The physicochemical properties of a specific ionic liquid(IL)are naturally considered to be constant at a given ***,a series of eutectic melts of trihexyl(tetradecyl)phosphonium chloride([P6,6,6,14]Cl)with aluminum chloride(AlCl3)is an *** viscosity of Al_(2)Cl_(7)−-dominated[P6,6,6,14]Cl–AlCl_(3)ILs(i.e.,AlCl_(3)mole fraction x=0.60–0.67)gradually increased as a function of *** also influenced the ultraviolet–visible spectra,nuclear magnetic resonance spectra,and the glass transition temperature of the *** annealing-induced variations in physicochemical properties were not observed in the AlCl4−-and Cl−-dominated *** particular,the ionic conductivities of the ILs(x=0.60–0.67)were strongly decoupled from their viscosities during *** initio calculations revealed the bending of the long tetradecyl chains in[P6,6,6,14]+coupled with Al_(2)Cl_(7)−,while neither Cl−nor AlCl_(4)−caused *** general,[P6,6,6,14]+-based ILs are recognized as sponge-like structures that consist of nano-scale polar and non-polar *** propose a gradual structurization process in Al_(2)Cl_(7)−-dominated ILs to account for their unusual physicochemical ***,the addition of tetradecane,solvated in the non-polar domains of the ILs,substantially reduced the viscosity of the structured IL with x=*** Al electroplating is possible without a brightener,using the x=0.67 ILs,regardless of annealing or the admixture of tetradecane.

The thirteen mother alloys,C%+1/3Si%=4.45%,differing in their Si,Ce,Sb and Sn contents,were *** grams of these alloys was remelted in a high purity alumina crucible at 1,450oC under an Ar atmosphere,and then cooled at 30 K/min for obtaining their cooling *** graphite morphologies were observed using an optical microscope and an *** three-dimensional graphite shapes were observed by the SEM using the samples whose matrices were etched off with an acid-aqua solution,to confirm the chunky *** discussing the influence of the Si and Ce contents on the chunky graphite formation,two experiments were carried *** the first one,the Si contents were changed from 0 to 4% in the 0.15%Ce alloys,and for the second one,the 3.5%Si and 4%Si samples that differed in the Ce contents of 0.1 and 0.2% were *** the third experiment,the influence of Sb and Sn on the chunky graphite formation was investigated by using the 4%Si and 0.1%Ce *** results showed that with the increase of the Si content,the volume fraction of the chunky graphite increases,while the volume fraction of the ledeburite decreases,and the chunky graphite volume fraction in the 0.2%Ce samples is higher than that of the 0.1%Ce *** effect of the Sb and Sn additions on the prevention of chunky graphite formation cannot be confirmed due to their high Si ***,further studies will be needed in this field.

Dear Editor, Disorders of sex development （DSDs） are a group of conditions in which chromosomal, gonadal, or anatomical sex is atypical.1 DSD in genetic males （46,XY DSD） primarily results from impaired androgen production or action or perturbed genital morphogenesis？ The current understanding of the genetic basis of 46,XY DSD remains fragmentary. For example, although more than 15 genes have been implicated in the development ofnonsyndromic hypospadias,2 one of the most common forms of 46,XY DSD,~ mutations in these genes account for 〈20% of the cases.3

Background:Liver tumors that invade the hepatic vein are surgically challenging,especially in patients with liver *** of as much of the parenchyma as possible is important;thus,when feasible,we perform hepatectomy with hepatic vein reconstruction(HVR)using an external iliac vein(EIV)*** conducted a retrospective study to investigate the benefit of HVR and to evaluate our ***:The study included patients treated by hepatectomy with HVR using EIV grafts and vascular *** reviewed the surgical outcomes,including total operation and HVR times,postoperative complications,and postoperative liver ***:The surgeries included right HVR(n=13),left HVR(n=3),and middle HVR(n=1).The total operation time was 277±72 minutes(155-400 minutes),and the HVR time was 27±5 minutes(19-40 minutes).Graft patency was confirmed in 14(82%)of the *** patient who underwent HVR with running sutures required emergency surgery due to graft ***-Dindo>grade IIIa postoperative complications occurred in 4(23.5%)patients,but there were no treatment-related ***:In conclusion,our hepatic resections with HVR using the same techniques and graft materials showed acceptable surgical *** our experience,we believe that preparatory hepatic resection with HVR is an effective treatment,especially for patients with decreased liver function or with a small residual liver parenchyma.

In recent years, against a background of an environmental problem and resource problem, the introduction of RES （renewable energy source） such as wind power generation and PV （photovoltaic generation）, EV （electric vehicle）, and PHEV （Plug-in hybrid electric vehicle） has been expanding. However, various problems have an ongoing discussion. When the production of electricity by RESs exceeds the power consumption, it is possible to cause a steep variation of point voltage and a deviation from a proper voltage range in a distribution system to which RESs are interconnected. When EVs and PHEVs have spread to the distribution system, a new peak power-demand and a steep voltage drop might occur in the midnight charging time zone in case the electricity charges are low. in this paper, the authors analyze the effects on the distribution system under widespread PVs, EVs, and PHEVs. In addition, the authors propose an improvement plan and analyze about the influence and contribution.

This study tested a novel method designed to provide useful information for medical diagnosis and treatment. We measured electroencephalography (EEG) during a test of eye opening and closing, a common test in routine EEG examination. This test is mainly used for measuring the degree of alpha blocking and sensitivity during eyes opening and closing. However, because these factors depend on the subject’s awareness, drowsiness can interfere with accurate diagnosis. We sought to determine the optimal EEG frequency band and optimal brain region for distinguishing healthy individuals from patients suffering from several neurophysiological diseases (including dementia, cerebrovascular disorder, schizophrenia, alcoholism, and epilepsy) while fully awake, and while in an early drowsy state. We tested four groups of subjects (awake healthy subjects, drowsy healthy subjects, awake patients and drowsy patients). The complexity of EEG band frequencies over five lobes in the human brain was analyzed using wavelet-based approximate entropy (ApEn). Two-way analysis of variance tested the effects of the two factors of interest (subjects’ health state, and subjects’ wakefulness state) on five different lobes of the brain during eyes opening and closing. The complexity of the theta and delta bands over frontal and central regions, respectively, was significantly greater in the healthy state during eyes opening. In contrast, patients exhibited increased complexity of gamma band activity over the temporal region only, during eyes-close. The early drowsy state and wakefulness state increased the complexity of theta band activity over the temporal region only during eyes-close and eyes-open states respectively, and this change was significantly greater in control subjects compared with patients.
