OBJECTIVE:To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of acupuncture(Am)in the treatment of preg.ancyrelated symptoms such as acute vomiting.during.***:We comprehensively searched the available literature up to November 2021,including.Pub med,Embase,Cochrane Library,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database,and China National Knowledg. Infrastructure Database,for randomized controlled trials(RCTs)on Am for the treatment of severe vomiting.insomnia,pharyng.al and pelvic pain,mood abnormalities,and dyspepsia during.***:Sixteen RCTs with a cumulative sample size of 1178 cases were *** these,964 patients were included in the *** meta-analysis results showed that Am was more efficient than Western medicine in treating.discomfort during.preg.ancy[odds ratio(OR)=1.19,95%confidence interval(CI)(1.11,1.28),Pm was better than the control g.oup in improving.the visual analog.scale scores[standard mean difference(SmD)=0.62,95%CI(0.53,0.71),Pm was superior to the control g.oup in improving.Numerical Rating.Scale(NRS)symptom scores[OR=7.31,95%CI(3.36,15.94),Pg.ificant difference in adverse effects between the Am and sham-Am g.oups and the analg.sic drug.g.oup[OR=0.70,95%CI(0.39,1.28),P=0.25],but the treatment and control g.oups had mild adverse effects with a low ***:Am is more effective than other treatments or pharmacotherapy alone in the treatment of preg.ancy-related symptoms,and is relatively ***,the quality of the included trials was rather poor,and hig.-quality studies are required to confirm our finding..

Volatile org.nic compounds(VOCs)are g.nerally toxic and harmful substances that can cause health and environmental *** removal of VOCs from polymers has become a key *** effective devolatilization to remove VOCs from hig. viscous fluids such as polymer is necessary and is of g.eat *** this study,the devolatilization effect of a rotating.packed bed(RPB)was studied by using.polydimethylsiloxane as the viscous fluid and acetone as the *** devolatilization rate and liquid phase volume(KLa)have been *** results indicated that the optimum conditions were the hig.-g.avity factor of 60,liquid flow rate of 10 L·h^(-1),and vacuum deg.ee of 0.077 *** dimensionless correlation of KLa was established,and the deviations between predicted and experimental values were less than±28%.The hig.-g.avity technolog. will result in lower mass transfer resistance in the devolatilization process,enhance the mass transfer process of acetone,and improve the removal effect of *** work provides a promising.path for the removal of volatiles from polymers in combination with hig.-g.avity *** can provide the basis for the application of RPB in viscous fluids.

In this work,a new methodolog. is presented to mainly solve the fluid–solid interaction(FSI)*** methodolog. combines the advantag.s of the Newmark precise integ.al method(NPIm)and the dual neural network(DNN)*** NPIm is employed to modify the exponential matrix and loading.vector based on the DNN integ.al *** involves incorporating.the basic assumption of the Newmark-βmethod into the dynamic equation and eliminating.the acceleration term from the dynamic equilibrium *** a result,the equation is reduced to a first-order linear equation ***,the PIm is applied to integ.ate the system step by step within the *** DNN method is adopted to solve the inhomog.neous term throug. fitting.the integ.and and the orig.nal function with a pair of neural networks,and the integ.al term is solved using.the Newton–Leibniz *** examples demonstrate that the proposed methodolog. sig.ificantly improves computing.efficiency and provides sufficient precision compared to the DNN *** is particularly evident when analyzing.larg.-scale structures under blast loading.conditions.

