surface is often assumed azimuthally symmetric in the previous vector discrete ordinate radiative transfer (VDISORT) and many other radiative transfer solvers. This assumption can lead to obvious errors in the simulated radiances. In this study, the vector radiative transfer equation is solved with a polarized bidirectional reflection distribution function (pBRDF) for computing the surface-leaving radiation from the lower boundary. An azimuthally asymmetric pBRDF model at visible and infrared bands over oceans is fully coupled with the updated VDISORT model. The radiance at the ocean surface is combined with the contributions of atmospheric scattering and surface properties. It is shown that the radiance at the ocean surface also exhibits a strong angular dependence in the Stokes vector and the magnitudes of I, q, and V the solar position affects the peaks of sun glitter pattern, thus modulating the signal magnitudes and the angular distributions. As ocean wind increases, the reflection weakens with reduced magnitudes of Stokes parameters and lessvarying angular distributions.

genome-wide association studies(gWASs)have identified over 140 colorectal cancer(CRC)-associated loci;however,target genes at the majority of loci and underlying molecular mechanisms are poorly ***,we utilized a Bayesian approach,integrative risk gene selector(iRIgS),to prioritize risk genes at CRC gWAS loci by integrating multi-omics *** a result,a total of 105 high-confidence risk genes(HRgs)were identified,which exhibited strong gene dependencies for CRC and enrichment in the biological processes implicated in *** the 105 HRgs,CEBPB,located at the 20q13.13 locus,acted as a transcription factor playing critical roles in *** subsequent assays indicated the tumor promoter function of CEBPB that facilitated CRC cell proliferation by regulating multiple oncogenic pathways such as MAPK,PI3K-Akt,and Ras ***,by integrating a fine-mapping analysis and three independent case-control studies in Chinese populations consisting of 8,039 cases and 12,775 controls,we elucidated that rs1810503,a putative functional variant regulating CEBPB,was associated with CRC risk(OR=0.90,95%CI=0.86–0.93,P=1.07×10^(−7)).The association between rs1810503 and CRC risk was further validated in three additional multi-ancestry populations consisting of 24,254 cases and 58,741 ***,the rs1810503 A to T allele change weakened the enhancer activity in an allele-specific manner to decrease CEBPB expression via longrange promoter-enhancer interactions,mediated by the transcription factor,REST,and thus decreased CRC *** summary,our study provides a genetic resource and a generalizable strategy for CRC etiology investigation,and highlights the biological implications of CEBPB in CRC tumorigenesis,shedding new light on the etiology of CRC.

Undesired heat transfer during droplet impact on cold surfaces can lead to ice formation and damage to renewable infrastructure,among *** address this,superhydrophobic surfaces aim to minimize the droplet surface interaction thereby,holding promise to greatly limit ***,the dropletimpact on such surfaces spans only a few milliseconds making it difficult to quantify the heat exchange at the droplet–solid ***,we employ high-speed infrared thermography and a three-dimensionaltransient heat conductionCOMSOL modelto map the dynamic heat flux distribution during droplet impact on a cold superhydrophobic *** comprehensive droplet impact experiments for varying surface temperature,droplet size,and impacting height reveal that the heat transfer effectiveness(q′)scales with the dimensionless maximum spreading radius as q′∼(Rmax∕Ri)1.6,deviating from previous semi-infinite ***,despite shorter contact times,droplets impacting from higher heights demonstrate increased heat transfer effectiveness due to expanded contact *** results suggest that reducing droplet spreading time,as opposed to contact time alone,can be a more effective strategy for minimizing heat *** results presented here highlight the importance of both contact area and contact time on the heat exchange between a droplet and a cold superhydrophobic surface.

In the coming decades,the space-based gravitational-wave(gW)detectors such as Taiji,Tianqin,and LISA are expected to form a network capable of detecting millihertz gWs emitted by the mergers of massive black hole binaries(MBHBs).In this work,we investigate the potential of gW standard sirens from the Taiji-Tianqin-LISA network in constraining cosmological *** the optimistic scenario in which electromagnetic(EM)counterparts can be detected,we predict the number of detectable bright sirens based on three different MBHB population models,i.e.,popⅢ,q3d,and *** results show that the TaijiTianqin-LISA network alone could achieve a constraint precision of 0.9%for the Hubble constant,meeting the standard of precision ***,the Taiji-Tianqin-LISA network could effectively break the cosmological parameter degeneracies generated by the CMB data,particularly in the dynamical dark energy *** combined with the CMB data,the joint CMB+Taiji-Tianqin-LISA data offerσ(w)=0.036 in the wCDM model,which is close to the latest constraint result obtained from the CMB+SN *** also consider a conservative scenario in which EM counterparts are not *** to the precise sky localizations of MBHBs by the Taiji-Tianqin-LISA network,the constraint precision of the Hubble constant is expected to reach 1.2%.In conclusion,the gW standard sirens from the Taiji-Tianqin-LISA network will play a critical role in helping solve the Hubble tension and shedding light on the nature of dark energy.

Catalytic transfer hydrogenation(CTH)is a green and efficient pathway for selective hydrogenation of unsaturated aldehydes and ***,managing the abilities of solid catalysts to adsorb substrates and to convert them into desired products is a challenging ***,we report the synthesis of carbon coated LaFe_(0.92)Pd_(0.08)O_(3) composites(LFPO-8@C)for CTH of benzaldehyde(BzH)into benzyl alcohol(BzOH),using isopropanol(IPA)as hydrogen *** coating with carbon improves the ability to adsorb/transfer reactants from solution to active sites,and the doping of Pd2+at Fe3+site strengthens the ability of LaFeO_(3) to convert BzH into BzOH.A balanced point between them(i.e.,abilities to adsorb BzH and to convert BzH into BzOH)is obtained at LFPO-8@C,which exhibits a BzOH formation rate of 3.88 mmol·gcat^(-1)·h^(-1) at 180℃ for 3 h,which is 1.50 and 2.72 times faster than those of LFPO-8 and LaFeO_(3)@C.A reaction mechanism is proposed,in which the acidic sites(e.g.,Fe^(4+),oxygen vacancy)are used for the activation of C=O bond of BzH and O-H bond of IPA,and the basic sites(e.g.,lattice oxygen)for the activation ofα-H(O-H)bond of IPA.

Evolution of interfacial heat transfer,contact behavior and microstructure during sub-rapid solidification of molten steel with different hydrogen contents

Typical q235 low-carbon steel samples with different hydrogen contents(0.0004,0.0008,and 0.0013 wt.%)were prepared by adjusting the environment humidity and *** effects of hydrogen on interfacial heat transfer,contact behavior,and microstructure evolution were investigated using a novel droplet solidification *** results revealed that when the hydrogen content increases from 0.0004 to 0.0013 wt.%,the maximum heat flux between the molten steel and cooling substrate decreases from 8.01 to 6.19 MW/m^(2),and the total heat removed in the initial 2 s reduces from 10.30 to 8.27 MJ/m^(2).Moreover,the final contact angle between the molten steel and substrate increases from 103.741°to 113.697°,and the number of pores on the droplet bottom surface increases significantly from 21 to 210 with the increase in *** surface roughness of the droplet bottom surface increases from 20.902 to 49.181 *** addition,the average grain size of the droplet increases from 14.778 to 33.548 pm with the increase in the hydrogen *** interfacial contact condition becomes worse due to the escape of hydrogen from the steel matrix during the cooling process,which leads to the reduction in the interfacial heat transfer and the increase in the grain size.
