QAR Data Imputation Using Generative Adversarial Network with Self-Attention Mechanism

Quick Access Recorder(QAR),an important device for storing data from various flight parameters,contains a large amount of valuable data and comprehensively records the real state of the airline ***,the recorded data have certain missing values due to factors,such as weather and equipment *** missing values seriously affect the analysis of QAR data by aeronautical engineers,such as airline flight scenario reproduction and airline flight safety status ***,imputing missing values in the QAR data,which can further guarantee the flight safety of airlines,is *** data also have multivariate,multiprocess,and temporal ***,we innovatively propose the imputation models A-AEGAN("A"denotes attention mechanism,"AE"denotes autoencoder,and"GAN"denotes generative adversarial network)and SA-AEGAN("SA"denotes self-attentive mechanism)for missing values of QAR data,which can be effectively applied to QAR ***,we apply an innovative generative adversarial network to impute missing values from QAR *** improved gated recurrent unit is then introduced as the neural unit of GAN,which can successfully capture the temporal relationships in QAR *** addition,we modify the basic structure of GAN by using an autoencoder as the generator and a recurrent neural network as the *** missing values in the QAR data are imputed by using the adversarial relationship between generator and *** introduce an attention mechanism in the autoencoder to further improve the capability of the proposed model to capture the features of QAR *** mechanisms can maintain the correlation among QAR data and improve the capability of the model to impute missing ***,we improve the proposed model by integrating a self-attention mechanism to further capture the relationship between different parameters within the QAR *** results on real datasets demonstrate that the model can rea

The Gibberellic Acid-stimulated Arabidopsis(GASA)gene family is involved in the regulation of gene expression and plant growth,development,and stress *** investigate the function of loquat GASA genes in the growth and developmental regulation of plants,a loquat EjGASA6 gene homologous to Arabidopsis AtGASA6 was ***6 expression was induced by gibberellin,and ectopic transgenic plants containing this gene exhibited earlier bloom and longer primary roots since these phenotypic characteristics are related to higher gibberellin *** analysis and qRT-PCR results showed that the expression levels of GA3ox1 and GA20ox1,which encode key enzymes in gibberellin biosynthesis,were significantly ***,we confirmed that EjGASA6 could promote the expression of GA20ox1 via the luciferase reporter ***,our results suggest that EjGASA6 promotes blooming and main-root elongation by positively regulating gibberellin *** findings broaden our understanding of the role of GASAs in plant development and growth,and lay the groundwork for future research into the functions of EjGASA6 in regulating loquat growth and development.

In this paper,minimum-fuel rendezvous is investigated for the case in which the reference orbit is highly *** this end,the well-known Tschauner-Hempel equations are used to describe the relative motions between rendezvous spacecraft and the ***’s primer vector theory is then applied on this linear but time-varying *** analytical solution of the required primer vector for this problem is then derived by using a recently developed *** the existing non-optimal solutions which don’t satisfy the conditions,the methods are further designed to improve the performance by shifting impulses or adding a new ***,two algorithms are developed for free-impulse time-fixed rendezvous *** first algorithm can determine the globally optimal trajectory with the optimal number of *** second one enables for fast trajectory *** proposed algorithms have been successfully applied to coplanar and three-dimensional rendezvous problems in which the target is flying on highly elliptical orbits.

Vanadium nitride（VN） has received significant attention as a potential negative electrode material due to its remarkable theoretical and physical ***,the electrochemical performance needs to be improved due to its low specific surface area and the issue of being easily dissolved in *** have shown that the composite structure of carbon-coated nano sc ale VN particles could significantly increase the specific surface area of VN,and more importantly,and the carbon matrix can effectively restrain the dissolution of VN particles in the electrolyte,thereby improving its chemical and electrochemical performance,including specific capacity and cycling ***,VN quantum dots are synthesized and protected by uniformly coating the carbon skeleton on its surface via an in situ strategy of oxidation initiation,which initiates dopamine polymerization,forming a crystalline complex of polydopamine and *** heat treatment,the product is a composite material with VN quantum dots embedded in the amorphous carbon *** resulting smallsized and crosslinked carbon particles formed a graded pore structure,more reasonable channels provided for electrolyte ions transport *** the composite material was used as the negative electrode material for supercapacitors,it exhibits the specific capacity of 391.9 F·g-1at a current density of 0.5 A·g-1and excellent capacity retention rate of 83.6% after *** synthesis method of this quantum dot could be applied to other metal compounds and has potential applications in catalysis,environmental protection,and other fields.

