A Hybrid neural network and Box-Jenkins Models for Time Series Forecasting

Time series forecasting plays a significant role in numerous applications,including but not limited to,industrial planning,water consumption,medical domains,exchange rates and consumer price *** main problem is insufficient forecasting *** present study proposes a hybrid forecastingmethods to address this *** proposed method includes three *** first model is based on the autoregressive integrated moving average(ARIMA)statistical model;the second model is a back propagation neural network(BPnn)with adaptive slope and momentum parameters;and the thirdmodel is a hybridization between ARIMA and BPnn(ARIMA/BPnn)and artificial neural networks and ARIMA(ARIMA/Ann)to gain the benefits of linear and *** forecasting models proposed in this study are used to predict the indices of the consumer price index(CPI),and predict the expected number of cancer patients in the Ibb Province in *** standard measures used to evaluate the proposed method include(i)mean square error,(ii)mean absolute error,(iii)root mean square error,and(iv)mean absolute percentage *** on the computational results,the improvement rate of forecasting the CPI dataset was 5%,71%,and 4%for ARIMA/BPnn model,ARIMA/Ann model,and BPnn model respectively;while the result for cancer patients’dataset was 7%,200%,and 19%for ARIMA/BPnnmodel,ARIMA/Ann model,and BPnnmodel ***,it is obvious that the proposed method reduced the randomness degree,and the alterations affected the time series with data *** ARIMA/Ann model outperformed each of its components when it was applied separately in terms of increasing the accuracy of forecasting and decreasing the overall errors of forecasting.

A Reliable nLP Scheme for English Text Watermarking Based on Contents Interrelationship

In this paper,a combined approach CAZWnLP(a combined approach of zero-watermarking and natural language processing)has been developed for the tampering detection of English text exchanged through the *** third gram of alphanumeric of the Markov model has been used with text-watermarking technologies to improve the performance and accuracy of tampering detection issues which are limited by the existing works reviewed in the literature of this *** third-grade level of the Markov model has been used in this method as natural language processing technology to analyze an English text and extract the textual characteristics of the given ***,the extracted features have been utilized as watermark information and then validated with the attacked English text to detect any suspected tampering occurred on *** embedding mechanism of CAZWnLP method will be achieved logically without effects or modifying the original text document to embed a watermark *** has been implemented using VS code IDE with *** experimen.al and simulation results using standard datasets of varying lengths show that the proposed approach can obtain high robustness and better detection accuracy of tampering common random insertion,reorder,and deletion attacks,e.g.,Comparison results with baseline approaches also show the advantages of the proposed approach.

The introduction of w-operation in the class of flat modules has been successful. Let R be a ring. An R-module M is called a w-fiat module if Tor1r（M, n） is GV-torsion for all R-modules n. In this paper, we introduce the w-operation in Gorenstein homological algebra. An R-module M is called Ding w-flat if there exists an exact sequence of projective R-modules ... → P1 → P0 → p0 → p1 → ... such that M Im（P0 → p0） and such that the functor HomR （-,F） leaves the sequence exact whenever F is w-flat. Several well- known classes of rings are characterized in terms of Ding w-flat modules. Some examples are given to show that Ding w-flat modules lie strictly between projective modules and Gorenstein projective modules. The Ding w-flat dimension （of modules and rings） and the existence of Ding w-flat precovers are also studied.

Fish assemblages in seagrass habitat along the Jordanian coast of the Gulf of Aqaba

The spatial distribution and community structure of the fishes were studied at different depths and sites along the Jordanian coast in seagrass habitat. A total of 37,034 fishes were counted representing 132 species belonging to 35 families observed during visual census in three sites (average of 4741.6 fish per transect). Out of the 132 species encountered, 5 species of them including neopomacentrus miryae Lethrinus borbonicus, Pseudanthias squamipinnis, Lethrinus variegatus, Siganus rivulatus accounted for 57.7% of all individuals. Fishes were most abundant and significantly higher at 12 m depths (mean n = 2889.6) in comparison with shallow 6m depth (mean = 1225.3 with (p = 0.0218). This may be attributed to many plank-tivorous fishes that inhabit this depth such as P. squampinnis, Paracheilinus octotaenia, Chromis pelloura, Decapterus macarellus, and Cirrhilabrus rubriventralis probably with high abundance of plankton at 12 m depth than 6 m. The number of species was significantly higher in Phosphate Loading Berth (PLB;mean S = 54.7) than in Hotels area site (HA;mean S = 12.8) with (p = 0.0002) and Tala Bay site (TB;mean S = 31) with (p = 0.0484). This may be due to higher hard coral cover at Phophate Loading Berth.

