Recently,the utilization of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs(NSAIDs)to sensitize cisplatin(CDDP)has gained substantial traction in the treatment of ovarian cancer(OC).However,even widely employed NSAIDs such as celecoxib and naproxen carry an elevated risk of cardiovascular events,notably ***,the diminished sensitivity to CDDP therapy in OC is multifactorial,rendering the ap-plication of NSAIDs only partially effective due to their cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2)inhibiting ***,in this study,reactive oxygen species(ROS)-responsive composite nano-hydrangeas loaded with the Chinese medicine small molecule allicin and platinum(IV)prodrug(DTP@AP NPs)were prepared to achieve comprehensive *** one front,allicin achieved COX-2 blocking therapy,en-compassing the inhibition of proliferation,angiogenesis and endothelial mesenchymal transition(EMT),thereby mitigating the adverse impacts of CDDP ***,synergistic chemosensi-tization was achieved from multifaceted mechanisms by decreasing CDDP inactivation,damaging mito-chondria and inhibiting DNA *** essence,these findings provided an optimized approach for syner-gizing CDDP with COX-2 inhibitors,offering a promising avenue for enhancing OC treatment outcomes.

The similarities and differences in inherent mechanism and characteristic frequency between the onedimensional(1D) poroelastic model and the layered White model were investigated. This investigation was conducted under the assumption that the rock was homogenous and isotropic at the mesoscopic scale. For the inherent mechanism, both models resulted from quasi-static flow in a slow P-wave diffusion mode, and the differences between them originated from saturated fluids and boundary conditions. On the other hand, for the characteristic frequencies of the models, the characteristic frequency of the 1D poroelastic model was first modified because the elastic constant and formula for calculating it were misused and then compared to that of the layered White model. Both of them moved towards higher frequencies with increasing permeability and decreasing viscosity and diffusion length. The differences between them were due to the diffusion length. The diffusion length for the 1D poroelastic model was determined by the sample length, whereas that for the layered White model was determined by the length of the representative elementary volume(REV). Subsequently, a numerical example was presented to demonstrate the similarities and differences between the models. Finally, published experimental data were interpreted using the 1D poroelastic model combined with the Cole-Cole *** prediction of the combined model was in good agreement with the experimental data, thereby validating the effectiveness of the 1D poroelastic model. furthermore, the modified characteristic frequency in our study was much closer to the experimental data than the previous prediction, validating the effectiveness of our modification of the characteristic frequency of the 1D poroelastic model. Aiming at the problems of low solution accuracy and high decision pressure when facing large-scale dynamic task allocation(DTA)and high-dimensional decision space with single agent,this paper combines the deep reinforce-ment learning(DRL)theory and an improved Multi-Agent Deep Deterministic Policy Gradient(MADDPG-D2)algorithm with a dual experience replay pool and a dual noise based on multi-agent architecture is proposed to improve the efficiency of *** algorithm is based on the traditional Multi-Agent Deep Deterministic Policy Gradient(MADDPG)algorithm,and considers the introduction of a double noise mechanism to increase the action exploration space in the early stage of the algorithm,and the introduction of a double experience pool to improve the data utilization rate;at the same time,in order to accelerate the training speed and efficiency of the agents,and to solve the cold-start problem of the training,the a priori knowledge technology is applied to the training of the ***,the MADDPG-D2 algorithm is compared and analyzed based on the digital battlefield of ground and air *** experimental results show that the agents trained by the MADDPG-D2 algorithm have higher win rates and average rewards,can utilize the resources more reasonably,and better solve the problem of the traditional single agent algorithms facing the difficulty of solving the problem in the high-dimensional decision *** MADDPG-D2 algorithm based on multi-agent architecture proposed in this paper has certain superiority and rationality in DTA.

In-situ fabrication of TiO2/NH2-MIL-125（Ti） via MOF-driven strategy to promote efficient interfacial effects for enhancing photocatalytic NO removal activity

Deep oxidation of NO molecules to nitrate species by photocatalysis with virtually no toxic byproduct NO2generation is a challenging task. In this study, Ti O2in-situ grows based on NH2-MIL-125（Ti）(NM-125) not only inhibited TiO 2agglomeration, but also contacted more tightly to obtain efficient interfacial effects, thus displaying excellent photocatalytic NO removal activity（68.08%）. The formation of Ti O2is directly confirmed by characterizations such as X-ray diffraction（XRD）, transmission electron microscope（TEM）, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy（XPS）. Meanwhile, UV–vis, photoluminescence, and photoelectrochemical analysis indicate that TiO2formation effectively improves the optical properties. Moreover,the strong electron interaction and electron transport direction between NM-125 and Ti O2are investigated by density functional theoretical（DFT） calculation. Finally, combined with the results of electron spin resonance（ESR） and in-situ FT-IR test, the intermediate processes of NO adsorption and photocatalytic oxidation reaction are discussed in depth, where the production of reactive oxygen species（ROS）under light is the key factor in the successful degradation of NO. Compared with NM-125 which can only produce·OH through photogenerated electrons since the lower valence band position, NMT-2 can directly produce·OH through photogenerated holes, thereby relieving the pressure on photogenerated electrons and producing more ROS. This study will provide reasonable guidance for the modification of NM-125 for photocatalytic removal of ppb-level NO.
