The Proterozoic Aravalli-Delhi orogenic complex hosts a large number of economically important stratabound base metal sulphide deposits. In the present work, rock samples taken from Outcrop and Underground Mine of Sindeskar Kalan, Vedanta group, Rajpura Dariba-Bethumni Belt which is located at a distance of 76 kms from Udaipur city, Rajasthan have been studied. The chief litho units of the group which contain sulfide-bearing calc-silicate and graphite mica schist, dolomite marble, calc-biotite schist and quartzite are identified. An attempt has also been made to study/or hydrothermal in origin in the different types of fluid inclusions, hosted predominately in geothermometry viz. heating and freezing study of entrapped palaeo-fluids (such as sedimentary and quartz host grain and a few in sphalerites). The quartz hosts are identified with four types of fluid inclusions, such as 1) monophase (gas/vapour), 2) gas-rich biphase, 3) liquid-rich biphase and 4) polyphase types. The primary types of fluid inclusions show that melting temperature of ice or depression freezing point (DFP) (ranging from -2.5°C to -7.2°C)/(salinity ranging from 4.5 - 13.25 wt% NaCl eq.) and temperature of homogenization into liquid phase (ranging from +188°C to +218°C) have been measured. Data from the fluid inclusions and salinity calculation (low salinity) reveal that rate of cooling is the important mechanism of ore deposition in the study area.

The abundance, distribution trends and significance of the major oxides in the host rocks in Vizianagarm Manganese Ores Belt (A.P.) (between N latitude 18°12' and 18°30' and E longitudes 83°20' and 83°45'), 15 samples of host rocks from different localities of the area under study were collected and analyzed for major oxides. We describe here in major oxides geochemistry of host rocks and manganese ore deposits associated with Precambrian Khondalite and Charnockite in Vizianagarm Manganese Ores Belt (A.P.): 1) Preponderance of SiO2 over Al2O3;2) Dominance of K2O and CaO over Na2O;3) Abnormally high concentration of phosphorus and a positive relationship of P2O5 with CaO and Ti contents;4) Manganese increases with increases of iron, lime and soda and vice versa, 5) CaO increases with the increases of Al2O3, Ti, K2O and vice versa.?High P2O5content in these manganese ores appears to be the result of precipitation from secondary manganese rich solutions containing dissolved phosphorus from the P2O5 enriched host rocks.?Another source of P2O5 may be the associated granitic and pegmatitic intrusions. Elements like K, Na, Ca, Mg, Co, Ni, Pb and Zn etc. appear to be mostly concentrated in the Mn-minerals viz. psilomelane, cryptomelane, hollandite and pyrolusite and related secondary phases [1] and [2]. Stratigraphically, the study area includes within a thick succession of Precambrian group belonging to the Khondalite and Charnockite groups of Dharwar Supergroup, that form a part of Eastern ghat Complex of India. The manganiferous rocks that have been encountered in the Vizianagarm Manganese Ores Belt (A.P.) India are known as Kodurites.

BACKgROUND: Aluminum phosphide(Al P) poisoning is common in the developing countries. There is no specifi c antidote for the treatment of acute Al P poisoning. Early diagnosis of poisoning and outcome predictors may facilitate treatment decisions. The objective of this study was to determine the trend of blood lactate level in acute Al P poisoning to evaluate its role as a prognostic ***: This was a prospective study on acute Al P intoxicated patients during one year. Demographic data, clinical and laboratory data on admission, and outcome were recorded in a selfmade questionnaire. Blood lactate levels were analyzed every two hours for 24 ***: Thirty-nine(27 male, 12 female) patients were included in the study. The mortality rate was 38.5%. The mean blood pressure, pulse rate, blood p H and serum bicarbonate level were significantly different between the survivors and non-survivors groups. Blood lactate level was signifi cantly higher in the non-survivors group during 8 to 16 hours post ***: Blood lactate level could be used as an index of severity of acute Al P poisoning.

