The estimation of fish mass is one of the most basic and important tasks in *** the mass of fish at different growth stages is of great significance for feeding,monitoring the health status of fish,and making breeding plans to increase *** existing estimation methods for fish mass often stay in the 2D plane,and it is difficult to obtain the 3D information on fish,which will lead to the *** solve this problem,a multi-view method was proposed to obtain the 3D information of fish and predict the mass of fish through a two-stage neural network with an edge-sensitive *** the first stage,the side-and downward-view images of the fish and some 3D information,such as side area,top area,length,deflection angle,and pitch angle,were captured to estimate the size of the fish through two vertically placed *** the area of the fish at different views was estimated accurately through the pre-trained image segmentation neural network with an edgesensitive *** the second stage,a fully connected neural network was constructed to regress the fish mass based on the 3D information obtained in the previous *** experimental results indicate that the proposed method can accurately estimate the fish mass and outperform the existing estimation methods.

The investigation of n-type doping holds a significant interest for the application of ***,the doping of an indandione-terminated compound Q-4f with a singlet open-shell ground state was studied using two n-dopants N-DMBI and *** of these two dopants can effectively dope Q-4f due to the large offset between the singly occupied molecular orbital(SOMO)of dopants and the lowest unoccupied molecular orbital(LUMO)of Q-4f.N-DMBI has a higher doping ability than LCV as demonstrated by the UV-vis-NIR and EPR ***,in comparison to N-DMBI doped Q-4f,LCV doped system exhibits much higher electrical conductivity and power factor due to its unperturbed molecular packing and favorable morphology after *** optimal conductivity of LCV doped Q-4f is 7.16×10^(-2)±0.16 S·cm^(-1) and the highest power factor reaches 12.3±0.85μW·m–1·K^(-2).These results demonstrate that the modulation of n-dopants is a powerful strategy to balance the doping efficiency and microstructure toward a maximum thermoelectric performance.

Prediction model for the initial seed clearing angles of a precision seed meter based on vector fields

Seed clearing is a critical stage during precision seed metering process to ensure high seed ***,there is a lack of understanding of the dynamics in the seed clearing *** this study,a model was developed to predict initial seed clearing angle,in the seed clearing process using vector *** model was applied to an existing high-speed metering device and soybean seeds,and the model was evaluated with bench testing *** showed that dynamic changes in forces and constraints of seeds during the seed clearing process could be abstracted as vectors,and the changes of vector directions could be described by their phase *** phase angles were functions of the rotational angle of the seed *** phase angle of the constraint boundary linearly increases with the increase of the rotational *** phase angle of the force fluctuates,as the rotational angle *** seed clearing angle obtained from the phase angles varies from 8°to 59°,depending on the seeder travel *** comparing the values of the initial seed clearing angles predicted by the model with those from the bench tests,the root mean square error(RMSE)were from 2.73 to 3.14,and the correlation(r)between predict and observer were all higher than 0.98,indicating that the model had reasonably good accuracy.

Synchrotron-based angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy was employed to investigate the temperature evolution of the Yb 4 f spectral for surface and bulk in the Kondo lattice YbCu_(2)Si_(2).Our study quantitatively distinguishes between the surface and bulk hybridization processes,revealing that the onset temperatures for both surface and bulk hybridization processes are significantly higher than the Kondo ***,we found that the effective surface Kondo temperature is much lower than that of the *** findings offer valuable insights into the understanding of heavy fermion physics.

An orthogonal matching pursuit iterative identification algorithm is proposed for dual-rate sampled output-error systems with unknown time-delays and orders based on finite number of sampled data. firstly, the identification model of the target system is established based on the dual-rate sampled data. Secondly, considering the input time-delay and the system order are both unknown, by means of the overparameterization method and taking the regression items of the noise-free output data and that of the input data as sufficient length, a sparse system is derived and its sparsity is the number of parameters to be identified. furthermore, the idea of auxiliary model and the sparse recovery method in compressed sensing are combined for interactive estimation of the parameter vector and the noise-free outputs, where the parameter vector is estimated by using the orthogonal matching pursuit algorithm, the auxiliary model is constructed based on which and then the noise-free outputs are calculated accordingly and applied in turn for updating the parameter vector. finally, the system order and the input time-delay are calculated according to the structure of the obtained parameter vector. The simulation experiments verify that the proposed algorithm can provide accurate joint estimation of system parameters, time-delay and order based on small amounts of sampled data. © 2024 Northeast University.