A stable mode-locked laser was demonstrated using a newly developed zinc phthalocyanine(ZnPc)thin film as passive saturable absorber(SA)in ytterbium-doped fiber laser(YDFL).The ZnPc thin film was obtained using a casting method and then inserted between the two fiber ferrules of a YDFL ring cavity to generate mode-locked *** resulting pulsed laser operated at a wavelength of 1034.5 nm having a repetition rate of 3.3 *** pump power of 277 mW,the maximum output power and pulse energy are achieved at 4.92 mW and 1.36 nJ,*** has a high chemical and photochemical stability,and its significance for use as a potential SA in a mode-locked laser is reported in this work.

Optimization of DnA Staining Technology for Development of Autonomous Microbe Sensor for Injection Seawater Systems

Microbial activity in the water injection system in oil and gas industry leads to an array of challenges, including biofouling, injectivity loss, reservoir plugging, and microbiologically influenced corrosion (MIC). An effective mitigation strategy requires online and real-time monitoring of microbial activity and growth in the system so that the operators can apply and adjust counter-measures quickly and properly. The previous study [1] identified DnA staining technology-with PicoGreen and SYBR Green dyes—as a very promising method for automated, online determination of microbial cell abundance in the vast Saudi Aramco injection seawater systems. This study evaluated DnA staining technology on detection limit, automation potential, and temperature stability for the construction of automated sensor prototype. DnA staining with SYBR Green dye was determined to be better suited for online and real-time monitoring of microbial activity in the Saudi Aramco seawater systems. SYBR Green staining does not require sample pre-treatment, and the fluorescence signal intensity is more stable at elevated temperatures up to 30℃. The lower detection limit of 2 × 103/ml was achieved under the optimized conditions, which is sufficient to detect microbial numbers in Saudi Aramco injection seawater. Finally, the requirements for design and construction of SYBR-based automated sensor prototype were determined.

Parametric Analysis of nO2 Gas Sensor Based on Carbon nanotubes

Two types of carbon nanotubes [single walled nanotubes （SWCnTs） and multi walled carbon nanotubes （MWCnTs）] are deposited on porous silicon by the drop casting technique. Upon exposure to test gas mixing ratio 3% nO2, the sensitivity response results show that the SWCnTs＇ sensitivity reaches to 79.8%, where MWCnTs＇ is 59.6%. The study shows that sensitivity response of the films increases with an increase in the operating temperature up to 200℃ and 150℃ for MWCnTs and SWCnTs. The response and recovery time is about 19s and 54s at 200℃ for MWCnTs, respectively, and 20s and 56s at 150℃ for SWCnTs.

Validation of Autonomous Microbe Sensor Prototype for Monitoring of Microorganisms in Injection Seawater Systems

Microbial growth in the water injection system is a well-known problem with severe operational and financial consequences for the petroleum industry, including microbiologically influenced corrosion (MIC), reduced injectivity, reservoir plugging, production downtime, and extensive repair costs. Monitoring of system microbiology is required in any mitigation strategy, enabling operators to apply and adjust countermeasures properly and in due time. In previous studies [1] [2], DnA staining technology with SYBR Green dye was evaluated to have a sufficient detection limit and automation potential for real-time detection of microbial activity in the Saudi Aramco injection seawater. In this study, technical requirements and design solutions were defined, and an autonomous microbe sensor (AMS) prototype was constructed, tested and optimized in the laboratory, and validated in the field for automated detection of microorganisms in the harsh Saudi Arabia desert environment and injection seawater. The AMS prototype was able to monitor and follow the general microbial status in the system, including detection of periods with increased microbial growth or decreased microbial numbers following biocide injection. The infield AMS detection limit was 105 cells/mL. The long-term field testing also identified the areas for technical improvement and optimization for further development of a more robust and better performing commercial microbial sensing device.
