generalized Tonic Clonic Seizure(gTCS)is a form of epileptic seizure in which a patient loses control over their entire body,ultimately leading to loss of *** Vagus Nerve Stimulator(VNS)is a tool/method for treating epileptic episodes that sends counter-electrical stimulations to the Vagus Nerve in order to mitigate epileptic signals from the *** machine is a stand-alone device that depends on human *** proposed framework uses an IoT and Blockchain oversight mechanism to augment the device's *** system counteracts against false-activation by monitoring the patient's vitals through a smart watch and allows only legitimate *** nominal operating threshold is determined by preprocessing inferences that include an 18-year-old gTCS epileptic patient and a data set of 281 non-gTCS epileptic *** proposed system functions as a dual control lock where the IoT system and the manually activation system work in tandem to activate the *** on the values sensed by the IoT device,the deployed system is able to make deci-sions and regulate the use of the *** IoT-Blockchain framework is able to fully eradicate false activation by increasing accuracy and transparency,ensur-ing the device is used correctly and safely.

COVID-19 (Coronavirus disease of 2019) is caused by SARS-CoV2(Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2) and it was first diagnosedin December 2019 in China. As of 25th Aug 2021, there are 165 million con-firmed COVID-19 positive cases and 4.4 million deaths globally. As of today,though there are approved COVID-19 vaccine candidates only 4 billion doseshave been administered. Until 100% of the population is safe, no one is safe. Eventhough these vaccines can provide protection against getting seriously ill anddying from the disease, it does not provide 100% protection from getting infectedand passing it on to others. The more the virus spreads;it has more opportunity tomutate. So, it is mandatory to follow all precautions like maintaining social distance, wearing mask, washing hands frequently irrespective of whether a person isvaccinated or not. To prevent spread of the virus, contact tracing based on socialdistance also becomes equally important. The work proposes a solution that canhelp with contact tracing/identification, knowing the infected persons recent travelhistory (even within the city) for few days before being assessed positive. Whilethe person would be able to give the known contacts with whom he/she has interacted with, he/she will not be aware of who all were in proximity if he/she hadbeen in public places. The proposed solution is to get the CCTV (Closed-CircuitTelevision) video clips from those public places for the specific date and time andidentify the people who were in proximity—i.e., not followed the safe distance tothe infected person. The approach uses YOLO V3 (You Only Look Once) whichuses darknet framework for people detection. Once the infected person is locatedfrom the video frames, the distance from that person to the other people in theframe is found, to check if there is a violation of social distance guideline. The demand for better health services has resulted in the advancementof remote monitoring health, i.e., virtual nursing systems, to watch and supportthe elderly with innovative concepts such as being patient-centric, easier to use,and having smarter interactions and more accurate conclusions. While virtual nursing services attempt to provide consumers and medical practitioners with continuous medical and health monitoring services, access to allied healthcare expertssuch as nurses remains a challenge. In this research, we present Virtual NursingUsing Deep Belief Networks for Elderly People (DBN-EP), a new framework thatprovides a virtual nurse agent deployed on a senior citizen’s home, workplace, orcare centre to help manage their health condition on a continuous basis. Using thismethod, healthcare providers can assign various jobs to nurses by utilizing a general task definition mechanism, in which a task is defined as a combination ofmedical workflow, operational guidelines, and data gathered from a remotelymonitored virtual nursing system. Practitioners are in charge of DBN-EP andmake treatment decisions for patients. This allows a DBN-EP to act as a personalized full-time nurse for a client by carrying out practitioner support activitiesbased on information gathered about the client’s health. An electronic PersonalHealth Record (ePHR) system, such as a specialized web portal and mobile apps,could provide such patient information to elderly person family members and carecentres. We created a prototype system using a DBN-EP system that allows traditional client applications and healthcare provider systems to collaborate. Finally,we demonstrate how this system may benefit the elderly through a result anddebate.

Every day walking consists of frequent voluntary modifications in the gait pattern to negotiate *** spinal cord injury,stepping over an obstacle becomes *** over an obstacle requires sensorimotor transformations in several structures of the brain,including the parietal cortex,premotor cortex,and motor *** information and planning are transformed into motor commands,which are sent from the motor cortex to spinal neuronal circuits to alter limb trajectory,coordinate the limbs,and maintain *** spinal cord injury,bidirectional communication between the brain and spinal cord is disrupted and animals,including humans,fail to voluntarily modify limb trajectory to step over an ***,in this review,we discuss the neuromechanical control of stepping over an obstacle,why it fails after spinal cord injury,and how it recovers to a certain extent.

We show that when A is a separable C*-algebra,every countably generated Hilbert A-module is projective（with bounded module maps as morphisms）.We also study the approximate extensions of bounded module *** the case where A is a σ-unital simple C*-algebra with strict comparison,and every strictly positive lower semicontinuous affine function on quasitraces can be realized as the rank of an element in the Cuntz semigroup,we show that the Cuntz semigroup is equivalent to unitarily equivalent classes of countably generated Hilbert A-modules if and only if A has stable rank one.

Background: An imbalance in Nor-adrenaline and Dopamine neurotransmitter levels in the brain is the reason for the development of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder(ADHD) which is a neurodevelopmental disorder. 6-Hydroxy Dopamine hydrobromide injection in the brain destroys catecholamine receptors thereby inducing, ADHD and expressing ADHD symptoms such as hyperactivity, inattention, anxiety, and impaired cognitive function. Aims and Objectives: Our aim is to analyze the antagonistic effect of 6-Hydroxy Dopamine by the ethanolic extract of the Acorus calamus in Neonatal rats. Settings and Design: The study was conducted in neonatal rats and analyzed the three main signs of ADHD-like behaviour in 6-OHDAHBr rats on attention, and impairment. The model identified distinct co-occurring symptoms, marble burying behaviour. The animals were sacrificed and histopathological analysis was performed. Materials and Methods: Rats were divided into 5 groups. Control, Induced control, Standard, test drug of low and high dose. The behavioural analysis was studied on days 7, 14, and 21using pole climbing, water maze, marble burying. Statistical Analysis Used: One-way ANOVA with multiple graphpad prism version ***: The extract shows significant improvement in reducing ADHD symptoms in dose-dependent manner. The model's validity is further supported by a histological investigation that reveals dopamine depletion, changes in cortical thickness, and anomalies in the neurons of the anterior cingulate cortex. Conclusions: The study concludes that neonatal dopamine deprivation causes behavioural abnormalities that are comparable to those seen in patients, making it a useful model for researching the pathophysiological mechanisms underlying ADHD and discovering potential treatment targets.
