Tunable Multicolor Circularly Polarized Luminescence via Co-assembly of One Chiral Electron Acceptor with Various Donors

Chiroptical materials with multicolor and signinvertible circularly polarized luminescence(CPL)are important for advanced optical devices and display ***,a general strategy is developed to generate CPL with highly tunable emission bands and handedness through charge-transfer(CT)complexation and co-assembly of one chiral non-emissive tetranitrofluorene-based acceptor with various achiral purple to blue emissive *** resulting assemblies exhibit intense CPL with a rich array of colors(519-668 nm)and prominent dissymmetry factors(|glum|)in the range of 10^(-3)-10^(-2).Notably,the CPL sign can be readily inverted by slightly changing the molecular structure of achiral ***-crystal analysis reveals that the donor and acceptor molecules are alternately and asymmetrically packed in a lamellar fashion through CT interactions,leading to efficient transfer of ***,the refined packing is mediated by the intensity and manner of CT interactions,rendering an inversion of *** chiral co-assembly not only occurs for planar achiral donor molecules,but is also accessible to nonplanar conjugated molecules such as[4]helicene ***,the CPL feature of the resulting products can be easily and broadly manipulated,aiming at advanced chiroptical systems.

Hydrogen-bonded molecules and their dynamics are significantly important in chemistry and biology due to their widespread *** their natural abundance and diversity,applications of molecules with dynamic conformations in artificial networks allow information storage and molecular motor design on the nanometer ***,we report hydrogen-bonded molecular networks with tunable helical conformation on metal *** dynamics of helical conformation in two-dimensional hydrogenbond networks are triggered and resolved by scanning probe microscopy at the single-molecule *** combinationwith theoretical calculations,the surfacespecific hydrogen bonds are identified as the origin of the dynamic helical *** results provide a distinctive access to molecular architecture with tunable helical conformation driven by hydrogenbond interaction on surfaces.

圆偏振发光(circularly polarized luminescence,CPL)材料在三维显示、光学信息存储和加密、不对称合成、光电器件等方面具有广阔的应用前景,近年来已成为前沿研究的一个热点[1].衡量CPL材料性能优劣通常有两个关键参数,一个是荧光量子产率(ΦF),另一个是发光不对称因子(glum).在实际研究中,CPL材料的ΦF和|glum|通常情况下是无法兼顾的,很少有材料可以同时具有高ΦF和高|glum|.手性纳米石墨烯是一类具有非平面手性共轭结构的纳米石墨烯,在手性光学、电磁学等方面拥有其他传统手性分子可能无法具备的优势性能[2]。

Tunable construction of transition metal-coordinated helicene cages

We report a facile and tailored method to prepare globally twisted chiral molecular cages through tunable coordination of bis-bipyridine-terminated helicene ligands to a series of transition metals including Fe(Ⅱ), Co(Ⅱ), Ni(Ⅱ) and Zn(Ⅱ). This system shows an efficient remote transfer of stereogenecity from the helicene core to the bipyridine-metal coordination sites and subsequently the entire cages. While the Fe(Ⅱ), Co(Ⅱ) and Ni(Ⅱ)-derived M_(2)L_(3)(M for metal and L for ligand) cages exhibit quasi-reversible redox features, the Zn(Ⅱ) analogues reveal prominent yellow circularly polarized luminescence. Interestingly,with the addition of Na_(2)SO_(4), the Zn_(2)L_(3)cages reassemble into sextuple-stranded Zn_(6)L_(6)(SO_(4))_(4)cages in which three Zn_(2)L_(2) units are bound together by four sulfates and further coalesced by offset inter-ligandπ-π interactions.

An ethnobotanical study of forage plants in Zhuxi County in the Qinba mountainous area of central China

In the Qinba mountainous area of Central China,pig farming has a significant impact on the growth of the rural economy and has substantially increased farmer *** knowledge plays an important role in the selection of forage plant species for pig farming by local *** study aimed to identify the forage plants used for pig feeding and to catalog indigenous knowledge regarding their *** 2016 and 2017,ethnobotanical surveys and inventories were conducted in Zhuxi County,Hubei Province,*** were collected using semi-structured interviews,key informant reports,free listings,guided field walks,and participatory observations with 77 households in 16 villages in 13 towns/*** obtained data were analyzed using a relative frequency citation(RFC)***,145 wild forage plants from 91 genera and 31 families were *** most cited families were Asteraceae,Polygonaceae,Urticaceae,Amaranthaceae,Fabaceae,Cruciferae,Caryophyllaceae,and *** plants(75.9%)and tender leaves(12.4%)were the most frequently used parts of the *** of the forage plants were herbaceous(88.9%).Almost all forage plants could be collected throughout the year(62.7%).Raw and cooked were the two main preparation *** most frequently cited species were Taraxacum mongolicum,Bidens pilosa,Sonchus oleraceus,Pilea verrucosa,and Pilea pumila ***.A total of 14 species were identified as the top forage plants in Zhuxi County based on their RFC values(RFC value greater than 0.5).Local people possess rich traditional knowledge about the utilization and management of forage plants for pig ***,the maintenance of this traditional knowledge may be seriously threatened by changes in pig feeding modes and the lack of *** strategies and action plans have been suggested for the conservation of traditional knowledge associated with biodiversity and the sustainable use of forage species *** include 1)

以广西入境旅游为研究对象,从旅游需求的角度出发,通过地理集中指数、年际集中指数、亲景度和旅游流等指标对广西入境旅游的时空变化进行分析,总结了广西入境旅游的时空变化特征。按照对旅游目的地国际游客从来源到流向的分析思路,首先对广西入境旅游的时空集中性和亲景度进行分析,提出根据亲景度和年际集中指数对主要客源市场进行有重点、分层次开发。其次通过入境游客在广西区内的流向分析,指出应在把握游客需求趋势的基础上,促进优势旅游资源的开发和空间布局的优化。
