Let f be a Maass cusp form for Г0（N） with Fourier coefficients 1 k2. λf（n） and Laplace eig.nvalue 1/4 ＋k2 For real α≠0 and β 〉 0, consider the sum Sx（f; α,β） = ∑n λf（n）e（αnβ）φ（n/X）, where φ is a smooth function of compact support. We prove bounds for the second spectral moment of Sx （f;α, β）, with the eig.nvalue tending.towards infinity. When the eig.nvalue is sufficiently larg., we obtain an averag. bound for this sum in terms of X. This implies that if f has its eig.nvalue beyond X1/2＋ε, the standard resonance main term for Sx（f; ±2√q 1/2）, q ∈Z＋, cannot appear in g.neral. The method is adopted from proofs of subconvexity bounds for Rankin-Selberg.L-functions for g.（2） × g.（2）. It contains in particular a proof of an asymptotic expansion of a well-known oscillatory integ.al with an enlarg.d rang. of Kε≤ L≤ K1-ε. The same bounds can be proved in a similar way for holomorphie cusp forms.

The primary aim of this study is to correlate the impact of ag.reg.tes,if any,on the viscoelastic behavior of rejuvenated asphalt mixtures containing.very hig. amounts of reclaimed asphalt pavement(RAP)(>50%).First,g.adation of 100%RAP was rectified,using.a modified Bailey method by adding.virg.n ag.reg.tes to achieve two coarse dense-g.aded and one fine dense-g.aded *** modulus test was then performed from−35 to+35℃and 0.01–10 *** addition to performance g.ade(Pg.testing.extracted and recovered binders from different asphalt mixtures underwent shear complex modulus test within−8℃to hig. temperature Pg.and frequencies from 0.001 to 30 ***−Cole,Black space,complex modulus and phase ang.e master curves were constructed and ShiftHomothety-Shift in time-Shift(SHStS)transformation was used to compare the linear viscoelastic behavior of asphalt binders and *** influence of ag.reg.tes on the viscoelastic behavior of asphalt mixtures depends on temperature and/or *** role of asphalt binders in the behavior of asphalt mixtures is more pronounced at hig. temperatures and the effect of the ag.reg.te structure increases as the temperature *** maximum difference(60%to 70%)in the viscoelastic behavior of the binder and mixture based on SHStS transformed Cole−Cole curves is within the phase ang.e of 15°–20°.

The conceptual desig. and optimization of a tilt-rotor Micro Air Vehicle(MAV) for a well-defined mission are performed. The objective of this desig. cycle is to decrease the desig. time in order to efficiently create a functional tilt-rotor drone. A flig.t mission is firstly defined for a tiltrotor MAV performing.hovering.and cruise flig.t scenarios. Secondly, a complex wing.shape is chosen and modeled in order to determine the final shape. The initial shape is scaled in order to acquire an arbitrary wing.pan of one meter. For the specific area and wing.pan, the aspect ratio of the desig.ed wing.shape is found to be equal to 2.32. Thirdly, a constraint analysis of the MAV is performed by using.an energ. balance analysis for six different flig.t scenarios. This analysis yields the required power loading.and wing.loading. Fourthly, the weig.t of the vehicle is estimated using.both statistical and computational methods. After estimating.the total weig.t and the wing.loading.of the MAV, the surface of the wing.is determined, yielding.a final wing.pan of 0.76 m. Subsequently, considering.the total weig.t of the desig.ed MAV, the needed lift coefficient is ***, using.the lift coefficient in conjunction with XLFR5, a batch of airfoils is selected and analyzed to evaluate the aerodynamic coefficients of the wing.with each airfoil. This analysis ultimately leads to the optimum airfoil being.selected. Finally, desig. of the fuselag. and tail, internal components selection, and servo-mechanisms desig. are carried out prior to a stability analysis. All these proposed steps are needed to desig. efficient and functional tilt-rotor MAVs.

This paper analyzes the effect of the depth of submetering.i.e.,from whole-building.level to system level to equipment level and further to sensor level)on the energ. saving. that can be achieved in energ. analytics or energ. information system(EIS)*** EIS is defined as a combination of software and hardware systems that g.ther energ.-related data,feed it into an analytics eng.ne,and present building.operators with analyses that allow them to reduce energ. *** reg.rding.the energ. saving.,the depth of sub-metering.in the EIS implementation,and the cost of submetering.was g.thered for 21 case(building.portfolio)studies and analyzed to determine if there is a relationship between the depth of submetering.and the energ. saving. *** was found that in g.neral,deeper submetering.does in fact appear to enable deeper energ. *** one exception to this is sensor-level data:the addition of detailed sensor level metering.to other hig.er levels of metering.data does not seem to enable deeper energ. saving. in EIS *** finding. in energ. saving.,cost and cost-effectiveness were presented for different levels of metering.that may provide insig.tful rule-of-thumb estimations for similar implementations.

The environmental potential of perforated surfaces in the tropics is noticeable. They allow obtaining.hig.er attenuation and spatial dispersion of both direct and diffuse lig.ting.in indoor spaces, whereas in outdoor areas, the openwork elements reduce surfaces temperature and mitig.te the characteristic g.are of smooth surfaces when exposed to sunlig.t. Openwork walls have an immense sustainability potential in modern tropical building.： they limit the solar rays＇ admission, as well as provide an advantag.ous use of natural lig.t and cross ventilation, but the research on their solar behavior is scarce. In order to obtain suitable levels of solar g.in, relationships among.shape, proportion, thickness and partitions composing.openwork elements must be studied. This research evaluates solar g.in in perforated surfaces by defining.the ＂solar applicability rang.＂, a property useful to identify intervals of g.idance where a perforated pattern shape will present a definite solar g.in, g.ving.valuable input in the g.ometric desig. of openwork elements and introducing.shade performance in the desig. of openwork walls. Results g.ve g.ometric g.idelines that allow to widen the solar applicability rang. of a perforation pattern and to define two perforation features that have impact on the solar performance of perforated surfaces： focalization and solar performance shift.

Exoskeletons are mechatronic devices used to increase human muscle streng.h and resistance. In the last decade these devices have become a very useful tool to assist active kinesiotherapy. This paper presents the desig. of exoskeleton focused on the rehabilitation of ankle and knee for the rig.t leg. The construction of prototype like Exoskeleton for Lower Limb Training.with Instrumented Orthoses （ELLTIO） using.Series Elastic Actuator （SEA） to reduce the effort in the human joints, and a control law to perform a rehabilitation routine using.an adaptive control scheme were first implemented in simulation to verify the control strateg. and make a real rehabilitation test. The adaptive control law is proposed with the intention that the exoskeleton can adapt to user parameters at the time when performing.the exercise. The results show the parameters estimation and tracking.trajectory for the exoskeleton were proposed, and this trajectory could be a routine rehabilitation proposed by the therapist.
