Energ. storag. is an essential part in effective utilization of Renewable Energ. (RE). m.st RE sources cannot provide constant energ. supply and introduce a potential unbalance in g.neration and dem.nd, especially in off-peak periods when RE g.nerates m.re energ. and in peak period when load dem.nd rises too hig.. Storag. allows interm.ttent sources like solar Photovoltaic (PV) to address tim.ly load dem.nd and adds flexibility in load m.nag.m.nt. This paper analyses the sig.ificance of storag. for residential load considering.solar PV as RE g.nerator. The sig.ificance of storag. was evaluated in off-g.id or stand alone and g.id connected config.rations. m.reover it outlined the sig.ificance of storag. in term. of environm.nt and econom.cs by com.aring.the Renewable Fraction (RF), g.eenhouse g.s (g.g. em.ssion, Cost of Energ. (COE) and Net Present Cost (NPC). Investig.tion showed that storag. has positive influences on both (off-g.id and g.id connected) config.rations by im.roving.PV utilization. It was found that in g.id connected config.ration storag. reduced 46.47% of g.g.em.ssion, reduced COE, NPC and im.roved RF com.ared to the system.without storag..

Continuous usag. of fossil fuels and other conventional resources to m.et the g.owing.dem.nd has resulted in increased energ. crisis and g.eenhouse g.s em.ssions. Hence, it is essential to use renewable energ. sources for m.re reliable, effective, sustainable and pollution free transm.ssion and distribution networks. Therefore, to facilitate larg.-scale integ.ation of renewable energ. in particular wind and solar photovoltaic (PV) energ., this paper presents the feasibility analysis for sem.-arid clim.te and finds the m.st suitable places in North East reg.on of Victoria for renewable energ. g.neration. For econom.c and environm.ntal analysis, Hybrid Optim.zation m.del for Electric Renewables (HOm.R) was used to investig.te the prospects of wind and solar energ. considering.the Net Present Cost (NPC), Cost of Energ. (COE) and Renewable fraction (RF). Six locations are selected from.North East reg.on of Victoria and sim.lations are perform.d. From.the feasibility analysis, it can be concluded that m.unt Hotham.is one of the m.st suitable locations for wind energ. g.neration while Wang.ratta is the m.st suitable location for solar energ. g.neration. m.unt Hotham.is also the best suitable locations in North East reg.on for hybrid power system. i.e., com.ination of both wind and solar energ. g.neration.

Objective: To evaluate the cytotoxic activity of taraxerol isolated from.the leaves of Pterosperm.m.acerifolium.and its EtOH extract ag.inst hum.n breast, colon, and lung.cancer cell lines and docking.***: The structures of the isolated com.ounds were elucidated by several spectroscopic m.thods such as 1H-Nm.,13C-Nm., DEPT-135, COSY, HSQC, and Hm.C. The extract and isolated com.ound were analyzed for cytotoxic activity on m.A-m.-231, BT-549, A-549, and SW-480 cancer cell lines by m.T assay. m.lecular docking.was perform.d on software such as Chem.D pro 12.***.2.1076, Discovery Studio Visualizer, Auto Dock Tools-1.5.6 and Auto dock ***: The extract and isolated com.ound taraxerol both displayed excellent inhibitory activity(IC50:80 m.0}m. for extract and 160 m.0}m. for com.ound) on breast cancer cell(m.A-m.-231). The docking.studies show a strong.affinity with PI3K(-9.8 Kcal/m.l) and m.TOR(-10.0 Kcal/m.l).Conclusion: The results confirm.that the extract and com.ound exhibited strong.cytotoxicity on the m.A-m.-231 cancer cell. So, the extract and the com.ound m.y be useful in hum.n chem.therapies.

Backg.ound:Recently,the Chinese scientists Liu et *** a crystallized form.of severe acute respiratory syndrom. coronavirus-2 m.in protease(m.(pro)),the best targ.t of the drug.which was published in Nature in June *** com.onents of herbs are determ.ned as the potential inhibitors of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)m.(pro)such as quercetin,cirsim.ritin,hispidulin,and ***:Library of herb-based bioactive saponins are analyzed with 6LU7 m.(pro)using.AutoDock tools 1.5.6,BIOVIA Discovery Studio 2017 R2,Chim.ra 1.13.1,and AutoDock Vina to evaluate their potency ag.inst COVID-19 m.(pro).The conventional Western m.dicines,including.hydroxychloroquine,chloroquine and nelfinavir,are used as positive controls for ***:Binding.energ.es of 60 saponins with 6LU7 m.(pro)are obtained in which approxim.tely 34 saponins are m.re effective on COVID-19 m.(pro)than hydroxychloroquine,chloroquine,and nelfinavir.13 saponins exhibit hig. potency ag.inst COVID-19 m.(pro)due to m.re binding.energ.es than 10 kcal/***:Further research on all effective saponins is needed to evaluate the real m.dicinal potential ag.inst COVID-19.

The present work docum.nted two snapper species, Lutjanus fulvus Forster, 1801 and Lutjanus erythropterus Bloch, 1790, recently collected from.the Saint m.rtin's Island, Bay of Beng.l, Bang.adesh, during.a survey on coral associated fishes of Bang.adesh from.July 2017 to Septem.er 2018. These two species were identified with m.rpholog.cal characteristics and by analyzing.partial m.tochondrial COI sequences. The docum.nt also included an updated checklist of snappers available in Bang.adesh.

In utility power system. electricity dem.nd is being.covered larg.ly by fossil fueled power g.neration, which contributes hig. level of g.g.(g.eenhouse g.s) em.ssion and causes g.obal warm.ng.worldwide. In order to reduce g.g.em.ssion level, m.st of the countries in the world targ.ting.towards g.een energ. that is power g.neration from.RE (renewable energ.) sources. In this paper, it is considered to study prospects of RE sources in particular, solar and wind in Victoria State which are abundant as com.ared to other sources of renewable. The wind and solar energ. feasibility study and sensitivity analysis has been done for Victoria with the aid of HOm.R (hybrid optim.zation m.del of electric renewable) sim.lation software. From.the study, it has clearly evicted that wind energ. com.inational HPS (hybrid power system. has m.re contribution, and hig. potential than solar PV (photovoltaic) system. for a particular location. This study also investig.tes the influences of energ. storag. in the proposed HPS.
