世界卫生组织（WHO）药品不良反应病例报告数据库（VigiBase）自1978年起由乌普萨拉监测中心（UMC）开发和维护。目前VigiBase保存着超过3 900万份匿名的患者疑似药品和疫苗不良反应报告（截至2024年6月）。为支持世界卫生组织国际药物监测计划（WHOPIDM）成员国制定、实施和加强安全监测计划，UMC开发了多个系统、工具和方法，以促进VigiBase的使用。本文描述了六种vigi方法（vigiMethods）;vigigrade、vigiMatch、vigiRank、vigiPoint、vigigroup和vigiVec。VigiBase数据来源依靠主动报告的药品不良反应，遗憾的是，药品不良反应漏报仍是一个主要问题。为提高大型数据库（例如VigiBase）中病例处理的效率、质量和能力，人工智能增强方法正在不断发展，以满足管理日益增长的数据量需求。继续开发现有的和新的方法，将VigiBase 和其他数据库中的报告信息转化为有价值的知识，对于全球所有国家的患者更安全地使用药物和疫苗至关重要。

AIM To evaluate outcomes associated with use of a saline coupled bipolar sealer during open partial liver *** This retrospective analysis utilized the United states Premier? insurance claims database(2010-2014). Patients were selected with codes for liver malignancy and partial hepatectomy or lobectomy. Cases were defined by use the saline-coupled bipolar sealer; controls had no use. A Propensity score algorithm was used to match one case to five controls. A deviationbased cost modeling(DBCM) approach provided an estimate of *** One hundred and forty-four cases and 720 controls were available for analysis. Patients in the case cohort received fewer transfusions vs controls(18.1% vs 29.4%, P = 0.007). In DBCM, more patients in the case cohort experienced "on-course" hospitalizations(53.5% vs 41.9%, P = 0.009). The cost calculation showed an average savings in total hospitalization costs of $1027 for cases vs controls. In multivariate analysis, cases had lower odds of receiving a transfusion(OR = 0.44, 95%CI: 0.27-0.71, P = 0.0008).CONCLUsION Use of a saline-coupled bipolar sealer was associated with a greater proportion of patients with an "on course" hospitalization.

Nanoscale NiAl-NO3-LDHs with good crystallinity have been synthesized by a method, separate Nucleation and Aging steps (sNAs). An NiAl-NO3-LDHs/LDPE composite was prepared by blending NiAl-NO3-LDHs and LDPE in a heated double-roller mixer. The color of this composite changed from olive green to steel gray under UV irradiation. After heating at 80oC for 2 h, the color returned to olive green. The effect of varying the amount of added NiAl-NO3-LDHs and UV exposure time on the photochromic properties of the composite has been investigated. The results showed that the photochromic phenomenon becomes more apparent with increasing amount of NiAl-NO3-LDHs. When the amount reaches 5%, the composite exhibits good photochromic properties and reproducibility. The color change rate of the composite reaches a maximum when the irradiation time exceeds 20 min. The addition of LDPE improves the photochromic cyclability of NiAl-NO3-LDHs significantly. The addition of nanoscale NiAl-NO3-LDHs also improves the mechanical properties of LDPE to some extent.

Recognizing signs and fonts of prehistoric language is a fairly difﬁcult job that requires special *** stipulation make the dispensation period over-riding,difﬁcult and tiresome to *** paper present a technique for recognizing ancient south Indian languages by applying Artiﬁcial Neural Network(ANN)associated with Opposition based grey Wolf Optimization Algorithm(OgWA).It identiﬁes the prehistoric language,signs and *** is an apparent from the ANN system that arbitrarily produced weights or neurons linking various layers play a signiﬁcant role in its *** adaptively determining these weights,this paper applies various optimization algorithms such as Opposition based grey Wolf Optimization,Particle swarm Optimization and grey Wolf Opti-mization to the ANN *** results are illustrated that the proposed ANN-OgWO technique achieves superior accuracy over the other *** test case 1,the accuracy value of OgWO is 94.89%and in test case 2,the accu-racy value of OgWO is 92.34%,on average,the accuracy of OgWO achieves 5.8%greater accuracy than ANN-gWO,10.1%greater accuracy than ANN-PsO and 22.1%greater accuracy over conventional ANN technique.

Rosemary(Rosmarinus officinalis L.)is an important perennial medicinal and aromatic plant belonging to the Lamiaceae *** is widely produced in Turkey for its oil which can be extracted from the plants when flowers are in *** Turkey,a significant amount of domestic and foreign trade of rosemary is *** 2018-2020,2088 t of rosemary plants were imported,while in the same years 2077 t were *** this study,the performance indexes of a threshing and separating unit designed according to the physicomechanical properties of the rosemary were *** operating parameters of the machine were determined at three different moisture contents and adjusted according to the harvest moisture *** threshing efficiency,work efficiency,power requirement,and specific energy consumption values of the threshing unit were determined,while separating efficiency,work efficiency and specific power consumption of separating unit of the developed system were *** to the study results,the threshing efficiency of the rosemary plant varied between 44.00%and 96.97%.Work efficiency of the thresher varied between 1.18 and 15.34 kg/*** requirements and specific energy consumption of the threshing unit were obtained as 0.19-1.05 kW and 0.02-0.37 kW·h/h,*** the other hand,the separating efficiency of the separating unit for the rosemary plant varied between 44.27%and 85.24%.Maximum and minimum values of work efficiency were found as 0.75 kg/h and 5.52 kg/*** power consumption of the unit ranged from 3.95 to 39.95 kW/kg.

Results presented in this paper contribute to investigation of the effect of the added Ca-si modifier amount ( ) on the microstructure scales of granular γ-(Fe,Mn)3C eutectics such as the volume fraction (f) and diameter (d) in the austenite steel matrix composites (EAMC). Directional solidification of EAMC has been carried out using vertical Bridgman method at 50.6μms-1 with a constant temperature gradient about 800Kcm-1. The higher constitutional supercooling ahead of solid-liquid interface attributing to the larger results in the enlargement of γ-(Fe,Mn)3C coupled-zone and the increment of the nucleation rate of eutectics. Therefore, f increases with increasing . The branches of the primary austenite dendrites develop more greatly as increases, which limits the growth of eutectics. As a result, d decreases with increasing .
