Parkinson’s disease is a serious disease that causes ***,a new dataset has been introduced on this *** aim of this study is to improve the predictive performance of the model designed for Parkinson’s disease *** and large,original DNN models were designed by using specific or random number of neurons and *** study analyzed the effects of parameters,i.e.,neuron number and activation function on the model performance based on growing and pruning *** other words,this study addressed the optimum hidden layer and neuron numbers and ideal activation and optimization functions in order to find out the best Deep Neural Networks *** this context of this study,several models were designed and *** overall results revealed that the Deep Neural Networks were significantly successful with 99.34%accuracy value on test ***,it presents the highest prediction performance reported so ***,this study presents a model promising with respect to more accurate Parkinson’s disease diagnosis.

The popularity of news,which conveys newsworthy events which occur during day to people,is substantially important for the spectator or *** interact with news website and share news links or their *** study uses supervised learning based machine learning techniques in order to predict news popularity in social media *** techniques consist of basically two phrases:a)the training data is sent as input to the classifier algorithm,b)the performance of prelearned algorithm is tested on the testing *** so,a knowledge discovery from the data is *** this context,firstly,twelve datasets from a set of data are obtained within the frame of four categories:Economic,Microsoft,Obama and ***,news popularity prediction in social network services is carried out by utilizing gradient Boosted Trees,Multi-Layer Perceptron and Random Forest learning *** prediction performances of all algorithms are examined by considering Mean Absolute Error,Root Mean Squared Error and the R-squared evaluation *** results show that most of the models designed by using these algorithms are proved to be applicable for this ***,a comprehensive study for the news prediction is presented,using different techniques,drawing conclusions about the performances of algorithms in this study.

We study a communication scheduling and remote estimation problem within a worst-case scenario that involves a strategic adversary. Specially, a remote sensing system consisting of a sensor, an encoder and a decoder is configured to observe,transmit, and recover a discrete time stochastic process. At each time step, the sensor makes an observation on the state variable of the stochastic process. The sensor is constrained by the number of transmissions over the time horizon, and thus it needs to decide whether to transmit its observation or not after making each measurement. If the sensor decides to transmit,it sends the observation to the encoder, who then encodes and transmits the observation to the decoder. Otherwise, the sensor and the encoder maintain silence. The decoder is required to generate a real-time estimate on the state variable. The sensor,the encoder, and the decoder collaborate to minimize the sum of the communication cost for the sensor, the encoding cost for the encoder, and the estimation error for the decoder. There is also a jammer interfering with the communication between the encoder and the decoder, by injecting an additive channel noise to the communication channel. The jammer is charged for the jamming power and is rewarded for the estimation error generated by the decoder, and it aims to minimize its net cost. We consider a feedback Stackelberg game with the sensor, the encoder, and the decoder as the composite leader, and the jammer as the follower. Under some technical assumptions, we obtain a feedback Stackelberg solution, which is threshold based for the scheduler,and piecewise affine for the encoder and the decoder. We also generate numerical results to demonstrate the performance of the remote sensing system under the feedback Stackelberg solution.

AIM:To evaluate the possible effects of phacoemulsification cataract surgery on ocular hemodynamics.·METHODS:In this prospective study,intraocular pressure(IOP),pulsatile ocular blood flow(POBF),and ocular pulse amplitude(OPA) were measured pre-operatively(baseline) and at 1 week and 3 weeks postoperation in 52 eyes of 26 patients(mean age 63.15±10.25 years) scheduled for unilateral phacoemulsification cataract surgery with intraocular lens *** all of the eyes,a blood flow analyzer(Paradigm DICON;Paradigm Medical Industries Inc.;USA) was used to obtain measurements of IOP,POBF,and *** data obtained from operated eyes were compared statistically to untreated fellow phakic eyes of the patients.·RESULTS:For operated eyes,the mean baseline IOP,POBF,and OPA values were 15.9±4.64mmHg,17.41±4.84μL/s,and 2.91 ±1.12mmHg,*** IOP,POBF,and OPA values were 17.19 ±4.34mmHg,17.56 ±6.46μL/s,and3.12 ±1.1mmHg,respectively,in the nonoperated control *** significant differences from baseline measurements were not observed 1 week and 3 weeks postoperation for the operated or nonoperated *** were also no statistically significant differences in any measurements between the operated and nonoperated eyes in all the examination periods(P >0.05for all).·CONCLUSION:Uncomplicated phacoemulsification surgery does not affect ocular hemodynamics in normotensive eyes with cataracts.
