The exploration of exotic shapes and properties of atomic nuclei,e.g.,αcluster and toroidal shape,is a fascinating field in nuclear *** study the decay of these nuclei,a novel detector aimed at detecting multipleα-particle events was designed and *** detector comprises two layers of double-sided silicon strip detectors(DSSD)and a cesium iodide scintillator array coupled with silicon photomultipliers array as light sensors,which has the advantages of their small size,fast response,and large dynamic *** coupled with cesium iodide crystal arrays are used to distinguish multipleα*** detector array has a compact and integrated design that can be adapted to different experimental *** detector array was simulated using Geant4,and the excitation energy spectra of someα-clustering nuclei were reconstructed to demonstrate the *** simulation results show that the detector array has excellent angular and energy resolutions,enabling effective reconstruction of the nuclear excited state by multipleαparticle *** detector offers a new and powerful tool for nuclear physics experiments and has the potential to discover interesting physical phenomena related to exotic nuclear structures and their decay mechanisms.

With the emergence of pre-trained models,current neural networks are able to give task performance that is comparable to ***,we know little about the fundamental working mechanism of pre-trained models in which we do not know how they approach such performance and how the task is solved by the *** example,given a task,human learns from easy to hard,whereas the model learns ***,difficulty-insensitive learning leads to great success in natural language processing(NLP),but little attention has been paid to the effect of text difficulty in *** propose a human learning matching index(HLM Index)to investigate the effect of text *** results show:1)LSTM gives more human-like learning behavior than ***,UID-SuperLinear gives the best evaluation of text difficulty among four text difficulty *** nine tasks,some tasks’performance is related to text difficulty,whereas others are not.2)Model trained on easy data performs best in both easy and medium test data,whereas trained on hard data only performs well on hard test data.3)Train the model from easy to hard,leading to quicker convergence.

Objective Keshan disease(KD)is a myocardial mitochondrial disease closely related to insufficient selenium(Se)and protein *** induced putative kinase 1(PINK1)/Parkin mediated mitochondrial autophagy regulates various physiological and pathological processes in the *** study aimed to elucidate the relationship between PINK1/Parkin-regulated mitochondrial autophagy and KD-related myocardial *** A low Se and low protein animal model was *** hundred Wistar rats were randomly divided into 5 groups(control group,low Se group,low protein group,low Se+low protein group,and corn from KD area group).The JC-1 method was used to detect the mitochondrial membrane potential(MMP).ELISA was used to detect serum creatine kinase MB(CK-MB),cardiac troponin I(cTnI),and mitochondrial-glutamicoxalacetic transaminase(M-GOT)***-PCR and Western blot analysis were used to detect the expression of PINK1,Parkin,sequestome 1(P62),and microtubule-associated proteins1A/1B light chain 3B(MAP1LC3B).Results The MMP was significantly decreased and the activity of CK-MB,cTnI,and M-GOT significantly increased in each experimental group(low Se group,low protein group,low Se+low protein group and corn from KD area group)compared with the control group(P<0.05 for all).The mRNA and protein expression levels of PINK1,Parkin and MAP1LC3B were profoundly increased,and those of P62 markedly decreased in the experimental groups compared with the control group(P<0.05 for all).Conclusion Low Se and low protein levels exacerbate myocardial damage in KD by affecting the PINK1/Parkin-mediated mitochondrial autophagy pathway.

p38 Signaling Mediates Naringin-Induced Osteogenic Differentiation of Porcine Metanephric Mesenchymal Cells

Objective:To explore the potential of metanephric mesenchymal cells(MMCs)for osteogenesis and naringin’s ability to enhance this process and its molecular ***:Porcine MMCs at 70 days of gestation were used as tool cells,cultured in osteogenic induction medium,identified by immunocytochemistry *** potential of porcine MMCs and naringin’s ability to enhance this process was tested by detecting changes in cell viability,alkaline phosphatase(ALP)activity,the expression of runt-related transcription factor 2(Runx2),osteopontin(OPN)and osteocalcin(OCN),and the formation of mineralized nodules,and the application of the p38 signaling pathway inhibitor SB203580 vitiated the osteogenesis-promoting effect of ***:Immunocytochemical staining showed that the cells were Vimentin and Six2(+),E-cadherin and CK-18(−).Naringin can activate the p38 signaling pathway to enhance the osteogenesis of porcine MMCs by increasing cell viability,ALP activity,the expressions of Runx2,OPN and OCN,and the formation of mineralized nodules(Pbone,enhances the osteogenic differentiation of renal MMCs through the p38 signaling pathway.

Mosquitoes are of great medical significance as vectors of many deadly *** have been widely used in phylogenetic studies,but mitogenome knowledge within the family Culicidae is limited,and Culicidae phylogeny is far from *** this study,we surveyed the mitogenomes of 149 Culicidae species,including 7 newly sequenced *** analysis of 149 mosquito mitogenomes shows gene composition and order to be identical to that of an ancestral insect,and the AT bias,length variation,and codon usage are all consistent with that of other reported Dipteran *** analyses based on the DNA sequences of the 13 protein-coding genes from the 149 species robustly support the monophyly of the subfamily Anophelinae and the tribes Aedini,Culicini,Mansonini,Sabethini,and *** resolve ambiguous relationships between clades within the subfamily Culicinae,we performed topological tests and show that Aedini is a sister to Culicini and that Uranotaenini is a sister to(Mansonini)+(Toxorhynchitini+Sabethini).In addition,we estimated divergence times using a Bayesian relaxation clock based on the sequence data and 3 fossil calibration *** results show mosquitoes diverged during the Early Jurassic with massive Culicinae radiations during the Cretaceous,coincident with the emergence of angiosperms and the burst of mammals and ***,this study,which uses the largest number of Culicidae mitogenomes sequenced to date,comprehensively reveals the mitogenome characteristics and mitogenome-based phylogeny and divergence times of Culicidae,providing information for further studies on the mitogenome,phylogeny,evolution,and taxonomic revision of Culicidae.