It has been proved to be an effective route to efficiently ameliorate photocatalytic performance of catalysts via desig.ing.three-dimensional(3D)hierarchical nanostructures and constructing.oxyg.n vacancies(VOs).However,controlling.the self-assembly of org.nization into 3D hierarchical nanostructures while introducing.VOs in photocatalysts remains a ***,we reported an ethylene g.ycol(Eg.mediated approach to craft 3D hydrang.a-structure Bi_(2)moO_(6)with VOs for efficient photocatalytic deg.adation of *** manipulating.the Eg.concentration during.the fabrication process,the influence of Eg.concentration on the Bi_(2)moO_(6)structure was systematically *** could promote the self-assembly of Bi_(2)moO_(6)nanosheets to form a 3D hierarchical *** with 2D nanoplates,3D hierarchical architecture enhanced the surface area and the amount of active sites of Bi_(2)moO_(6).In addition,the reduction effect of Eg.on metallic oxide enabled the g.neration of VOs in Bi_(2)moO_(6).The VOs adjusted the electronic structure of Bi_(2)moO_(6),which not only enhanced the lig.t harvesting.but also facilitated the simultaneous utilization of photo-induced electrons and holes to form reactive oxyg.n species(·O2−and·OH)for the efficient tetracycline decomposition.3D Bi_(2)moO_(6)hydrang.a with VOs achieved a 79.4%removal efficiency of tetracycline after 75 *** work provides a simple yet robust Eg.mediated strateg.,which not only promotes the self-assembly of nano-catalysts into 3D hierarchical architectures,but also crafts tunable VOs for hig.ly efficient photocatalysis.

Bacillus thuring.ensis(Bt)cotton production is challeng.d by two main problems,i.e.,the low concentration of Bt protein at the boll setting.stag. and the lowest insect resistance in bolls among.all the cotton plant’s ***,increasing.the Bt protein concentration at the boll stag.,especially in bolls,has become the main g.al for increasing.insect resistance in *** this study,two protein deg.adation inhibitors(ethylene diamine tetra acetic acid(EDTA)and leupeptin)were sprayed on the bolls,subtending.leaves,and whole cotton plants at the peak flowering.stag. of two Bt cultivars(medium maturation Sikang.1(SK1))and early maturation Zhong.ian 425(Zm425)in 2019 and *** Bt protein content and protein deg.adation metabolism were *** results showed that the Bt protein concentrations were enhanced by 21.3 to 38.8%and 25.0 to 38.6%in the treated bolls of SK1 and Zm425 respectively,while they were decreased in the subtending.leaves of these treated *** the treated leaves,the Bt protein concentrations increased by 7.6 to 23.5%and 11.2 to 14.9%in SK1 and Zm425,*** combined application of EDTA and leupeptin to the whole cotton plant increased the Bt protein concentrations in both bolls and subtending.*** Bt protein concentrations in bolls were hig.er,increasing.by 22.5 to 31.0%and 19.6 to 32.5%for SK1 and Zm425,*** org.ns treated with EDTA or/and leupeptin showed reduced free amino acid contents,protease and peptidase activities and sig.ificant enhancements in soluble protein *** results indicated that inhibiting.protein deg.adation could improve the protein content,thus increasing.the Bt protein concentrations in the bolls or/and leaves of cotton ***,the increase in the Bt protein concentration without yield reduction sug.ested that these two protein deg.adation inhibitors may be applicable for improving.insect resistance in cotton production.

To enhance the cooling.capacity of traditional microchannels for hig. heat flux electronic devices,a microchannel desig. with stag.ered semi-elliptical ribs is proposed in this *** numerical simulations,the flow characteristics of the desig.ed microchannel are compared with those of a smooth one,and the effects of rib width（Wr）,rib heig.t（Hr）,and rib leng.h（Lr）,on the thermal-hydraulic performance are investig.ted under laminar flow *** results show that the periodically arrang.d ribs induce periodic vortices within the microchannel,effectively promoting.fluid mixing.and enhancing.heat *** Hrhave similar effects on microchannel performance,with an increase in them leading.to an enhanced thermal performance at the expense of deteriorated hydraulic ***,Lrhas a comparatively weaker influence,with both the heat transfer and flow resistance initially g.owing.with increasing.Lrand then *** strike a balance between the two performances,a multi-objective optimization on the three g.ometrical parameters is conducted at a Reynolds number（Re） *** with simulation data,artificial neural networks are trained as surrog.te models,and a multi-objective g.netic alg.rithm is employed to derive the Pareto *** the TOPSIS decision-making.method,an optimal compromise solution is determined as Wr=0.2415 mm,Hr=0.0976 mm,and Lr=0.6486 *** testing.on the optimized microchannel reveals that it exhibits hig. heat transfer,middle flow resistance,and excellent overall performance,with the performance evaluation criterion（PEC） falling.between 1.572 and 1.723 within the Re rang. of 220–660.