Most of the antiseizure medications(ASMs)are metabolized in liver and many of them particularly first-generation ASMs have the potential to increase liver enzymes or induce liver ***,treatment of new onset seizures or epilepsy by ASMs during the course of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19),which could potentially be complicated by hepatic dysfunction,is a challenging clinical *** form of levetiracetam which has no significant hepatic metabolism or drug-drug interaction is often a favorable option to control seizures in acute phase of *** of enzyme inducer ASMs and valproate with the well-known hepatotoxicity and common drug interactions is not generally *** patients with epilepsy who are under control with potentially hepatotoxic ASMs,close observation and cautious dose reduction or drug switch should be considered if any evidence of hepatic impairment ***,risks of possible breakthrough seizures should be weighed against benefits of lowering the hazard of liver *** patients with epilepsy who receive polytherapy with ASMs,transient dose modification with the tendency to increase the dose of ASMs with more favorable safety profile and less drug interaction and decrease the dose of drugs with main hepatic metabolism,high protein binding,potential to cause liver injury and known drug-drug reaction should be ***,decision making should be individualized based on patients’conditions and course of illness.

Health information management systems that require systems to the storage, retrieval, storage and elimination of health records (by law), and adjust to the rules of professional. These processes are difficult and time consuming for human. In the meantime semantic HIM seem best solution.

Comparison between the Effects of Alfentanil, Lidocaine and Their Composition in Controlling the Hemodynamic Responses at the Time of Awake Extubation of Patients

Background and aim: Instability in the hemodynamic symptoms has been common at the time of extubation in patients and the cause to create the side effects. The aim of this research was to study the effect of injection of Alfentanil, Lidocaine and their composition in reduction of side effects arising from extubation. Materials and methods: 172 patients (20 - 40 years old) that referred to Shahid Rajaee Hospital in 2014 and had been under the orthopedic surgery, were divided randomly and by using colored cards into four equal groups (43 patients in each group). Alfentanil (5 microgram/kilogram) was injected to the first group. The second group received Lidocaine (1 milligram/ kilogram). The composition of these two drugs was injected to the third group and the normal equal volume of Saline was injected to the fourth group which was the control group. The means of systolic and diastolic blood pressure, average arterial pressure and the number of heartbeat at the time of extubation were measured and registered 1, 5, 10, 15 and 20 minutes after extubation. Also, the amount of situation of bucking after extubation was registered in the groups. Results: The demographic results were similar in all groups. The mean of systolic blood pressure and number of heartbeats in the group of Alfentanil and composition of Alfentanil-Lidocaine had significant reduction (p 0.05). The situation of bucking in three treatment groups had significant reduction in comparison with control group. Conclusion: Alfentanil and composition of it with Lidocaine both had caused reducing the systolic blood pressure and heartbeats.

According to the World Health Organization as of September 16,2021,there have been over 226 million documented cases of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19),which has resulted in more than 4.6 million deaths and approximately 14%develop a more severe disease that requires respiratory assistance such as *** tracheostomy is recommended for patients that are expected to be on prolonged mechanical ventilation;however,supporting data has not yet been provided for early tracheostomies in COVID-19 *** aim of this study was to explore established guidelines for performing tracheostomies in patients diagnosed with *** considered were patient outcomes such as mortality,ventilator-associated pneumonia,intensive care unit length of stay,complications associated with procedures,and risks to healthcare providers that performed *** observational studies,meta-analyses,and systematic reviews were collected through a PubMed Database *** sources were found through *** search was refined to publications in English and between the years of 2003 and *** keywords used were“Coronavirus”and/or“guidelines”and/or“tracheostomy”and/or“intensive care”.Twenty-three studies were *** to the complex presentation of the respiratory virus COVID-19,previously established guidelines for tracheostomies had to be reevaluated to determine if these guidelines were still applicable to these critically ill ventilated *** specifically,medical guidelines state benefits to early tracheostomies in critically ill ventilated non-COVID-19 ***,after having conducted this review,the assumptions about the benefits of early tracheostomies in critically ill ventilated patients may not be appropriate for COVID-19 patients.

Objective:To investigate the elemental composition of the leaves and flowers of Catharanthus roseus(***) due to the plant's wide application in the indigenous medicinal system and its chemical constituents' ***:The atomic absorption spectrophotometer was used for quantitative analysis of various ***:Total 13 important elements were analyzed in leaves and flowers of *** indicated the presence of Na,K,Ca,Mg,Cr,Fe,Zn,Al,Cu,Ni,Pb,Cd and Mn in both leaves and *** most important finding of the work was that,leaves of *** showed high concentration of all elements except K and Zn while flowers of *** showed higher concentration of K and ***:The elemental composition in both leaves and flowers of *** were found to be ***,different parts of this medicinal plant are enriched in some micro and macro nutrients like Fe,Ca,Na,K,Zn,which are very important for biological metabolic system as well as human health.