Each species within the order Thysanoptera has a distinct mitochondrial gene order displaying a high level of gene rearrangement,particularly massive in *** understand the evolutionary patterns of rearrangement in this family,we sequenced the complete mitochondrial genome of Psephenothrips eriobotryae,a notable potential pest of loquat *** mitogenome is a circular DNA molecule(15,413 bp in size)composed of 37 genes:13 PCGs,22 tRNAs,two rRNAs,and two putative control regions(CRs).By comparing with the ancestral mitogenome of arthropods,*** exhibits notable gene rearrangement ***,it shares four conserved gene blocks with three closely related species in *** the phylogenetic tree,*** was clustered with these three leaffeeding Phlaeothripinae *** presence of more similar conserved gene blocks probably indicates a strong correlation between gene rearrangements and the phylogeny within ***,the mitogenome of *** shows some characteristics:(a)two putative CRs in which CR2 is the copy of partial CR1 with 99.62%sequence similarity,and CR1 consists of two 237 bp repeat unites;(b)high A+T content of 82.6%in overall base composition;(c)trn S1 lacking a complete dihydrouridine(DHU)arm;(d)the protein coding gene,atp8 started with TTG instead of the more common ATN,while nad3 terminated by TAG rather than TAA;(e)translocations and inversions observed in fifteen of the 37 genes.

Non-uniform linear array(NULA)configurations are well renowned due to their structural ability for providing increased degrees of freedom(DOF)and wider array aperture than uniform linear arrays(ULAs).These characteristics play a significant role in improving the direction-of-arrival(DOA)estimation ***,most of the existing NULA geometries are primarily applicable to circular sources(CSs),while they limitedly improve the DOF and continuous virtual aperture for noncircular sources(NCSs).Toward this purpose,we present a triaddisplaced ULAs(Tdis-ULAs)configuration for *** TdisULAs structure generally consists of three ULAs,which are appropriately *** proposed antenna array approach fully exploits the non-circular characteristics of the *** the same number of elements,the Tdis-ULAs design achieves more DOF and larger hole-free co-array aperture than its sparse array ***,the number of uniform DOF,optimal distribution of elements among the ULAs,and precise element positions are uniquely determined by the closed-form ***,the proposed array also produces a filled resulting *** simulations are conducted to show the performance advantages of the proposed Tdis-ULAs configuration over its counterpart designs.

The development of infrared(IR)surveillance technology has led to a growing interest in thermal ***,the trade-off relationship between low IR-emissivity and thermal insulation hinders the advance of thermal camouflage ***,guided by multi-physics simulation,we show a design of asymmetric aramid nanofibers/MXene(ANF/MXene)aerogel film that realizes high-efficient thermal camouflage *** rationale is that the asymmetric structure contains a thermal-insulation three-dimensional(3D)network part to prevent effective heat transfer and a low IR-emissivity(~0.3)dense surface layer to suppress radiative heat *** is remarkable that the synergy mechanism in the topology structure contributes to over 40%reduction of target radiation ***,the tailored asymmetric ANF/MXene aerogel film also enables sound mechanical properties such as a Young’s modulus of 44.4 MPa and a tensile strength of 1.3 MPa,superior to most aerogel *** also exhibits great Joule heating performances including low driving voltage(4 V),fast thermal response(further enabling its versatile thermal camouflage *** work offers an innovative design concept to configure multifunctional structures for next-generation thermal management applications.
