The given investigation presents the results of estimating the water circulation in the water area of the Bering Sea and the Sea of Okhotsks, considering the influence of various types of the atmospheric processes. To solve the given problem it is used a hydrodynamic model calculating the integ.a. functions of the flow from the surface to the bottom. By results of calculations, the maps of the integ.a. water circulation were built for the following types of atmospheric circulation：＂north-western＂ and ＂okhotsk-aleutian＂. In accordance with the performed calculations for the water area being studied, the hydrodynamic structures are distinguished both non-depending.a.d depending on the type of the atmospheric circulation. The non-depending structures are characterized by the cyclonic activity in the Bering Sea and the Sea of Okhotsk in whole. Hydrodynamic structures depending on types of the atmospheric circulation have their peculiarities in the spatial-temporal distribution.

This study considers the restoration of the plant cover destroyed by a catastrophic volcano eruption in the south of Kamchatka Peninsula(the Ksudach caldera,Shtyubel cone),with a particular attention to the role of woody *** aims to qualitatively estimate(at a qualitative level)the rate of the primary succession development depending on the microrelief and the modern relief-forming *** vegetation recovery in the caldera after the Shtyubel cone eruption 109 years ago proceeds slowly and *** proceeds most slowly on a thick tephra mantle continuously disturbed by water and wind erosion,lahars,debris flows,landslides,*** conditions are most typical of the western part of the caldera dominated by pumice fields with occasional patches of pioneer herbs and dwarf *** tundra communities with g.a.ually expanding patches of shrub alder develop in the southern,eastern and northeastern parts of the Ksudach *** 1997 the area of the shrub alder communities has increased by 1.9 times,while the alpine tundra–by 1.3 times *** woody plants(dwarf shrubs and prostrate shrubs)are of particular importance in the process of the vegetation recovery on pumice *** suggest that the bark thickness of woody plants is an integ.a.ed indicator,which may serve for estimating the state of ecosystem in the course of the primary succession development on juvenile *** extremely inhospitable environments cause changes in physiological processes in the plant body and in its bark in *** results show that woody plants have a"thin"bark and develop some structural-functional arrangements for keeping bark tissues at their ***,the woody plant structure and the rate of changes in plant communities are under control of the geomorphic conditions and primarily–of physicochemical features of the pyroclastic cover.

The phase transformation and magnetic hysteresis properties of melt-spun Fe41 Pd41 B8 Si6 P4 ribbons subjected to the annealing.a. temperatures of 500-550℃were studied after holding for 0.1-60.0 h by transmission electron microscopy(TEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and thermomagnetic *** additions of P,B and Si to the FePd alloy allowed us to achieve the coercivity of124 kA·m-1,which is 2.6 times higher than that of the melt-spun ribbons of the binary equiatomic FePd *** high-coercivity Fe41Pd41B8 Si6 P4 alloy is nanocrystalline and is composed of the ordered L10-phase g.a.ns approximately 40 nm in size and inclusions of the Fe2(P,B)and Pd2(Si,B)*** coercivity kinetics is controlled by the phase transformation which can be divided into three stages:transformation from the bcc structure to nanosized regions of the fee and Fe2 P phases;transformation from the fee to L10 nanosized regions with somewhat different degrees of tetragonality and their ordering.a.d extensive growth of the weight fraction of L10 phase from the fee nanosized regions.P and B atoms occupy interstitial sites in the iron plane of L10 lattice,thus decreasing its Curie temperature(TC).

The process of consolidation of TiN nanopowders under a hydrostatic pressure of 3 g.a.was evaluated from the evolution of substructure parameters of compacts obtained after different exposure of powder bodies under constant pressure at room temperature. It has been established that in compaction, changes in the substructure reflect deformation processes of the porous body, which are accompanied by relaxation processes and the corresponding decrease in microstresses. The sintering of consolidated 80 wt% TiN - 20 wt% TiB2 powders at 3 g.a.in the temperature range 1300℃ - 1600℃ leads to the substitution of N atoms by B atoms in TiN and possibly to the substitution of B atoms by N atoms in TiB2. The presence of oxygen in powders promotes the formation of titanium oxynitride, which increases the microhardness of specimens.

X-Linked Agammaglobulinemia (XLA) is the major primary immunodeficiency in which the body is unable to produce the antibodies responsible for the defense against bacteria and viruses. The patient (a 6-month-old boy) was born at term to non-consanguineous parents. Both parents and older sister are clinically healthy. At 3, 5 months of age he presented acute viral infection with glue ear. At 4 month—serous meningitis, at 5 month—laryngotracheitis and serous meningitis. The levels of immunoglobulins were decreased for Ig.a.and Igg isotypes. The virtual lack of CD19+ B-lymphocytes was defined. Additionally there was found a complete absence of KREC (kappa-deleting recombination excision circle) in dried blood spot. The molecular diagnostics of coding region of the BTK gene was performed. DNA sequencing.a.alysis of patient showed a 13-bp deletion in exon 2 (c.64_76delCCTCTAAACTTCA), leading to occurrence of frameshift and premature termination codon (***22fsTer28). This mutation was not described earlier. The mother and the sister of proband showed heterozygosity at the same position. Prenatal diagnostic testing has become available to this family for next preg.a.cy.