Geodynamic mechanism responsible for the generation of Silurian granitoids and the tectonic evolution of the Qilian orogenic belt remains controversial. In this study, we report the results of zircon U–Pb age, and systematic whole-rock geochemical data for the Haoquangou and Liujiaxia granitoids within the North Qilian orogenic belt and the Qilian Block, respectively, to constrain their petrogenesis, and the Silurian tectonic evolution of the Qilian orogenic belt. Zircon U–Pb ages indicate that the Haoquangou and Liujiaxia intrusions were emplaced at423 ± 3 Ma and 432 ± 4 Ma, respectively. The Haoquangou granodiorites are calc-alkaline, while the Liujiaxia granites belong to the high-K calc-alkaline *** are peraluminous in composition and have relatively depleted Nd isotopic [ε_(Nd)(t) =(-3.9 – + 0.6)] characteristics compared with regional basement rocks, implying their derivation from a juvenile lower crust. They show adakitic geochemical characteristics and were generated by partial melting of thickened lower continental crust. Postcollisional extensional regime related to lithospheric delamination was the most likely geodynamic mechanism for the generation of the Haoquangou granodiorite, while the Liujiaxia granites were generated in a compressive setting during continental collision between the Qaidam and Qilian blocks.

“单数人称代词+一个NP”负面事理立场表达是指说话人根据百科知识、规约性认知,认为具有某种身份特征的人与某些行为、情状等匹配关系不具有合理性,并且对这种不合理性感到不认可、不满甚至气愤时表达的立场。“单数人称代词+一个NP”负面事理立场表达在语境中表现出具有回应位置偏好和回应语境偏好。在话语功能方面,其负面事理立场功能在语境中有四种表现:“质疑”“反驳”“指责”“拒绝”。“质疑”是典型表现,反映出“单数人称代词+一个NP”负面事理立场表达的主要目的通常并不是改正对方的言行或观点,而是宣泄否定性情感。四种表现具有语境偏好。在交际动因方面,四种表现的差异性源于会话参与者平等关系中亲近关系的限定,说话人选用“单数人称代词+一个NP”表达负面事理立场源于交际的明示性。

Mitochondriopathy inspired adenosine triphosphate(ATP) depletions have been recognized as a powerful way for controlling tumor growth. Nevertheless, selective sequestration or exhaustion of ATP under complex biological environments remains a prodigious challenge. Harnessing the advantages of in vivo self-assembled nanomaterials, we designed an Intracellular ATP Sequestration(IAS) system to specifically construct nanofibrous nanostructures on the surface of tumor nuclei with exposed ATP binding sites,leading to highly efficient suppression of bladder cancer by induction of mitochondriopathy-like ***, the reported transformable nucleopeptide(NLS-FF-T) self-assembled into nuclear-targeted nanoparticles with ATP binding sites encapsulated inside under aqueous conditions. By interaction with KPNA2, the NLS-FF-T transformed into a nanofibrous-based ATP trapper on the surface of tumor nuclei,which prevented the production of intracellular energy. As a result, multiple bladder tumor cell lines(T24,EJ and RT-112) revealed that the half-maximal inhibitory concentration(IC50) of NLS-FF-T was reduced by approximately 4-fold when compared to NLS-T. Following intravenous administration, NLS-FF-T was found to be dose-dependently accumulated at the tumor site of T24 xenograft mice. More significantly, this IAS system exhibited an extremely antitumor efficacy according to the deterioration of T24 tumors and simultaneously prolonged the overall survival of T24 orthotopic xenograft mice. Together, our findings clearly demonstrated the therapeutic advantages of intracellular ATP sequestration-induced mitochondriopathy-like damages, which provides a potential treatment strategy for malignancies.

The rapid acceleration of global warming has led to an increased burden of high temperature-related diseases(HTDs),highlighting the need for advanced evidence-based management *** have developed a conceptual framework aimed at alleviating the global burden of HTDs,grounded in the One Health *** framework refines the impact pathway and establishes systematic data-driven models to inform the adoption of evidence-based decision-making,tailored to distinct *** collected extensive national-level data from authoritative public databases for the years 2010–*** burdens of five categories of disease causes–cardiovascular diseases,infectious respiratory diseases,injuries,metabolic diseases,and non-infectious respiratory diseases–were designated as intermediate outcome *** cumulative burden of these five categories,referred to as the total HTD burden,was the final outcome *** evaluated the predictive performance of eight models and subsequently introduced twelve intervention measures,allowing us to explore optimal decision-making strategies and assess their corresponding *** model selection results demonstrated the superior performance of the Graph Neural Network(GNN)model across various *** simulations driven by the GNN model,we identified a set of optimal intervention strategies for reducing disease burden,specifically tailored to the seven major regions:East Asia and Pacific,Europe and Central Asia,Latin America and the Caribbean,Middle East and North Africa,North America,South Asia,and Sub-Saharan *** mitigation and adaptation measures,acting upon our categories of Infrastructure&Community,Ecosystem Resilience,and Health System Capacity,exhibited particularly strong performance for various regions and *** out of twelve interventions were included in the optimal intervention package for each region,including raising low-carbon energy use,increasing energy intensity,improving
