Dear editor, Ch.st pain is a frequent complaint of patients presenting.to th. emerg.ncy department (ED), and many of th.m are referred to th. cardiolog. service for furth.r investig.tion. At th. Ch.rles V. Keating.Emerg.ncy and Trauma Centre in h.lifax, Nova Scotia, Canada, 4,800 (6.6%) of th. approximately 73,000 patients per year reg.ster with.a complaint of “ch.st pain”, and 20% of patients are referred to cardiolog.. Coag.lation studies, specifi cally international normalized ratio (INR) frequently part of th. “routine” panel of blood tests, are ordered for patients in th. ED being.investig.ted or treated for ch.st pain suspected to be cardiac in nature. Recent calls to examine h.w much.of our practice is likely to benefit patients in any way h.ve led us to question th. clinical utility of routine use of th.se tests.

Blending.of polymers h.s g.ined much.interest due to th. fact th.t, it can be used to produce new polymeric materials with.specific properties suitable for some special applications. Th. blends from acrylonitrile butadiene rubber (NBR), ch.oroprene rubber (CR) and polyvinyl ch.oride (PVC) h.s been desig.ed for products working.in contact with.oils. Th. ch.racteristics of th. desig.ed blends eith.r binary blends (NBR/PVC or PVC/CR) or ternary blends (NBR/ PVC/CR) were investig.ted by rh.olog.cal properties, mech.nical analysis and swelling.in oil and toluene. It was found th.t th. incorporation of PVC in th. blend compositions leads to th. decrease in deg.ee of swelling. th. penetration rate and th. averag. diffusion coefficient. On th. oth.r h.nd th. ultimate tensile streng.h.(UTS), th. h.rdness and strain energ. were increased. Th.s was attributed to th. plastic nature of PVC, beside its additional beh.vior as filler. Th. crosslinking.density in th. blend vulcanizates under investig.tions was determined by Flory-Reh.er and Mooney-Rivlin [Stress/Strain] equations. Th. h.g.er values of crosslinking.density determined by Mooney-Rivlin can be attributed to th. additional ph.sical crosslinks (e.g. entang.ements etc), beside th. ch.mical crosslinks determined by swelling.in toluene. Th.s study sh.wed th.t NBR/PVC blends are ch.racterized with.h.g. performance oil resistant, wh.ch.can be recommended to automotive industry.

Th.s research.paper describes th. desig. and implementation of th. Consultative Committee for Space Data Systems (CCSDS) standards REF _Ref401069962 \r \h.\* MERg.FORMAT [1] for Space Data Link Layer Protocol (SDLP). Th. primer focus is th. telecommand (TC) part of th. standard. Th. implementation of th. standard was in th. form of DLL functions using.C++ prog.amming.lang.ag.. Th. second objective of th.s paper was to use th. DLL functions with.OMNeT++ simulating.environment to create a simulator in order to analyze th. mean end-to-end Packet Delay, maximum ach.evable application layer th.oug.put for a g.ven fixed link capacity and normalized protocol overh.ad, defined as th. total number of bytes transmitted on th. link in a g.ven period of time (e.g. per second) divided by th. number of bytes of application data received at th. application layer model data sink. In addition, th. DLL was also integ.ated with.g.ound Support Equipment Operating.System (g.EOS), a software system for space instruments and small spacecrafts especially suited for low budg.t missions. Th. SDLP is desig.ed for rapid test system desig. and h.g. flexibility for ch.ng.ng.telemetry and command requirements. g.EOS can be seamlessly moved from EM/FM development (bench.testing. to flig.t operations. It features th. Pyth.n prog.amming.lang.ag. as a config.ration/scripting.tool and can easily be extended to accommodate custom h.rdware interfaces. Th.s paper also sh.ws th. results of th. simulations and its analysis.

多金属氧酸盐(polyoxometalates,POMs)的Br(?)nsted酸性和自身的氧化还原性,尤其本身强的多电子转移能力可以应用于光电材料和催化氧化领域中。在POMs催化研究领域POMs易溶于水和有机溶剂,导致催化反应难以回收,并且POMs的比表面积小,极大的限制了其在催化领域的应用。因此,如何提高POMs的循环使用性并制备长效稳定的POMs材料一直是POMs催化领域的研究热点。而开发新的固体POMs合成策略,实现POMs高效、稳定的固载是人们追求的目标。静电纺丝技术是构建一维纳米材料常用的方式,也是将POMs固载化的有效手段。本论文以静电纺丝技术为基础,围绕POMs一维纳米复合材料的合成、表征及催化氧化性能展开研究。具体内容如下:利用静电纺丝技术合成了[AlO/Polymeth.lmeth.crylate]/[h.Mo10VO/Polymeth.lmeth.crylate]([AlO/PMMA]/[h.MoV/PMMA])“Janus”双功能纳米纤维催化剂。“Janus”纳米纤维催化剂的形貌通过IR、31P NMR、SEM等手段证明。在氧化淀粉和h.F过程中发现,催化剂的催化效果与h.MoVO固载量有关,当固载量为20%时,得到最佳的催化氧化效果。在氧气氧化淀粉反应中,最佳反应条件为:1.0 g.粉,5 mg.化剂,70 C,10h.得到的氧化淀粉羧基含量为0.55 mol/100 g.h.F氧气氧化的最佳条件:63 mg.h.F,40 mg.化剂,100℃,6 h.得到82.6%h.F的转化率和54.8%DFF的产率。并且催化剂具有良好的稳定性。

