Aggregate-induced emission luminogens(AIEgens) have been widely used in biological imaging, chemical sensing, and disease treatments. The rational design and construction of AIEgens have received considerable research interests during the last few years. Herein, molecular docking-aided AIEgen design has been reasonably proposed and AIEgen TBQZY with excellent ~1O_(2) generation ability has been synthesized. The newly developed TBQZY could efficiently kill S. epidermidis and methicillinresistant S. epidermidis(MRSE) by tightly binding to bacteria and triggering the accumulation of ~1O_(2) in bacteria. TBQZY specifically regulated the immune system and polarized macrophages from M1 to M2 to accelerate the elimination of biofilm in vivo. In addition, healing acceleration was observed in chronic wounds treated with TBQZY, and side effects were ***, TBQZY had extraordinary potential for combating drug-resistant bacteria in the clinical setting. This research not only provided new concepts for the design of AIEgens, but also shed some lights on the discovery of drugs against drug-resistant bacteria.

Identified as the pathogenic genes of Alzheimer's disease(AD),APP,PSEN1,and PSEN2 mainly lead to early-onset AD,whose course is more aggressive,and atypical symptoms are more common than sporadic ***,a novel missense mutation,APP E674Q(also named“Shanghai APP”),was detected in a Chinese index patient with typical late-onset AD(LOAD)who developed memory decline in his *** results from neuroimaging were consistent with AD,where widespread amyloidβdeposition was demonstrated in 18 F-florbetapir Positron Emission Tomography(PET).APP E674Q is close to theβ-secretase cleavage site and the well-studied Swedish APP mutation(KM670/671NL),which was predicted to be pathogenic in *** dynamics simulation indicated that the E674Q mutation resulted in a rearrangement of the interaction mode between APP and BACE1 and that the E674Q mutation was more prone to cleavage by *** in vitro results suggested that the E674Q mutation was pathogenic by facilitating the BACE1-mediated processing of APP and the production of Aβ.furthermore,we applied an adeno-associated virus(AAV)-mediated transfer of the human E674Q mutant APP gene to the hippocampi of two-month-old C57Bl/6 J ***-E674Q-injected mice exhibited impaired learning behavior and increased pathological burden in the brain,implying that the E674Q mutation had a pathogenicity that bore a comparison with the classical Swedish ***,we report a strong amyloidogenic effect of the E674Q substitution in *** our knowledge,E674Q is the only pathogenic mutation within the amyloid processing sequence causing LOAD.

借鉴链接分析中PageRank算法及其在技术影响力评价体系中的应用,创新性地考虑专利时效性,改进了基于专利引用关系的企业引用网络的技术影响力评价方法。使用美国国家经济研究局NBER专利数据库中1976~2006年实用型液压制动领域的专利明细及引用关系等为样本进行了实证分析。结果显示,与不考虑时效性的技术影响力评价体系相比,提出的改进评价算法综合考虑了引用企业数量、被引次数、企业自身影响力、企业间依赖程度和专利时效性5个方面的因素,能够更为客观地评价领域内企业的技术影响力,为识别技术竞争对手提供了理论依据。

华北板块南缘洛南地区二叠系石盒子组沉积物源特征及其隆升过程

华北板块南缘的隆升过程对认识秦岭造山带与华北盆地盆山相互作用具有重要意义。文中以华北板块南缘洛南地区二叠系石盒子组为研究对象,在沉积相及其演化分析的基础上,开展碎屑锆石U-Pb年代学及裂变径迹年代学研究,探讨华北板块南缘二叠系石盒子组沉积物源特征及其隆升过程,期望为勉略洋盆的俯冲时限提供沉积学约束,为华北盆地南部三叠系再旋回沉积物提供可能的物源区。研究结果显示,华北板块南缘二叠系石盒子组经历了冲积扇→辫状河→三角洲的沉积演化过程。石盒子组下部碎屑锆石样品形成了3组U-Pb年龄,分别为353—280 Ma、1139—400 Ma和2620—1306 Ma,裂变径迹年龄分解为199 Ma、255 Ma和408 Ma共3个峰值;而上部样品主要形成2组U-Pb年龄,分别为339—259 Ma和2655—1700 Ma,裂变径迹年龄分解为205 Ma、268 Ma和656 Ma共3个峰值。上述测试结果表明华北板块南缘在石盒子组沉积早期还接受来自秦岭造山带的碎屑物,但在石盒子组沉积后期沉积物主要来自于华北板块北缘,完成了由“南高北低”向“北高南低”的构造转换。推测华北板块南缘的初始隆升发生在中—晚二叠世,这次隆升与勉略洋盆的初始俯冲作用相关,并成为华北盆地南部三叠系的一个潜在物源区。

Precise targeting of specific regions within the central nervous system(CNS)is crucial for both scientific research and gene therapy in the context of brain ***-associated virus 13(AAV13)is known for its restricted diffusion range within the CNS,making it an ideal choice for precise labeling and administration within small brain ***,AAV13 mediates relatively low expression of target ***,we introduced specifically engineered modifications to the AAV13 capsid protein to enhance its transduction *** first constructed AAV13-YF by mutating tyrosine to phenylalanine on the surface of the AAV13 *** then inserted the 7m8 peptide,known to enhance cell transduction,into positions 587/588 and 585/586 of the AAV13 capsid,resulting in two distinct variants named AAV13-587-7m8 and AAV13-585-7m8,*** found that AAV13-YF exhibited superior in vitro infectivity in HEK293T cells compared to AAV13,while AAV13-587-7m8 and AAV13-585-7m8 showed enhanced CNS infection capabilities in C57BL/6 mice,with AAV13-587-7m8 infection retaining a limited spread *** modified AAV13 variants hold promising potential for applications in gene therapy and neuroscience research.

The atomic-vapor cell is a vital component for Rydberg atomic microwave sensors,and impacts on overall capability of Rydberg ***,the conventional analysis approach on effect of vapor-cell length contains two implicit assumptions,that is,the same atomic population density and buffer gas pressure,which make it unable to accurately capture actual response about effect of Rydberg-atom-based sensor performance on different Rydberg atom ***,utilizing a stepped cesium atomic-vapor cell with five different dimensions at the same atomic population density and buffer gas pressure,the height and full width at half maximum of electromagnetically induced transparency(EIT)signal,and the sensitivity of the atomic superheterodyne sensor are comprehensively investigated under conditions of the same Rabi frequencies(saturated laser power).It is identified that EIT signal height is proportional to the cell length,full width at half maximum and sensitivity grow with the increment of cell length to a certain *** the coherent integration signal theory and atomic linear expansion coefficient method,theoretical analysis of the EIT height and sensitivity are further *** results could shed new light on understanding and design of ultrahigh-sensitivity Rydberg atomic microwave sensors and find promising applications in quantum measurement,communication,and imaging.
