The relativistic problem of spinless particle subject to a Kratzer potential is analysed. Bound state solutions for s-waves are found by separating the Klein-gordon equation into two parts. Unlike the similar works in the literature, the separation make it possible to see explicitly the relativistic contributions, if any, to the solution in the non-relativistic limit.

Ammonia borane is widely used in most areas including fuel cell *** present paper describes electrochemical behavior of ammonia borane in alkaline media on the poly(p-aminophenol) film modified with Au and Ag bimetallic *** glassy carbon electrode was firstly covered with polymeric film electrochemically and then,Au,Ag,and Au–Ag nanoparticles were deposited on the polymeric film,*** surface morphology and chemical composition of these electrodes were examined by scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy,X-ray diffraction,and X-ray photoelectron *** was found that alloyed Au–Ag bimetallic nanoparticles are *** measurements indicate that the developed electrode modified by Au–Ag bimetallic nanoparticles exhibit the highest electrocatalytic activity for ammonia borane oxidation in alkaline *** rotating disk electrode voltammetry demonstrates that the developed electrode can catalyze almost six-electron oxidation pathway of ammonia *** results may be attractive for anode materials of ammonia borane fuel cells under alkaline conditions.

Influences of crystal-fields （DA and DB ） and interlayer coupling interactions （J3） on dynamic magnetic critical behaviors of a mixed-spin （3//2, 2） bilayer system under an oscillating magnetic field are investigated by the glauber-type stochastic dynamics based on the mean-field theory. For this purpose, dynamic phase diagrams are constructed in the reduced temperature and magnetic field amplitude plane for the ferromagnetic/ferromagnetic （FM/FM）, antiferromagnetic/ferromagnetic （AFM/FM） and AFM/AFM interactions in detail. We observe that the influences of DA, DB and Ja interactions parameters on the behavior of the dynamic phase diagrams are very much.

Within the frame of a novel treatment we make a complete mathematical analysis of exactly solvable onedimensional quantum systems with non-constant mass, involving their ordering ambiguities. This work extends the results recently reported in the literature and clarifies the relation between physically acceptable effective mass Hamiltonians.

AIM:To compare success rates and complications of Densiron 68 and 1000cSt silicone oil (SO) in the management of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment (RRD) with inferior breaks (IBs). METHODS:Totally 61 eyes of 61 consecutive patients with RRD with IBs were assigned to pars plana vitrectomy (PPV) with Densiron (n =31) or PPV with SO (n=30) in order of presentation. SO and Densiron removal was performed 3 months after initial surgery. Follow up visits were terminated 6 months after SO removal. ·RESULTS:With a single operation, the Densiron group showed 84% and SO 74% reattachment. With further surgery, both groups showed 90% reattachment. Complications such as cataract, raised intraocular pressure (IOP), inflammatory reaction, macular epiretinal membranes, and emulsification of SO were seen in both groups. CONCLUSION:Densiron and SO are found to have similar success rates and complications.

Aim: To investigate the effect of a new mechanically induced cryptorchidism model on rat epididymal ***: Eighteen 21-day-old Sprague Dawley rats were randomly divided into 3 groups of 6 animals each. Ani-mals of groups 1 and 2 were made unilaterally cryptorchid by closing the left inguinal canal, while group 3 (controls),sham operated. At Day 60 (group 1) and Day 90 (group 2 and 3), the rats were sacrificed. The epididymides of bothsides were weighed, and the diameter of the epididymal tubules, the height of the tubular epithelium and the presenceof fibrosis of the caput epididymides were examined under a light-microscope. Results: The cryptorchid epididymishad a significantly lower weight increase than the contralateral ones and the controls, but the epithelial height and diam-eter of caput epididymal tubules were not significantly different. Fibrosis was not observed. Conclusion; The au-thors proposed that this new model is a convenient method to evaluate the epididymal changes associated with experi-mental cryptorchidism. The solutions, in terms of orthogonal polynomials, of Dirac equation with analytically solvable potentials are investigated within a novel formalism by transforming the relativistic equation into a Schrodinger-like one. Earlier results are discussed in a unified framework, and some solutions of a large class of potentials are given.

AIM:To evaluate the performance of dominant eye(DE) for color vision discrimination ability among the medical students with normal color ***:Total of 50 students studying at Baskent University Faculty of Medicine,including 31 males(62%) and 19 females(38%),with visual acuity of 20/20 and without congenital color vision deficiency(CCVD) evaluated by Ishihara pseudoisochromatic plate test(IPPT) were recruited for this prospective comparative study upon their voluntary *** was determined by the gündogan *** color discrimination ability was examined with the FarnsworthMunsell 100 hue(FM100) *** was applied by two days interval to all subjects for the three times while two eyes(TE),right eye(RE) and left eye(LE) were seeing for detecting red-green(r/g),blue-yellow(b/y) local color spectral regions error *** error scores were evaluated for both in DE and non-dominant(NDE).P values below 0.05 were considered to be statistically ***:The students aged 21.18±2.52 years(mean±SD).Without sex difference the RE and the LE dominancy were found 22(44%) and 28(56%) respectively and FM 100 test total error scores of DE in both r/g-b/y regions were found without gender difference 24.12±14.70,34.68±18.95,*** the NDE in both,r/gb/y regions error scores without gender difference were 32.20±19.21,36.24±17.56,*** difference of total error scores between the DE and NDE was found as 58.80±29.92,68.44±*** statistical differences among the DE and the NDE in r/g local region and total error scores were found significant in both genders(Pgher sensitivity of the r/g local color spectral *** conclude that DE has priority in r/g color spectral region,probably including inhibition of NDE.
