We study the regularity of the solution of Dirichlet problem of Poisson equations over a bounded domain.A new sufficient condition,uniformly positive reach is *** the assumption that the closure of the underlying domain of interest has a uniformly positive reach,the H^2 regularity of the solution of the Poisson equation is *** particular,this includes all star-shaped domains whose closures are of positive reach,regardless if they are Lipschitz domains or non-Lipschitz *** to the strong solution to the second order elliptic PDE in non-divergence form and the regularity of Helmholtz equations will be presented to demonstrate the usefulness of the new regularity condition.

A model-based estimator design and implementation is described in this paper to undertake combined estimation of vehicle states and tire-road friction *** estimator is designed based on a vehicle model with three degrees of freedom(3-DOF) and the dual extended Kalman filter(DEKF) technique is *** of the estimation is examined and validated by comparing the outputs of the estimator with the responses of the vehicle model in CarSim in three typical road adhesion conditions(high-friction,low-friction,and joint-friction roads).Simulation results demonstrate that the DEKF estimator algorithm designed is able to obtain vehicle states(e.g.,yaw rate and roll angle) as well as road friction coefficients with reasonable accuracy.

The nanoindentations were applied to island-shaped regions with metal-induced Si crystallizations. The experimental stress-strain relationship is obtained from the load-depth profile in order to investigate the critical stresses arising at various phase transitions. The stress and strain values at various indentation depths are applied to determine the Gibbs free energy at various phases. The intersections of the Gibbs free energy lines are used to determine the possible paths of phase transitions arising at various indentation depths. All the critical contact stresses corresponding to the various phase transitions at four annealing temperatures were found to be consistent with the experimental results.

The effects of dietary lysine on production performance,serum concentrations of metabolites,growth hormone （GH）,insulin-like growth factor-I （IGF-I） and IGF-I mRNA expression in growing rabbits were *** hundred weaned New Zealand rabbits were allocated to individual cages and randomly offered a diet containing 5.5 （L1）,6.5 （L2）,7.5 （L3）,8.5 （L4）,or 9.5 g （L5） lysine per kg *** results showed that the average daily gain （ADG） of the rabbits from L3,L4 or L5 was higher than those from L1 or L2 （P 〈 0.05）.The feed gain ratio （F/G） in the rabbits from L4 or L5 was lower than those from L1 or L2 （P 〈 0.05）.Dietary lysine did not affect serum concentrations of total protein （TP）,glucose,insulin （INS）,and growth hormone （GH）（P 〉 0.05）.The quadratic effects of lysine on the serum urea nitrogen （SUN） concentration was detected （P = 0.035）.Serum IGF-I concentrations had a trend to increase quadratically with the increasing dietary lysine （P = 0.07）.A significant correlation was found between serum IGF-I concentrations （x,ng mL-1） and ADG （y,g kg-1）： y = -0.017x2 ＋ 1.984x ＋ 20.87 （R2 = 0.8982,P = 0.003）.The relative abundance of hepatic and muscular IGF-I mRNA tended to increase with increasing dietary lysine levels （P = 0.053 and 0.082,respectively）.Providing the diets mainly consisted of corn,wheat bran and peanut vine,the most appropriate dietary lysine level for growing meat rabbits from weaning to 70 d old was found to be 8.5 g kg-1,and IGF-I may be an important factor controlling growth of weaned rabbits.

For conveniently detecting objects of different sizes using digital holography,usual measurements employ the object wave transformed by an optical system with different magnifications to fit charge coupled devices(CCDs),then the object field reconstruction involves the diffraction calculation of the optic wave passing through the optical *** propose two methods to reconstruct the object *** one is that,when the object is imaging in an image space in which we reconstruct the image of the object field,the object field can be expressed according to the object-image *** other is that,when the object field reaching CCD is imaged in an object space in which we reconstruct the object field,the optical system is described by introducing matrix optics in this *** reconstruction formulae which easily use classic diffraction integral are ***,experimental verifications are also accomplished.

BACKGROUND Granular cell tumor(GCT)of the pancreas is a rare neurogenic *** first case of pancreatic GCT was described in 1975,and up to now,only 7 cases have been *** SUMMARY A 53-year-old male had a pancreatic mass for 1 *** was not treated at the local hospital,but referred to Henan Tumor Hospital for *** imaging revealed a 2.0 cm×2.5 cm-sized mass located in the body of the *** the microscopic level,a large number of eosinophilic particles are present in the oval tumor *** immunohistochemistry of this tumor cell display CD56(+),blood vessels CD34(+),Ki-67(+)<10%,and S-100(+).CONCLUSION GCT of the pancreas should be recognized as a preoperative differential diagnosis of pancreatic *** resection of the tumor should be attempted;however,GCT of the pancreas has a certain rate of tumor metastasis and ***,GCT of the pancreas requires regular and long-term followup.

Objective To study the role of insulin-like growth factor II receptor in free silica-induced transdifferentiation of primary rat lung fibroblasts Methods Rat lung fibroblasts and rat alveolar macrophages were cultured. A transdifferentiation model of primary rat lung fibroblasts was induced by free silica. Levels of a-SMA protein, IGF-liR protein and mRNA were measured by immunocytochemistry, Western blot and RT-PCR, respectively. Lung fibroblasts were treated with Wortmannin. Results The expression levels of a-SMA concentration and decreased after Wortmann and IGF-IIR increased with the increasing free silica n was used. Conclusion The IGF-IIR plays an important role in free silica-induced transdifferentiation of primary rat lung fibroblasts.

Yanhu Lake basin(YHB)is a typical alpine lake on the northeastern Tibetan Plateau(TP).Its continuous expansion in recent years poses serious threats to downstream major *** a result,studies of the mechanisms underlying lake expansion are urgently *** elasticity method within the Budyko framework was used to calculate the water balance in the Yanhu Lake basin(YHB)and the neighboring Tuotuo River basin(TRB).Results show intensification of hydrological cycles and positive trends in the lake area,river runoff,precipitation,and potential *** expansion was significant between 2001 and 2020 and accelerated between 2015 and *** increase was the key factor underlying the hydrological changes,followed by glacier meltwater and *** overflow of Yanhu Lake was inevitable because it was connected to three other lakes and the water balance of all four lakes was *** high salinity lake water diverted downstream will greatly impact the water quality of the source area of the Yangtze River and the stability of the permafrost base of the traffic corridor.
