Electric cable shovel(ECS)is a complex production equipment,which is widely utilized in open-pit *** valuations of load is the foundation for the development of intelligent or unmanned ECS,since it directly influences the planning of digging trajectories and energy *** prediction of ECS mainly consists of two types of methods:physics-based modeling and data-driven *** former approach is based on known physical laws,usually,it is necessarily approximations of reality due to incomplete knowledge of certain processes,which introduces *** latter captures features/patterns from data in an end-to-end manner without dwelling on domain expertise but requires a large amount of accurately labeled data to achieve generalization,which introduces *** addition,some parts of load are non-observable and latent,which cannot be measured from actual system sensing,so they can’t be predicted by data-driven ***,an innovative hybrid physics-informed deep neural network(HPINN)architecture,which combines physics-based models and data-driven methods to predict dynamic load of ECS,is *** the proposed framework,some parts of the theoretical model are incorporated,while capturing the difficult-to-model part by training a highly expressive approximator with *** physics knowledge,such as Lagrangian mechanics and the conservation of energy,is considered extra constraints,and embedded in the overall loss function to enforce model training in a feasible solution *** satisfactory performance of the proposed framework is verified through both synthetic and actual measurement dataset.

JavaScript has become one of the most widely used languages for Web *** dynamic and event-driven features make it challenging to ensure the correctness of Web applications written in JavaScript.A variety of dynamic analysis techniques have been proposed which are,however,limited in either coverage or *** this paper,we propose a simple,yet effective,model-based automated testing approach to achieve a high code-coverage within the time budget via testing with longer event *** implement our approach as an open-source tool LJS,and perform extensive experiments on 21 publicly available *** average,LJS is able to achieve 86.5%line coverage in 10 *** with JSDEP,a state-of-the-art breadth-first search based automated testing tool enriched with partial order reduction,the coverage of LJS is 11%-19%higher than that of JSDEP on real-world large Web *** empirical findings support that proper longer test sequences can achieve a higher code coverage in JavaScript Web application testing.

A series of CuO/Ce1-xZrxO2 catalysts(x=0.2,0.4,0.6 and 0.8)are applied to elaborate the effect of the Zr/Ce ratio on the catalytic performance of CO2 hydrogenation to *** best catalytic performance is achieved with CuO/Ce0.4Zr0.6O2,exhibiting XCO2=13.2%and YCH3OH=9.47%(T=280℃,P=3 MPa).The formation of dispersed surface CuO species and larger number of oxygen vacancies are detected over CuO/Ce0.4Zr0.6O2 due to stronger interaction between CuO and Ce0.4Zr0.6O2,resulting in the superior activation ability for H2 and CO2 ***,the evidence is provided by in situ DRIFTS under the activity test pressure(3 MPa)that bi/m-HCOO* species are preferable for accumulating over ceria-rich(CuO/Ce0.6Zr0.4O2 and CuO/Ce0.8Zr0.2O2)catalysts while zirconia-rich(CuO/Ce0.4Zr0.6O2 and CuO/Ce0.2Zr0.8O2)catalysts are benefit to encourage the transformation of bi/m-HCOO* species to *** abundant population and high activity of intermediate species over CuO/Ce0.4Zr0.6O2 give a strong positive effect on the catalytic performance.

The cross-flow(CF)vortex-induced vibration(VIV)of a deepwater steep wave riser(SWR)subjected to uniform or shear flow loads is investigated *** model is based on a three-dimensional(3D)nonlinear elastic rod theory coupled with a wake oscillator *** this numerical simulation,the nonlinear motion equations of the riser with large deformation features are established in a global coordinate system to avoid the transformation between global and local coordinate systems,and are discretized with the time-domain finite element method(FEM).A wakeoscillator model is employed to study the vortex shedding,and the lift force generated by the wake flow is described in a van der Pol equation.A Newmark-βiterative scheme is used to solve their coupling equation for the VIV response of the *** developed model is validated against the existing experimental results for the VIV response of the top-tension riser(TTR).Then,the numerical simulations are executed to determine VIV characteristics of the *** effects of both flow velocity and the spanwise length of the flow field on the drag coefficient in the inline(IL)direction and the lift coefficient in the CF direction are investigated *** results indicate that compared with TTR,the low frequency and multi-modal vibration are the main components of the SWR due to the large deformation and flexible *** shear flow,the multi-frequency resonance dominates the VIV response of the SWR,especially at the hang-off segment.

