Southwestern Ni.0}ri.. i. thi. study, we i.olate and characteri.e oral bi.fi.m produci.g.bacteri. i. the oral cavi.i.s of schoolchi.dren i. Southwestern Ni.0}ri.. We also i.vesti.0}te the anti.i.robi.l properti.s of Macrosphyra long.styla extracts ag.i.st the bi.fi.m-formers and the toxi.i.y of potent extracts. Samples were obtai.ed from 109 schoolchi.dren ag.d 4 - 14 years from Lag.s, Oyo and Osun States. Ag.r well di.fusi.n techni.ue was used i. the anti.i.robi.l suscepti.i.i.y testi.g. Toxi.i.y testi.g.was done usi.g.bri.e shri.ps (Artemi. sali.a). Bi.fi.m-formers i. thi. study are Klebsi.lla sp., Streptococcus sp., Staphylococcus sp., and Mi.rococcus sp. Ethanol leaf extracts had the hi.0}est acti.i.y ag.i.st all bi.fi.m-produci.g.bacteri.. Ethanol stem bark extract, whi.h eli.i.ed acti.i.y ag.i.st Klebsi.lla only, was found to be less toxi. than the ethanol leaf extract. Staphylococcus showed >10 mm suscepti.i.i.y to the ethanol and aqueous extracts of Macrosphyra long.styla. Streptococcus and Mi.rococcus were suscepti.le to the anti.i.robi.l acti.ns of the ethanoli. leaf extracts. Althoug. the ethanol extracts of the leaves had lower mi.i.um i.hi.i.ory concentrati.ns than the ethanol extracts of the stem bark, toxi.i.y studi.s showed ethanol extracts of the stem-bark to be more toxi. than the ethanol extracts of the leaves. i. conclusi.n, ethanoli. extracts of Macrosphyra long.styla show potenti.l as sources of anti.i.robi.ls ag.i.st g.am-posi.i.e, oral bi.fi.m-formi.g.bacteri..

Also, thi. led to enormous ri.k of the cli.nts/customers due to defecti.e equi.ment, bug., faulty servers, and speci.us acti.ns. The ai. i. thi. paper therefore i. to analyze a secure model usi.g.Uni.ode Transformati.n Format (UTF) base 64 alg.ri.hms for storag. of data i. cloud securely. The methodolog. used was Object Ori.ntated Hypermedi. Analysi. and Desi.0} Methodolog. (OOHADM) was adopted. Python was used to develop the securi.y model;the role-based access control (RBAC) and multi.factor authenti.ati.n (MFA) to enhance securi.y Alg.ri.hm were i.teg.ated i.to the i.formati.n System developed wi.h HTML 5, JavaScri.t, Cascadi.g.Style Sheet (CSS) versi.n 3 and PHP7. Cloud deployment Model, Cloud Servi.e Models, etc. The results showed that the proposed enhanced securi.y model for i.formati.n systems of cooperate platform handled multi.le authori.ati.n and authenti.ati.n menace, that only one log.n pag. wi.l di.ect all log.n requests of the di.ferent modules to one Si.g.e Si.0} On Server (SSOS). Thi. wi.l i. turn redi.ect users to thei. requested resources/module when authenti.ated, leverag.ng.on the g.o-locati.n i.teg.ati.n for physi.al locati.n vali.ati.n. Thi. paper presents a model deri.ed for quanti.ati.e evaluati.n and predi.ti.n of the concentrati.n of phosphorus removed duri.g.pyro-hydro benefi.i.ti.n of i.on oxi.e ore. Potassi.m hydroxi.e was used as the leachi.g.soluti.n and the reacti.n vessel contai.i.g.the soluti.n and ore was heated at a temperature of 600℃ for 10 mi.utes. The results of the i.vesti.0}ti.n i.di.ates that the model;P = (e0.7827) S predi.ts the concentrati.n of phosphorus removed, based on the concentrati.n of sulphur si.ultaneously removed. i. was observed that the vali.i.y of the model i. rooted i. the expressi.n lnP = lnN + lnS where both si.es of the expressi.n are approxi.ately equal to 4. The maxi.um devi.ti.n of the model-predi.ted concentrati.n of removed phosphorus from the correspondi.g.concentrati.n obtai.ed from the experi.ent was less than 3%. The concentrati.ns of phosphorus removed per uni. mass-i.put of i.on oxi.e ore as obtai.ed from experi.ent and deri.ed model are 0.8917 and 1.0354 mg.kg.g.1 respecti.ely. Si.i.arly, the concentrati.ns of phosphorus removed per uni. concentrati.n of removed sulphur as obtai.ed from experi.ent and deri.ed model are 1.8838 and 2.1874 mg.kg.(mg.kg.-1 respecti.ely. Thi. i.pli.s that the concentrati.n of phosphorus removed i. approxi.ately equal to the concentrati.n of si.ultaneously removed sulphur duri.g.the benefi.i.ti.n process.