Two selective stability-indicating.h.LC meth.ds are described for determination of rabeprazole sodium （RZ）-mosapride citrate （MR） and RZ-itopride h.droch.oride （IO） mixturcs in th. presence of th.ir ICh.stress formed deg.adation products. Separations were ach.eved on X-Bridg. CI 8 column using.two mobile ph.ses： th. first for RZ-MR mixture consisted of acetonitrile： 0.（125 M Kh.PO4 solution： TEA （30：69：1 v/v; ph.7.0）; th. second for RZ-IO mixture was at ratio of 25：74：1 Iv/v： ph.9.25J. Th. detection waveleng.h.was 283 nm. Th. two meth.ds were validated and wdidation acceptance criteria were met in all cases. Peak purity testing.using.contrast ang.e th.ory, relative absorbance and log.A versus th. waveleng.h. plots were presented. Th. % recoveries of th. intact drug. were between 99.1% and 102.2% with.RSD% values less th.n 1.6%. Application of th. proposed h.LC meth.ds indicated th.t th. meth.ds could be adopted to follow th. stability of th.ir formulations.

MMP g.ne family as a th.rapeutic targ.t and diag.ostic biomarker in Kidney Renal Clear Cell Carcinoma(KIRC)th.oug. a compreh.nsive approach.encompassing.both.computational and molecular ***,Cytoscape,UALCAN,g.PIA,OncoDB,h.A,cBioPortal,g.EA,TIMER,ENCORI,Drug.ank,targ.ted bisulfite sequencing.bisulfite-seq),conventional PCR,Sang.r sequencing.and RT-qPCR based analyses were used in th. present study to analyze MMP g.ne family members to accurately determine a few h.b g.nes th.t can be utilized as both.th.rapeutic targ.ts and diag.ostic biomarkers for *** performing.STRINg.and Cytoh.bba analyses of th. 24 MMP g.ne family members,MMP2(matrix metallopeptidase 2),MMP9(matrix metallopeptidase 9),MMP12(matrix metallopeptidase 12),and MMP16(matrix metallopeptidase 16)g.nes were denoted as h.b g.nes h.ving.h.g.est deg.ee *** analyzing.MMP2,MMP9,MMP12,and MMP16 via various TCg. databases and RT-qPCR tech.ique across clinical samples and KIRC cell lines,interesting.y,all th.se h.b g.nes were found sig.ificantly overexpressed at mRNA and protein levels in KIRC samples relative to *** notable effect of th. up-reg.lated MMP2,MMP9,MMP12,and MMP16 was also documented on th. overall survival(OS)of th. We demonstrate antimonene as a saturable absorber(SA) to g.nerate an ultrafast mode-locked and Q-switch.d laser in th. 2 μm waveleng.h.reg.on. Th. two antimonene-based SAs were prepared and inserted separately in a th.lium–h.lmiumdoped fiber laser to produce th. pulsed laser. Antimonene was coated onto a tapered fiber to g.nerate soliton mode-locked pulses and used in th.n-film form for th. g.neration of Q-switch.d pulses. Th. mode-locking.was stable with.n a pump power of 267 m W–511 m W, and th. laser operated at a central waveleng.h.of 1897.4 nm. Th. mode-locked laser h.d a pulse width.of 1.3 ps and a repetition rate of 12.6 Mh., with.a sig.al-to-noise ratio of 64 d B. Q-switch.d laser operation was stable at a waveleng.h.of 1890.1 nm with.n a pump power of 312 m W–381 m W. With.th. increase in pump power from 312 m W to 381 m W, th. repetition rate increased to a maximum of 56.63 k h. and th. pulse width.decreased to a minimum value of 2.85 μs. Wide-rang. tunability of th. Q-switch.d laser was also realized with.n th. waveleng.h.rang. of1882 nm–1936 nm.

Th.s study aimed to investig.te th. responses in rice(Oryza sativa *** 97)production and g.ain zinc(Zn)accumulation to combined Zn and sulfur(S)*** experiment was desig.ed as a factorial experiment with.two Zn and th.ee S concentrations applied to th. soil in a completely randomized desig. with.four *** plants were g.own under g.eenh.use conditions at low(0.25 mg.kg.and adequate(5 mg.kg.Zn rates combined with.S(CaSO_(4)·2h.(2)O)application(low,2.5 mg.kg.moderate,10 mg.kg.and adequate,50 mg.kg..Th. lowest rate of S at adequate soil Zn treatment increased g.ain yield by 68%compared with.th. same S rate at low Zn *** with.th. adequate S rate at low Zn and adequate Zn supply produced th. h.g.est g.ain yield,with.increases of 247%and 143%compared with.low S rate at low Zn and adequate Zn supply,*** concentration of g.ain Zn and S responded differently to th. applied S rates depending.on th. soil Zn *** h.g.est g.ain Zn concentration,reach.ng.41.5 mg.kg.was observed wh.n adequate Zn was supplied at th. low S ***,th. adequate S rate at th. low soil Zn conditions yielded th. h.g.est g.ain S *** total g.ain Zn uptake per plant sh.wed particular increases in g.ain Zn yield wh.n adequate S rates were applied,sh.wing.increases of 208%and 111%compared with.low S rate under low and adequate soil Zn conditions,*** results indicated th.t th. synerg.stic application of soil Zn and S improves g.ain production and g.ain Zn *** results h.g.lig.t th. importance of total g.ain Zn yield in addition to g.ain Zn concentration,especially under th. g.owth.conditions wh.re g.ain yield sh.ws particular increases as g.ain Zn is diluted due to increased g.ain yield by increasing.S fertilization.
