二维光子Moiré超晶格拥有一些常规光子晶体不具备的特性,例如平带特征和不同于安德森局域化的光局域现象。本文利用多光束干涉法构建二维光子Moiré超晶格结构,采用有限元法对其能带结构及光场特性进行研究。通过优化Moiré晶格厚度、空气孔半径对其平带及局域特性的影响,得到了高局域特性的Moiré晶格结构。研究中发现,正方晶格具有不同于六角晶格的准狄拉克锥光局域化效应。本文研究结果对发展高性能微纳结构器件具有重要参考价值。

骨关节病是以软骨损伤为主要病理改变的一类关节性疾病，研究至今病因未明，尚无有效治疗措施。随着微小RNA（microRNA，miR）的发现、研究以及应用，也为骨关节病的治疗提供了新的希望。目前，miR在软骨损伤性疾病的发病过程中有重要作用已得到充分认可。作者就近年来国内外关于miR-140在骨关节病发生中的作用及其重要靶基因的研究进行综述。

Polyploidy is a major factor in the evolution of plants,yet we know little about the origin and evolution of polyploidy in intertidal *** study aimed to identify the evolutionary transitions in three truemangrove species of the genus Acanthus distributed in the Indo-West Pacific *** this purpose,we took an integrative approach that combined data on morphology,cytology,climatic niche,phylogeny,and biogeography of 493 samples from 42 geographic *** results show that the Acanthus ilicifolius lineage distributed east of the Thai-Malay Peninsula possesses a tetraploid karyotype,which is morphologically distinct from that of the lineage on the west *** haplotype networks and phylogenetic trees for the chloroplast genome and eight nuclear genes reveal that the tetraploid species has two sub-genomes,one each from *** and ***,the paternal and maternal parents,*** structure analysis also supports the hybrid speciation history of the new tetraploid *** two sub-genomes of the tetraploid species diverged from their diploid progenitors during the *** niche models revealed that the tetraploid species not only occupied the near-entire niche space of the diploids,but also expanded into novel *** findings suggest that *** species distributed on the east side of the Thai-Malay Peninsula should be regarded as a new species,***,which originated from hybridization between *** and ***,followed by chromosome *** is the first report of a true-mangrove allopolyploid species that can reproduce sexually and clonally reproduction,which explains the long-term adaptive potential of the species.

In riparian forests,litter decay provides essential energy and nutrients for both terrestrial and fluvial *** mixing effects(LMEs)are crucial in regulating litter decay and nutrient dynamics,yet how LMEs change over time is unclear in riparian *** this study,leaf litter of three common species(Alnus sibirica *** Turcz,Betula platyphylla Sukaczev,and Betula fruticosa Pall.)were mixed in an equal mass ratio and LMEs were measured for mass and nitrogen(N)remaining in whole litter mixtures over a 3-year period in a boreal riparian forest,northeastern *** were also assessed for component litter mass and N remaining by separating litter mixtures by *** the decay of litter mixtures,antagonistic effects on mass and N remaining were dominant after one and two years of decay,whereas only additive effects were observed after three *** correlated negatively with functional diversity after the first and two years of decay but disappeared after three *** sorting litter mixtures by species,non-additive LMEs on mass and N remaining decreased over incubation ***,non-additive LMEs were more frequent for litter of both *** and *** with lower N concentration than for *** litter with higher N *** results indicate that incubation time is a key determinant of litter mixing effects during decay and highlight that late-stage litter mixture decay may be predicted from single litter decay dynamics in boreal riparian forests.

针对近期发生的雨水倒灌城轨线路并淹没车辆的现象,对城轨车辆蓄电池供电系统中典型蓄电池箱、蓄电池及供电线路结构进行阐述,并通过理论分析和试验验证的方式,对不同电导率的污水淹没蓄电池箱对供电系统产生的影响进行分析,同时对蓄电池供电系统的设计和维护提供相应的参考建议。理论计算和试验结果表明,尽管常规雨水或者生活污水淹没蓄电池箱,在列车45 min应急供电情况下,也不会对供电系统产生影响,供电系统能够保持正常运行。

目的探讨“名医进课堂”教学模式在《中医内科学》本科教学中的应用效果。方法选择2022年2月至2024年3月湖南中医药大学2019级中医五年制学生共173名为研究对象,随机分为试验组87名、对照组86名。试验周期为2年,两组学生教师相同,上课的学时数及教学内容一致,教学内容均为中医内科学,教学形式均包含课堂授课和临床见习。试验组课堂授课时注重全国名中医的学术思想和临床经验讲解,选择名医的经典病例进行分析,并邀请全国名中医的学术经验继承人为学生授课;临床见习时结合全国名中医的学术思想和临床经验引导学生进行病例讨论分析。对照组采用常规的教学方式。通过统一命题考试、形成性评价和学生的调查问卷进行评价。结果试验组学生统一命题考试成绩和形成性评价成绩显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。调查问卷结果显示,试验组学生对“名医进课堂”教学模式满意,对课程的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论“名医进课堂”教学模式融入本科教学增加了学生对《中医内科学》课程的学习兴趣,提升了学生的临床思维能力,提高了学生解决临床实际问题的能力,提高了教学质量。

SHRIMP U-Pb zircon age of the youngest exposed pluton in eastern China

Analysis using the Sensitive High Resolution Ion Microprobe (SHRIMP) shows that the Yongsheng pluton, located to the south of Huadian County, Jilin Province, in the North China Craton, has a zircon U-Pb isotopic emplacement age of (31.6±1.3) Ma. It is therefore the youngest exposed pluton so far recognized in eastern China. Although geochemical data indicate intensive crystal fractionation, the Sr-Nd isotopic features suggest that the magmatic source region of the lithospheric mantle was weakly depleted. This implies that the previous enriched lithospheric mantle had been replaced by juvenile asthenospheric mantle before or during the Palaeogene. This recognition has great significance for future work on the Mesozoic-Cenozoic geological evolution and deep geological processes in eastern China.

A great amount of alkali-feldspar and alkaline granites have been found around Nenjiang, Northwest Lesser Xing’an Ranges, but their forming ages have been a controversial subject due to the lack of reliable geological and isotopic geochronological evidence. The zircon U-Pb isotopic dating results conducted in this note indicate that these granites emplaced at 260-290 Ma, coeval with the late stage of Late Paleozoic. Studies of mineralogy, petrology andgeochemistry show that they are post-orogenic A-type granites, and consist of the northeastern extension of huge belt of Late Paleozoic A-type granite along North Xinjiang-Southeast Mongolia-Central Inner Mongolia. Therefore, we can determine that the Suolunshan-Hegenshan-Zhalaite collisional suture zone extends northeastward to Heihe with the collision age of Carboniferous.