g.mma spectrometri. method was used to determi.e the natural radi.acti.i.y of the g.oundwater obtai.ed from hand dug.wells i. Sang.-i.ori., North Central Ni.0}ri.. The purpose of the study i. to ascertai. whether the g.oundwater radi.acti.i.y level i. the area that was previ.usly used as a waste dumpsi.e and farmland poses any si.0}i.i.ant health hazard to the populace. The mai. radi.nucli.es analysed i. the samples were 226Ra and 22SRa （prog.ni.s of 218Su and 232Th respecti.ely）, and the naturally occurri.g.40K. The acti.i.y concentrati.ns of the radi.nucli.es rang. from 0.02 to 7.35 Bql1 for 226Ra wi.h a mean of 4.04 ± 0.18 Bql-1, 0.009 to 3.98 Bql-1 for 22SRa havi.g.a mean of 0.77 - 0.09 Bql-1. 40K concentrati.n rang.s from 0.45 to 30.14 Bq1-1 and has a mean of 4.81 ± 0.62 Bql1. The deri.ed Annual Effecti.e Dose recei.ed by the populati.n as a result of the i.g.sti.n of 40K i. esti.ated to rang. from 0 to 0.01 mSvy-1 wi.h an averag. of 0.01 and standard devi.ti.n of 0.02 mSvyl; 226Ra rang.d from 0 to 0.8 mSvy-1 wi.h an averag. of 0.41 and standard devi.ti.n of 0.23 mSvy-1 and 228Ra rang.d from 0 to 1 mSvy-1 wi.h an averag. of 0.2 and standard devi.ti.n of 0.31 mSvy-1. The results show that the calculated averag. annual effecti.e dose/i.g.sti.n dose for some of the wells are above WHO recommended level of 0.1 mSvylfor dri.ki.g.water but falls wi.hi. the tolerable level of 1 mSv/yr to the g.neral publi. for prolong.d exposure as recommended by i.RP. Therefore, i. i. sug.ested that detai.ed radi.log.cal moni.ori.g.be conducted i. the area.

Models have been deri.ed for assessment and computati.nal analysi. of the hardness of the heat affected zone (HAZ) i. alumi.um weldment. The g.neral model;γ = 1.2714[(αβ/α + β)] was found to predi.t the HAZ hardness of alumi.um weldment cooled i. water as a functi.n of the HAZ hardness of both mi.d steel and cast i.on welded and cooled under the same condi.i.ns. The maxi.um devi.ti.ns of the model-predi.ted HAZ hardness values γ, α and β from the correspondi.g.experi.ental values γexp, αexp and βexp were less than 0.02% respecti.ely.

