Photoassociation(PA)of cold atoms is a key tool widely used for accurate determination of long-range molecular potentials,measurement and tuning of interatomic interactions,as well as creation of desired cold *** report the observation of PA spectra of ultracold ytterbium(Yb)atoms at the ^(1)S_(0)–^(3)P_(1) inter-combination line by detecting the resonant loss of atoms trapped in a crossed far-off-resonance trap(crossed-FORT).Eight vibrational levels in the ^(1)0^(+)_(u) molecular state are observed for PA laser detunings up to 1 GHz with respect to the atomic *** photoassociation resonances have a Lorentzian shape and sub-MHz linewidths due to the ultra low temperature of the atoms,and the resonance positions agree well with that predicted by the semiclassical formula.

1 Summary The 2015 Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine was awarded to Professor Tu YouYou for her key contributions to the discovery of artemisinin. Artemisinin has saved mil- lions of lives and represents one of the significant contribu- tions of China to global health. Many scientists were in- volved in the previously unknown 523 Project, and the No- bel Prize given to a single person has not been without con- troversy. Here we summarize some key events in the 523 Project and present our views on the Award to help the pub- lic better understand the rationale of the Nobel Committee＇ s decision, the significance of the discovery, and current is- sues related to artimisinin in treating malaria.

In order to experimentally probe into the complicated interaction between charge ordering and spin ordering in manganites,two sets of samples Nd0.5Sr0.5Mn1-xGaxO3(NSMGO) and Nd 0.5Sr0.5Mn1-y CryO3(NSMCO)(0.0 x,y 0.075),have been studied by means of electrical transport,magnetization,electron spin resonance and transmission electron microscopy *** comparing the influence of Cr-doping and Ga-doping in the Nd0.5Sr0.5MnO3(NSMO) system,large difference between the evolution of charge ordering temperature T co in the Cr-doping and the Ga-doping cases is *** the NSMCO system,the CE-type antiferromagnetic(AFM)/charge ordering(CO) phase disappears with only 2.5 percent Cr doping;but in the NSMGO system,the CE-type AFM/CO phase always *** phenomenon indicates that the charge ordering formation is dominated by the spin *** a result,it is experimentally proved that there is strong coupling interaction between charge ordering and spin ordering in NSMO system.

Fast Growth Entire functions Whose Escaping Set Has Hausdorff Dimension Two

The authors study a family of transcendental entire functions which lie outside the Eremenko-Lyubich class in general and are of infinity growth order. Most importantly,the authors show that the intersection of Julia set and escaping set of these entire functions has full Hausdorff dimension. As a by-product of the result, the authors also obtain the Hausdorff measure of their escaping set is infinity.

益生菌具有多种益生功效,但其在加工、贮存或消化等过程中易受外界不利环境的影响而降低活性,利用微胶囊技术可以对益生菌起到良好的保护作用,减少或避免不利环境的影响。海洋多糖作为益生菌微胶囊壁材不仅能够提高益生菌的抗胁迫能力和稳定性,改善益生菌产品的感官特性,还能与益生菌产生协同作用增强治疗效果。本文分析了不同来源海洋多糖的种类和特性,并概述了海洋多糖基益生菌微胶囊的制备方法,同时阐述了海洋多糖基益生菌微胶囊在食品工业、生物医药、养殖饲料等领域的应用,以期为益生菌微胶囊的未来研究方向和海洋资源高值化利用提供一些参考。

Background:Irreversible cryodamage caused by oocyte vitrification limited its wild application in female fertility *** were always used to antagonist the oxidative stress caused by ***,the comprehensive mechanism underlying the protective role of antioxidants has not been *** B2(PCB2)is a potent natural antioxidant and its functions in response to vitrification are still *** this study,the effects of PCB2 on vitrified-thawed oocytes and subsequent embryo development were explored,and the mechanisms underlying the protective role of PCB2 were systematically ***:Vitrification induced a marked decline in oocyte quality,while PCB2 could improve oocyte viability and further development after parthenogenetic activation.A subsequent study indicated that PCB2 effectively attenuated vitrification-induced oxidative stress,rescued mitochondrial dysfunction,and improved cell ***,PCB2 also acts as a cortical tension regulator apart from strong antioxidant *** cortical tension caused by PCB2 would maintain normal spindle morphology and promote migration,ensure correct meiosis progression and finally reduce the aneuploidy rate in vitrified *** study reveals that ATP biosynthesis plays a crucial role in cortical tension regulation,and PCB2 effectively increased the cortical tension through the electron transfer chain ***,PCB2 would elevate the cortical tension in embryo cells at morula and blastocyst stages and further improve blastocyst ***'s more,targeted metabolomics shows that PCB2 has a beneficial effect on blastocyst formation by mediating saccharides and amino acids ***:Antioxidant PCB2 exhibits multi-protective roles in response to vitrification stimuli through mitochondria-mediated cortical tension regulation.

目的探讨心肺转流(CPB)心脏手术中肾动脉阻力指数(RI)用于预测术后急性肾损伤(AKI)的效果。方法选择择期行CPB心脏手术患者44例,男21例,女23例,年龄≥18岁,BMI 18.5~30.0 kg/m^(2),ASAⅠ—Ⅲ级。于麻醉诱导后20 min(T_(1))、CPB结束后30 min(T_(2))经食管超声心动图(TEE)测量左肾动脉收缩期峰值流速(PSV)及舒张末期流速(EDV),计算出左肾动脉RI=(PSV-EDV)÷PSV。采用改善全球肾脏病预后组织(KDIGO)诊断标准判断AKI发生情况,根据术后是否发生AKI将患者分为两组:AKI组和非AKI组。采用多因素Logistic回归分析心脏手术后AKI的危险因素。结果共有16例(36%)发生AKI。与非AKI组比较,AKI组CPB时间及主动脉阻断时间明显延长(P0.720可作为心脏手术后AKI的预测指标。

We report a clock transition spectrum approach, which is used to calibrate the zero-crossing temperature and frequency drift of an ultralow expansion（ULE） cavity with a Hertz level resolution. With this approach, the linear and nonlinear drifts of the ULE cavity along a variety of controlled temperatures are clearly presented. When the controlled temperature of ULE cavity is tuned away from the zero-crossing temperature of the ULE cavity, the cavity shows larger and larger nonlinear drift. According to our theoretical analysis and experimental results, we investigate more details of the drift property of the ULE cavity around the zero-crossing temperature, which has seldom been explored before. We can definitely conclude that the zero-crossing temperature of our ULE cavity used in an ytterbium（Yb） lattice clock is around 31.7℃.

目的探讨沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗维持性血液透析合并慢性心力衰竭患者的有效性和安全性。方法选取在陕西省第二人民医院血液净化中心行维持性血液透析且合并慢性心力衰竭的21例患者为研究对象,均给予沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗12周。比较治疗前、后的生命体征、生化指标、心功能指标、生活质量及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,维持性血液透析合并慢性心力衰竭患者的收缩压、舒张压、纽约心脏病学会(NYHA)分级Ⅲ级占比、N末端B型脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)水平低于治疗前,左室射血分数(LVEF)高于治疗前,左室舒张末期内径(LVDD)、左室收缩末期内径(LVDS)小于治疗前(P<0.05)。治疗后,维持性血液透析合并慢性心力衰竭患者的躯体健康、精神健康评分高于治疗前(P<0.001)。结论沙库巴曲缬沙坦有利于改善维持性血液透析合并慢性心力衰竭患者的心功能及生活质量。
