The potential of mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)in regenerative medicine has been largely known due to their capability to induce tissue regeneration in vivo with minimum inflammation during *** adult stem cell type exhibit unique features of tissue repair mechanism and immune modulation mediated by their secreted factors,called ***,the utilization of secretome as a therapeutic agent provided new insight into cell-free ***,a sufficient amount of secretome is necessary to realize their applications for translational medicine which required a proper biomanufacturing *** factors related to their production need to be considered to produce a clinical-grade secretome as a biological therapeutic *** viewpoint highlights the current challenges and considerations during the biomanufacturing process of MSCs secretome.

This paper studies the state/output synchronization of switched Boolean networks （SBNs） with impulsive effects via the algebraic state space representation （ASSR） approach. First, an algebraic form is established for SBNs with impulsive effects via ASSR. Second, based on the algebraic form, some necessary and sufficient conditions are presented for the state/output synchronization of SBNs with impulsive effects under arbitrary switching signals. Third, two special kinds of switching signals, that is, free switching signal and feedback switching signal, are considered for the state synchroniza-tion of SBNs with impulsive effects. Finally, two illustrative examples are worked out to show the effectiveness of the obtained results.

Skin cancer,a prevalent malignancy worldwide,poses significant health concerns owing to its increasing ***,a natural cellular process,is a pivotal event in skin cancer and has advantageous and detrimental *** duality has prompted extensive investigations into medical interventions targeting autophagy modulation for their substantial therapeutic *** systematic review aimed to investigate the relationship between skin cancer and autophagy and the contribution and mechanism of autophagy modulators in skin *** outlined the effectiveness and safety of targeting autophagy as a promising therapeutic strategy for the treatment of skin *** comprehensive review identified a diverse array of autophagy modulators with promising potential for the treatment of skin *** of these compounds demonstrates efficacy through distinct physiological mechanisms that have been elucidated in ***,findings from a literature search indicated that none of the natural,synthetic,or semisynthetic compounds exhibited notable adverse effects in either human or animal ***,this review offers novel mechanistic and therapeutic perspectives on the targeted modulation of autophagy in skin cancer.

This paper revisits the synchronisation problem for second-order multi-agent systems(MASs)under dynamically changing communication *** employing the reference model-based synchronisation algorithm,it is finally shown that synchronisation for both the position and velocity states can be achieved if the union of the communication topologies has a directed spanning tree frequently *** extends the existing results obtained for second-order MASs which exploits mild communication topology condition guaranteeing the synchronisation to a more general *** analysis is successfully performed by exploiting the product properties of row-stochastic matrices,which can also provide us with an estimate the convergence rate towards the synchronisation.

This paper mainly analyzes the set stability of switched Boolean networks(SBNs) by considering two different methods of switching signals in the form of open-loop and closed-loop switching. First, the definitions of set stability are proposed for SBNs with such switching signals. Then, we propose two different algorithms to find the largest open-loop switching invariant set and largest closed-loop switching invariant set. Furthermore, the corresponding set stability conditions for SBNs are given in each case. In addition,the constructive procedures are presented to design the switching signal sequence to achieve set stability under the two different methods of switching signals. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed algorithms and research results are demonstrated using two numerical examples.

The Internet of Medical Things (IoMT) emerges with the visionof the Wireless Body Sensor Network (WBSN) to improve the health monitoringsystems and has an enormous impact on the healthcare system forrecognizing the levels of risk/severity factors (premature diagnosis, treatment,and supervision of chronic disease i.e., cancer) via wearable/electronic healthsensor i.e., wireless endoscopic capsule. However, AI-assisted endoscopy playsa very significant role in the detection of gastric cancer. Convolutional NeuralNetwork (CNN) has been widely used to diagnose gastric cancer based onvarious feature extraction models, consequently, limiting the identificationand categorization performance in terms of cancerous stages and gradesassociated with each type of gastric cancer. This paper proposed an optimizedAI-based approach to diagnose and assess the risk factor of gastric cancerbased on its type, stage, and grade in the endoscopic images for smarthealthcare applications. The proposed method is categorized into five phasessuch as image pre-processing, Four-Dimensional (4D) image conversion,image segmentation, K-Nearest Neighbour (K-NN) classification, and multigradingand staging of image intensities. Moreover, the performance of theproposed method has experimented on two different datasets consisting ofcolor and black and white endoscopic images. The simulation results verifiedthat the proposed approach is capable of perceiving gastric cancer with 88.09%sensitivity, 95.77% specificity, and 96.55% overall accuracy respectively.

In this paper,we define the new idea of triangular cubic hesitant fuzzy number(TCHFN).We discuss some basic operational laws of triangular cubic hesitant fuzzy number and hamming distance of *** introduce the new concept of triangular cubic hesitant TOPSIS ***,we extend the classical cubic hesitant the technique for order of preference by similarity to ideal solution(TOPSIS)method to solve the Multi-Criteria decision-making(MCDM)method based on triangular cubic hesitant TOPSIS *** new ranking method for TCHFNs is used to rank the ***,an illustrative example is given to verify and demonstrate the practicality and effectiveness of the proposed method.

Objective:Tocollect and analyze the clinical data of the patients with the benign paroxysmal positional vertigo（BPPV）inthe Department of Neurology in order to reduce the missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis of ***:From January 2017 to March 2017 in the first hospital of Jilin University Bethune neurology clinic 228 cases of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo patients and related information *** included gender,age,time duration,inducement,relieve dizziness,reduction treatment,treatment side effects and other *** clinical data werecollected and then analyzed ***:（1）592 patients were diagnosed with parallel vertigo after being examined in No.1 Hospital of Jilin University,of which 228 cases（38.51%）were diagnosed as BPPV.（2）In BPPV patients,the proportion of men and women was 1:2.（3）The youngest patients with BPPV was 17-year-old,the oldest was76-year-old,the average age of onset was 52.62 years old,and the incidence of the disease was mainly 40-69 years *** was a significant difference in age amongbenign paroxysmal positional vertigo patients（P＜0.05）.（4）Atotal of 165 cases（72.36%）of the posterior semicircular canal（BPPV）,5 cases（2.19%）of the anterior semicircular canal（BPPV）,47 BPPV in the horizontal semicircular canal（20.61%）,and 11 of mixed BPPV（4.82%）were found.（5）Vertigo of 143 cases induced and aggravated with rise,bow,get up,lay down positions in patients with PC-BPPV（86.67%）;left turn and right turn（or）couldinduce and aggravate vertigo in 39 cases of HC-BPPV patients（82.97%）;Vertigo induced by rise,bow action in SC-BPPV patients,and was aggravated in 4 cases with getting up,laying down position（80%）.（6）The vertigo duration in 209 cases（91.67%）was recorded froma few seconds to 1 minute;the vertigo time in 19 patients（8.33%）lasted from 1 minute to 10 *** difference in the duration of vertigo was statistically significant in the benign paroxysmal positional vertigo（P＜0.05）.（7）BPPV patients were treate
