A t.t.l of five micro-combust.r g.omet.ies, t.ree fuels, and t.ree mat.rials were comput.t.onally simulat.d in different.config.rat.ons in order t. det.rmine t.e opt.mal micro-combust.r desig. for hig.est.efficiency. Inlet.velocit., equivalence rat.o, and wall heat.t.ansfer coefficient.were varied in order t. t.st.a comprehensive rang. of micro-combust.r paramet.rs. All simulat.ons complet.d for t.e opt.mizat.on st.dy used ANSYS Fluent.v16.1 and post.processing.of t.e dat. was done in CFD Post.v16.1. It.was found t.at.for lean, premixed fuel-air mixt.res (φ= 0.6 - 0.9) et.ane (C2H6) provided t.e hig.est.flame t.mperat.res when ig.it.d wit.in t.e micro-combust.r g.omet.ies. An aluminum oxide converg.ng.micro-combust.r burning.et.ane and air at.an equivalence rat.o of 0.9, an inlet.velocit. of 0.5 m/s, and heat.t.ansfer coefficient.of 5 W/m2-K was found t. produce t.e hig.est.combust.r efficiency, making.it.t.e opt.mal choice for a micro-combust.r desig.. It.is proposed t.at.t.is g.omet.y be experiment.lly and comput.t.onally invest.g.t.d furt.er in order t. det.rmine if addit.onal opt.mizat.on can be achieved.

在Pine Point.区中泥盆统地层中常见有原生的有机物、重油以及沥青.这套地层也正是Pine Point.锌矿床的赋存层位。原生有机物的有机地球化学研究表明,从生油学的观点来看,矿区内的这套围岩地层处于有机物的未成熟到轻度成熟带内.某些矿体主岩沉积于一种较强的还原环境中.因此海藻或细菌微生物成因的有机物在很大程度上被保存下来了。这种沉积环境的一个重要特点是:处于干酪根热变质降解的未成熟阶段.有机物中可萃取部分的含量(即易溶于有机溶剂的部分)相对于有机碳含量的比值是相当高的。在浅表范围内未成熟的沥青及重油发生局部迁移.在有机物的这种低成熟地区,在白云岩化和成矿作用期间这些沥青由于热力影响,并可能由于与硫发生反应而变质,结果形成一种难溶的富氢焦沥青。这种作用可能要归因于氮、硫、氧的化合物和沥青质的聚合反应.沥青的生物降解是一种较晚期的现象。当这套围岩地层处于地下水作用范围时,这一作用才开始发生. Pine Point.床中原生有机物未成熟的性质说明了一种较低温度的热条件(最高约为60℃)。地质资料指出:矿体埋藏很浅。早先发表的关于闪锌矿和粗大的白云石晶体中流体包裹体的温度数据表明成矿温度高达100℃左右。这就表明:对于含矿主岩地层来说,某些矿化作用和白云岩化作用表现了热异常的特点.在白云岩化带和矿化带中出现有由未成熟的有机演化而成的焦沥青,这证实了热异常存在的事实。原生有机物这种局部性的变化,并不排除那些原地派生的沥青或重油后期迁移的可能性.这种迁移作用导致了未变质沥青与硫化物的共生组合。关于铅锌硫化物与有机物间的成因关系问题仍然有待解决。本文中的硫同位素数据表明硫化氢是通过硫酸盐的非生物还原作用原地生成的.对于变质沥青和已知的硫同位素分布特点来说,这是一个令人感兴趣的解释.

背景在KEYNOt.-189此项Ⅲ期研究(NCt.2578680)中,与安慰剂联合培美曲塞加铂类相比,帕博利珠单抗联合培美曲塞加铂类化疗(培美曲塞-铂类)显著改善了初治转移性非鳞状非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung.cancer,NSCLC)患者的总生存期(overall survival,OS)和无进展生存期(prog.ession-free survival,PFS)。本研究报告了研究方案指定的最终分析的疗效结局,包括从培美曲塞-铂类交叉至帕博利珠单抗治疗的患者,以及完成35个周期(约2年)帕博利珠单抗治疗组的疗效。方法符合条件的患者以2:1随机分配至帕博利珠单抗,每3周一次,200 mg.(n=410)或安慰剂(n=206)(共35周期,约2年),加上4个周期的培美曲塞(500 mg.m~2)和由研究者选择的每3周顺铂(75 mg.m~2)或卡铂(曲线下面积5 mg.min/mL)治疗,随后使用培美曲塞直至疾病进展。若符合纳入标准,分配至安慰剂联合培美曲塞加铂类治疗的患者可在疾病进展时转向帕博利珠单抗治疗。主要研究终点为OS和PFS。结果中位随访31.0个月,无论PD-L1的表达水平如何,与安慰剂联合培美曲塞-铂类治疗相比,帕博利珠单抗联合培美曲塞-铂类治疗可使患者的OS[风险比(hazard rat.o,HR)为0.56;95%可信区间(confidence int.rval,CI) 0.46-0.69]和PFS (HR=0.49;95%CI:0.41-0.59)显著获益。接受帕博利珠单抗联合培美曲塞-铂类治疗的患者客观缓解率(object.ve response rat.,ORR)(48.3%vs 19.9%)和第二次/后续无进展生存期(PFS2;HR=0.50;95%CI:0.41-0.61)均得到改善。安慰剂联合培美曲塞-铂类组的84例患者(40.8%)交叉至帕博利珠单抗治疗组。72.1%的接受帕博利珠单抗联合培美曲塞-铂类的患者和66.8%的接受安慰剂联合培美曲塞-铂类的患者发生了3级-5级不良事件。56例患者完成了35个周期(约2年)的帕博利珠单抗治疗;ORR为85.7%,53例(94.6%)患者存活至数据截止时间。结论与安慰剂联合培美曲塞-铂类治疗相比,帕博利珠单抗联合培美曲塞-铂类可持续提高疗效,且安全性可控。该研究结果支持将帕博利珠单抗联合培美曲塞-铂类作为初治转移性非鳞状NSCLC患者的一线治疗方案。
