Cancer cell spheroids(CCS) are a valuable three-dimensional cell model in cancer studies because they could replicate numerous characteristics of solid tumors. Increasing researches have used matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization mass spectrometry imaging(MALDI-MSI) to investigate the spatial distribution of endogenous compounds(e.g., lipids) in CCS. However, only limited lipid species can be detected owing to a low ion yield by using MALDI. Besides, it is still challenging to fully characterize the structural diversity of lipids due to the existence of isomeric/isobaric species. Here, we carried out the initial application of MALDI coupled with laser-postionization(MALDI-2) and trapped ion mobility spectrometry(TIMS) imaging in HCT116 colon CCS to address these challenges. We demonstrated that MALDI-2 is capable of detecting more number and classes of lipids in HCT116 colon CCS with higher signal intensities than MALDI. TIMS could successfully separate numerous isobaric/isomeric species of lipids in CCS. Interestingly, we found that some isomeric/isobaric species have totally different spatial distributions in colon CCS. further MS/MS imaging analysis was employed to determine the compositions of fatty acid chains for isomeric species by examining disparities in signal intensities and spatial distributions of product ions. This work stresses the robust ability of TIMS and MALDI-2 imaging in analyzing endogenous lipids in CCS, which could potentially become powerful tools for future cancer studies.

Triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC)has aggressive characteristics as exemplified by the high risk of recurrence,metastasis,and patient mortality.1 Cytotoxic chemotherapy may reduce tumor burden initially,but leave behind chemo-resistant breast cancer stem cells(BCSCs)that lead to tumor recurrence and metastasis.2 Chemotherapy induces BCsC enrichment through the activation of glutathione biosynthesis pathways,which increases intracellular glutathione levels and specifies the BCSC phenotype through complicated downstream signaling pathways.3 Glutathione S-transferases(GSTs),a superfamily(which contains seven cytosolic classes:Alpha,Kappa,Mu,Omega,Pi,Theta,and Zeta,and one microsomal class MGSTs)of phase Il enzymes that catalyze the conjugation of glutathione with electrophilic compounds,play a critical role in detoxification and chemotherapy resistance of cancer ***,the role of GSTs in the regulation of BCSCs is largely elusive.

With the implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative, China is deepening its cooperation in oil and gas resources with countries along the Initiative. In order to better mitigate risks and enhance the safety of investments, it is of significant importance to research the oil and gas investment environment in these countries for China's overseas investment macro-layout. This paper proposes an indicator system including 27 indicators from 6 dimensions. On this basis, game theory models combined with global entropy method and analytic hierarchy process are applied to determine the combined weights, and the TOPSIS-GRA model is utilized to assess the risks of oil and gas investment in 76 countries along the Initiative from 2014 to 2021. Finally, the GM(1,1) model is employed to predict risk values for 2022-2025. In conclusion, oil and gas resources and political factors have the greatest impact on investment environment risk, and 12 countries with greater investment potential are selected through cluster analysis in conjunction with the predicted results. The research findings may provide scientific decisionmaking recommendations for the Chinese government and oil enterprises to strengthen oil and gas investment cooperation with countries along the Belt and Road Initiative.

Constraints Separation Based Evolutionary Multitasking for Constrained Multi-Objective Optimization Problems

Constrained multi-objective optimization problems(CMOPs) generally contain multiple constraints, which not only form multiple discrete feasible regions but also reduce the size of optimal feasible regions, thus they propose serious challenges for solvers. Among all constraints, some constraints are highly correlated with optimal feasible regions; thus they can provide effective help to find feasible Pareto front. However, most of the existing constrained multi-objective evolutionary algorithms tackle constraints by regarding all constraints as a whole or directly ignoring all constraints, and do not consider judging the relations among constraints and do not utilize the information from promising single constraints. Therefore, this paper attempts to identify promising single constraints and utilize them to help solve CMOPs. To be specific, a CMOP is transformed into a multitasking optimization problem, where multiple auxiliary tasks are created to search for the Pareto fronts that only consider a single constraint respectively. Besides, an auxiliary task priority method is designed to identify and retain some high-related auxiliary tasks according to the information of relative positions and dominance relationships. Moreover, an improved tentative method is designed to find and transfer useful knowledge among *** results on three benchmark test suites and 11 realworld problems with different numbers of constraints show better or competitive performance of the proposed method when compared with eight state-of-the-art peer methods.