Copper-based catalysts for CO2 hydrogenation to methanol are supported on ZrO2 and CeO2,*** results at 3.0 MPa and temperatures between 200 and 300°C reveal that Cu catalysts supported on ZrO2 and CeO2 exhibit better activity and selectivity than pure Cu catalyst due to Cu-support(ZrO2 and CeO2)*** the structural characterizations with in-situ diffuse reflectance infrared Fourier transform spectroscopy(in-situ DRIFTS),Cu/CeO2 shows the higher methanol selectivity due to the formation of main carbonates intermediates,which are closely related with the oxygen vacancies over Cu/*** contrast,bicarbonate and carboxyl species are observed on Cu/ZrO2,which originates from the hydroxyl groups presented on catalyst *** in CO2 adsorption intermediates results in the distinct methanol selectivity over the two catalysts.

Alzheimer's disease is characterized by deposition of amyloid-β,which forms extracellular neuritic plaques,and accumulation of hyperphosphorylated tau,which aggregates to form intraneuronal neurofibrillary tangles,in the *** NLRP3 inflammasome may play a role in the transition from amyloid-βdeposition to tau phosphorylation and *** NLRP3 is primarily found in brain microglia,and tau is predominantly located in neurons,it has been suggested that NLRP3 expressed by microglia indirectly triggers tau phosphorylation by upregulating the expression of pro-inflammatory ***,we found that neurons also express NLRP3 in vitro and in vivo,and that neuronal NLRP3 regulates tau *** biochemical methods,we mapped the minimal NLRP3 promoter and identified fuBP3 as a transcription factor regulating NLRP3 expression in *** primary neurons and the neuroblastoma cell line Neuro2A,fuBP3 is required for endogenous NLRP3 expression and tau phosphorylation only when amyloid-βis *** the brains of aged wild-type mice and a mouse model of Alzheimer's disease,fuBP3 expression was markedly increased in cortical *** analysis suggested that fuBP3 plays a role in neuron-mediated immune *** also found that fuBP3 trimmed the 5′end of DNA fragments that it bound,implying that fuBP3 functions in stress-induced *** findings suggest that neuronal NLRP3 may be more directly involved in the amyloid-β-to–phospho-tau transition than microglial NLRP3,and that amyloid-βfundamentally alters the regulatory mechanism of NLRP3 expression in *** that fuBP3 was only expressed at low levels in young wild-type mice and was strongly upregulated in the brains of aged mice and Alzheimer's disease mice,fuBP3 could be a safe therapeutic target for preventing Alzheimer's disease progression.

Smart fluid manipulation with automatically controlled paper valves will enable automated and multi-step immunoassays on paper-based microfluidic *** this work,we present an integrated paper-based microfluidic platform with shape-memory polymer(SMP)-actuated fluid valves capable of automated colorimetric enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays(ELISAs).A single-layer microfluidic paper-based analytical device(μPAD)was designed to store all the reagents on the chip,and sequentially transfer reagents to a paper test zone following a specific ELISA protocol through automatic fluidic flow control by the multiple SMP-actuated *** actuation of a paper valve was based on the thermally responsive,duel-state shape transformation of a SMP sheet attached to the root of a paper cantilever beam for driving a hydrophilic paper bridge to connect and disconnect two paper channels.A portable colorimetric reader was developed to control the on-chip valve operations,quantify the colorimetric signal output,display the assay result,and wirelessly transmit the data to a smart phone for the application of *** operations of the paper valve and the entireμPAD were demonstrated with success rates of 97%and 93%,respectively.A detection mechanism for valve malfunction was designed and confirmed effective to identify any mal-operation of individual valves,thus rendering our platform reliable in real *** device calibration,we conducted direct ELISAs of rabbit IgG in phosphate-buffered saline(PBS),and achieved a low limit of detection(LOD)of 27 pM(comparable to that of standard and paper-based ELISAs).In order to demonstrate the clinical application of our multi-step immunoassay platform,we also conducted sandwich ELISAs to quantify the protein level of an inflammatory cytokine,namely tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α,in surgically injured laryngeal tissues of *** protein levels of TNF-αwere shown similar between the conventional andμPAD ELISAs.

As low-cost and highly autonomous ocean observation platforms,underwater gliders encounter risks during their launch and recovery,especially when coordinating multi-glider *** work focuses on cooperative path planning of an underwater glider fleet with simultaneous launch and recovery to enhance the autonomy of sampling and reduce deployment ***,the gliders collaborate to achieve sampling considering the specified routines of *** overall paths to be planned are divided into four rectangular parts with the same starting point,and each glider is assigned a local sampling route.A clipped-oriented line-of-sight algorithm is proposed to ensure the coverage of the desired *** pitch angle of the glider is selected as the optimizing parameter to coordinate the overall progress considering the susceptibility of gliders to currents and the randomness of paths produced by complex navigational ***,a multi-actuation deep-Q network algorithm is proposed to ensure simultaneous launch and *** results demonstrate the acceptable effectiveness of the proposed method.
