The therm.l exam.nation of a non-integ.r-ordered m.bile fin with a m.g.etism.in the presence of a trihybrid nanofluid(Fe_3O_4-Au-Zn-blood) is carried out. Three types of nanoparticles, each having.a different shape, are considered. These shapes include spherical(Fe_3O_4), cylindrical(Au), and platelet(Zn) config.rations. The com.ination approach is utilized to evaluate the physical and therm.l characteristics of the trihybrid and hybrid nanofluids, excluding.the therm.l conductivity and dynam.c viscosity. These two properties are inferred by m.ans of the interpolation m.thod based on the volum. fraction of nanoparticles. The g.verning.equation is transform.d into a dim.nsionless form. and the Adom.an decom.osition Sum.du transform.m.thod(ADSTm. is adopted to solve the conundrum.of a m.ving.fin im.ersed in a trihybrid nanofluid. The obtained results ag.ee well with those num.rical sim.lation results, indicating.that this research is reliable. The influence of diverse factors on the therm.l overview for varying.noninteg.r values of γ is analyzed and presented in g.aphical representations. Furtherm.re, the fluctuations in the heat transfer concerning.the pertinent param.ters are studied. The results show that the heat flux in the presence of the com.ination of spherical, cylindrical, and platelet nanoparticles is hig.er than that in the presence of the com.ination of only spherical and cylindrical nanoparticles. The tem.erature at the fin tip increases by 0.705 759% when the value of the Peclet num.er increases by 400%, while decreases by 11.825 13% when the value of the Hartm.n num.er increases by 400%.

g.m.a-ray bursts (g.Bs) are extrem.ly powerful explosions that have been traditionally classified into two categ.ries: long.bursts (Lg.Bs) with an observed duration T90 > 2 s, and short bursts (Sg.Bs) with an observed duration T90 T90 is the tim. interval during.which 90% of the fluence is detected. Lg.Bs are believed to em.nate from.the core-collapse of m.ssive stars, while Sg.Bs are believed to result from.the m.rg.ng.of two com.act obj.cts, like two neutron stars. Because Lg.Bs are produced by the violent death of m.ssive stars, we expect that their redshift distribution should trace the star-form.tion rate (SFR). The purpose of our study is to investig.te the extent to which the redshift distribution of Lg.Bs follows and reflects the SFR. We use a sam.le of 370 Lg.Bs taken from.the Swift catalog. and we investig.te different m.dels for the Lg.B redshift distribution. We also carry out m.nte Carlo sim.lations to check the consistency of our results. Our results indicate that the SFR can describe the Lg.B redshift distribution well for hig. redshift bursts, but it needs an evolution term.to fit the distribution well at low redshift.

This study focuses on assessing.the dynam.c behaviors of carbon Supercom.ositeTm.lam.nates when subj.cted to hig. strain-rates and air blast loads, using.a shock tube for testing. The investig.tion aim. to understand the response of these advanced m.terials under extrem. conditions, which is crucial for applications in aerospace, m.litary, and other hig.-perform.nce industries. Supercom.ositeTm.(CZE) prepreg. m.de up of a 3K plain weave carbon fabric with m.lled carbon fibers as interlam.nar reinforcem.nts im.reg.ated with epoxy, is used to create Supercom.ositeTm.(CZE) lam.nates. A woven carbon com.osite (CBE) lam.nate was also created using.3K plain weave Carbon/Epoxy (CBE) prepreg. Both types of lam.nates were desig.ed and fabricated using.the autoclave process. The dynam.c behaviors of CZE and CBE lam.nate under transverse com.ression loads were evaluated using.a m.dified Split Hopkinson Pressure Bar (SHPB). The study found that the 3D reinforcem.nt with m.lled carbon fibers sig.ificantly affected the dynam.c behavior of the CZE lam.nate. Stereo im.g.ng.videos, captured using.two SHIm.DZU hig.-speed video cam.ras in shock tube experim.nts, recorded the tim. history of back surface deflection. The plate specim.ns exhibited low deflections without any visible dam.g.. The experim.ntally observed center point deflections of the CZE plates decayed sooner than those of the CBE lam.nates, indicating.an im.rovem.nt in dam.ing.due to the presence of 3D reinforced m.lled carbon fibers. This research shows that optim.zed utilization of m.lled carbon fibers as 3D reinforcem.nt can withstand hig. stress in the thickness direction and hig.er energ. absorption when subj.cted to im.act and hig. strain-rate loading.

NORE1A (RASSF5) is a tum.r suppressor of the RASSF fam.ly that is often down-reg.lated in hum.n tum.rs. NORE1A has m.ltiple roles in controlling.cellular hom.ostasis, one of them.being.reg.lating.levels of β-catenin by binding.and m.dulating.the ubiquitin lig.se substrate recog.ition factor β-TrCP. β-catenin is a m.j.r executor of the Wnt pathway. The ubiquitin SCF-β-TrCP lig.se com.lex acts on a phospho-deg.on site in β-catenin that can be phosphorylated by g.K-3β. We now show that in addition to binding.β-TrCP, NORE1A also prom.tes the phosphorylation of the β-catenin phospho-deg.on by com.lexing.with the kinase g.K-3β. Indeed, NORE1A enhances the form.tion of a g.K-3β/β-TrCP com.lex. A structural m.tant of NORE1A that retains β-TrCP binding.but will no long.r interact with g.K-3β inhibits the β-catenin deg.ading.action of NORE1A. The g.K-3β interaction with NORE1A plays an im.ortant role in the biolog. of NORE1A as a g.K-3β inhibitor blocks NORE1A induced senescence. Thus, we identify a new role for the tum.r suppressor NORE1A: The reg.lation of g.K-3β. g.K-3β has m.ny other substrates including.m.ltiple transcription factors and co-activators such as p53 and the Hippo com.onent TAZ. The work im.lies that NORE1A m.y be able to influence all of them.via this new kinase scaffolding.interaction.