Feature selection in classification can be considered a multiobjective problem with the objectives of increasing classification accuracy and decreasing the size of the selected feature subset. Dominance-based and decomposition-based multiobjective evolutionary algorithms(MOEAs) have been extensively used to address the feature selection problem due to their strong global search capability. However, most of them face the problem of not effectively balancing convergence and diversity during the evolutionary process. In addressing the aforementioned issue, this study proposes a unified evolutionary framework that combines two search forms of dominance and decomposition. The advantages of the two search methods assist one another in escaping the local optimum and inclining toward a balance of convergence and diversity. Specifically, an improved environmental selection strategy based on the distributions of individuals in the objective space is presented to avoid duplicate feature subsets. furthermore, a novel knowledge transfer mechanism that considers evolutionary characteristics is developed, allowing for the effective implementation of positive knowledge transfer between dominance-based and decomposition-based feature selection methods. The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm can evolve feature subsets with good convergence and diversity in a shorter time compared with 9 state-of-the-art feature selection methods on 20 classification problems.

如何促进情绪健康和营造高效的工作氛围是如今管理中的一个重要问题。近十余年,尽管组织中情绪的研究飞速增长,但仍缺乏整体研究框架的构建与系统性回顾。本文基于2009-2021年间的组织中情绪领域的国内外学术论文,运用CiteSpace对该领域的研究成果进行了可视化分析。研究发现:2009-2021年,该领域国内外的论文数量均呈整体增长趋势;国外相关研究中最成熟的话题是探讨情绪与绩效的关系,自我性最具研究潜力,而国内相关研究中成熟话题为情绪劳动和情绪智力;国外研究的方法相对于国内研究更为丰富。在已有研究的基础上,本文构建了组织中情绪五层次研究框架。建议未来组织中的情绪研究应深化情绪理论,关注离散、复合和深层情绪,加强团队/组织层次对情绪的探讨,深入研究个体如何回应他人情绪,优化测量方法,拓展新情境,推进跨学科交叉融合以及开展本土化研究,以增强对组织中的情绪和本土管理研究的贡献价值。

Mechanical and damping performances of TPMS lattice metamaterials fabricated by laser powder bed fusion

Lattice metamaterials based on three-period minimum surface(TPMS)are an effective means to achieve lightweight and high-strength materials which are widely used in various fields such as aerospace and ***,its vibration and noise reduction,and damping properties have not been fully ***,in this study,the TPMS structures with parameterization were designed by the method of surface migration,and the TPMS structures with high forming quality was manufactured by laser powder bed fusion(LPBF).The mechanical properties and energy absorption characteristics of the beam and TPMS structures were studied and compared by quasi-static *** modal shapes of the beam lattice structures and TPMS structures were obtained by the free modal analysis,and the damping properties of two structures were obtained by modal *** the two structures after heat treatment with the same porosity of 70%,the yield strength of the beam lattice structure reaches 40.76 MPa,elastic modulus is 20.38 GPa,the energy absorption value is 32.23 MJ·m^(-3),the damping ratio is 0.52%.The yield strength,elastic modulus,energy absorption value,and damping ratio of the TPMS structure are 50.74 MPa,25.37 GPa,47.34 MJ·m^(-3),and 0.99%,*** results show that TPMS structures exhibit more excellent mechanical properties and energy absorption,better damping performance,and obvious advantages in structural load and vibration and noise reduction compared with the beam lattice structures under the same porosity.