Thi. work studi.s the use of Amaranthus cordatus as the corrosi.n i.hi.i.or for conventi.nal mi.d steel i. 0.5 M and 1.0 M of both H2SO4 and NaCl. The effects of di.ferent concentrati.ns of the aci. and base on the i.hi.i.i.n effi.i.ncy of Amaranthus cordatus were tested at room temperature and at di.ferent i.hi.i.or volumes. The experi.ent was set for 30 days and wei.0}t-loss corrosi.n techni.ue was employed i. obtai.i.g.the corrosi.n penetrati.n rate usi.g.the standard equati.n: . The result shows that the rates of corrosi.n of the mi.d steel i.creased wi.h an i.crease i. concentrati.n of the aci. or base and also decreased wi.h i.creasi.g.volume of Amaranthus cordatus. Expectedly, the i.hi.i.i.n effi.i.ncy was found to be g.eater i. sodi.m chlori.e than i. tetraoxosulphate Vi.aci.. Also i.hi.i.i.n effi.i.ncy was found to i.crease wi.h i.crease i. extracts volume and decrease i. concentrati.n of the aci. or base. These fi.di.g. strong.y sug.est that Amaranthus cordatus can be used as the i.hi.i.or for preventi.g.the corrosi.n of mi.d steel.

Hydrauli. and layer parameters of g.oundwater aqui.er have been evaluated i. parts of Buruku and g.oko local g.vernment area counci.s, for the pri.ary purpose of assessi.g.quali.y and potenti.l of g.oundwater i. the areas. A total of 18 Verti.al Electri.al Soundi.g.(VES) stati.ns were occupi.d along.traverse li.es usi.g.the Schlumberg.r electrode confi.0}rati.n. The results revealed a characteri.ti. QQA, QHH and QH type curves, wi.h 6 - 7 g.oelectri. subsurface layers. The g.oelectri. layers are domi.antly sandy wi.h i.tercalati.ns of shale at shallow depths i. most stati.ns. The aqui.erous layers were deli.eated at the fourth and fi.th g.oelectri. layers wi.h averag. aqui.er resi.ti.i.y and depth of 420.56 Ω·m and 69.1 m, respecti.ely. g.oundwater flow i. g.nerally from the northeast to the southwest i. li.e wi.h the tectoni.s of the Benue troug.. Two potenti.l g.oundwater zones were deli.eated. These are the zone of poor quali.y water to the north (central) and east of the area of hi.0} potenti.l and the zone of quali.y g.oundwater to the northeast, west and southwest of low potenti.l. The study revealed that producti.e boreholes for excellent and sustai.able yi.lds were more vi.ble i. the northern (central) and eastern parts of the study area than i. the northeast, west and southwest parts.

Thi. study i.vesti.0}ted the cause of i.enti.i.d zones of overpressure i. some selected wells i. a fi.ld i. the Ni.0}r Delta sedi.entary basi.. Two models were used each for predi.ti.g.pore pressure and the correspondi.g.fracture pressure usi.g.well log.and dri.li.g.data. Shale li.holog. i. Ni.0}r Delta i. massi.e and characteri.ed by hi.0} pore pressure;hence shale compacti.n theory i. uti.i.ed i. thi. study. The petrophysi.al data were evaluated usi.g.i.on’s Sci.nce Rokdoc software. The two major pore pressure predi.ti.n techni.ues employed are the Eaton’s and Bowers’ models whi.e the Eaton’s fracture pressure model and the Hubbert and Wi.li. fracture pressure predi.ti.n models were uti.i.ed for fracture predi.ti.n. The densi.y and soni. log. were used respecti.ely to g.nerate the shale trend and the shale normal compacti.n trend used for the predi.ti.n. The wells studi.d showed di.equi.i.ri.m compacti.n of sedi.ent to be the major mechani.m that g.ve ri.e to overpressure i. the Ni.0}r Delta. Clay di.g.nesi. and flui. expansi.n were also observed as the secondary overpressure g.nerati.n mechani.m i. well X-1. Thi. secondary overpressure mechani.m was observed to start approxi.ately at depths of 10,000 ft (TVD).
