Effects of nucleation sites and diffusivity enhancement of chromium on reverted transformation of AISI 304 stainless steel during annealing process were investigated.Dynamics calculation revealed that the reverted transformation of strain-inducedα’-martensite→γaustenite could were closely associated with active nucleation sites and diffusivity enhancement of chromium in nanocrystallineα’-martensite.The experimental data and the results were in accordance with 2-grain austenite/α’-martensite junctions calculated theoretically,which could result from high chromium diffusion rate in nanocrystallineα’-martensite.In addition,low temperature is not conducive to reversed transformation,while high temperature and long annealing time will lead to inhomogeneous grain size distribution.

Effect of relative humidity on the desulfurization performance of calcium-based desulfurizer

Low desulfurization efficiency impedes the wide application of dry desulfurization technology,which is a low-cost and simple process,and one significant solution is the development and manufacture of high-performance desulfurizers.In this study,firstly,a steam jet mill was used to digest quicklime;then,we utilized numerical simulation to study the flow field distribution and analyze the driving factors of quicklime digestion;and lastly,the desulfurization performance of the desulfurizer was evaluated under different relative humidities.The results show that the desulfurizer prepared via the steam jet mill had better apparent activity than traditional desulfurizers.Also,the entire jet flow field of the steam jet mill is in a supersonic and highly turbulent flow state,with high crushing intensity and good particle acceleration performance.Sufficient contact with the nascent surface maximizes the formation of slaked lime.The experiments demonstrated that the operating time with 100%desulfurization efficiency and the“break-through”time for the desulfurizer prepared via the steam jet mill is longer than that of traditional desulfurizers,and has significant advantages,especially at low flue gas relative humidity.Compared with traditional desulfurizers,the desulfurizer prepared via steam jet mill expands the range of acceptable flue gas temperature,and the failure temperature is 1.625 times that of traditional desulfurizers.This work breaks through the technical bottleneck of low dry desulfurization efficiency,which is an important step in pushing forward the application of dry desulfurization.

ObjectiveTo evaluate the benefit-risk of 3 commonly used Chinese medicine injections, Aidi Injection (ADI), Cinobufagin Injection (CINI) and Compound Kushen Injection (CKI), in the treatment of primary liver cancer (PLC), so as to provide a reference for clinical decision-making.MethodsRandomized controlled trials (RCTs) of ADI, CINI and CKI in the treatment of PLC published in the databases of China National Knowledge Infrastructure, Wanfang, China Science and Technology Journal Database, SinoMed, PubMed, Cochrane Library, and Web of Science were retrieved from January 2020 to October 2022. The data of benefit and risk indicators were combined to obtain the effect value. The multi-criteria decision analysis (MCDA) model was applied to build the decision tree. The benefit value, risk value and benefit risk value of the 3 injections in PLC treatment were calculated. Monte Carlo simulation was carried out to calculate the 95% confidence interval and probability of differences among the 3 injections, so as to optimize the evaluation results.ResultsA total of 71 RCTs were included. The benefit values of ADI, CINI and CKI combined with transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE) were 42, 38 and 36, respectively. The risk values were 42, 25 and 37, respectively. The benefit risk values were 42, 31 and 37, respectively. The benefit risk differences of ADI vs. CINI, ADI vs. CKI, and CKI vs. CINI were 11 (-0.86, 17.75), 5 (-5.01, 11.09), and 6 (-1.87, 12.63), respectively. The probability that ADI superior to CINI, ADI superior to CKI, and CKI superior to CINI was 96.26%, 77.27%, and 92.62%, respectively.ConclusionBased on the results of MCDA model, CINI combined with TACE has the greatest risk in the treatment of the PLC. Considering the efficacy and safety, the possible priority of the 3 Chinese medicine injections combined with TACE in the treatment of PLC is ADI, CKI and CINI.

To accommodate the tremendous increase of mobile data traffic,cache-enabled device-to-device(D2D)communication has been taken as a promising technique to release the heavy burden of cellular networks since popular contents can be pre-fetched at user devices and shared among subscribers.As a result,cellular traffic can be offloaded and an enhanced system performance can be attainable.However,due to the limited cache capacity of mobile devices and the heterogeneous preferences among different users,the requested contents are most likely not be proactively cached,inducing lower cache hit ratio.Recommendation system,on the other hand,is able to reshape users’request schema,mitigating the heterogeneity to some extent,and hence it can boost the gain of edge caching.In this paper,the cost minimization problem for the social-aware cache-enabled D2D networks with recommendation consideration is investigated,taking into account the constraints on the cache capacity budget and the total number of recommended files per user,in which the contents are sharing between the users that trust each other.The minimization problem is an integer non-convex and non-linear programming,which is in general NP-hard.Therewith,we propose a timeefficient joint recommendation and caching decision scheme.Extensive simulation results show that the proposed scheme converges quickly and significantly reduces the average cost when compared with various benchmark strategies.

陆地植被排放的异戊二烯是对流层臭氧及二次有机气溶胶的形成重要前体物之一。已有研究表明,当CO_2浓度超过一定水平时可能使得叶片气孔关闭,对叶片释放异戊二烯产生直接的抑制作用。而这一影响机制在目前大多数异戊二烯排放估算时并没有考虑在内,对其排放的估算仍存在很大的不确定性。本文基于GEOS-Chem及其耦合的MEGAN模式模拟了2006–2011年中国异戊二烯的排放变化。通过引入三种不同CO_2抑制作用参数化因子的模拟试验,定量评估了CO_2抑制作用对异戊二烯排放的影响及不确定性。结果表明:考虑CO_2抑制参数因子后,中国年平均异戊二烯的排放量平均减少了5.6%±2.3%。不同参数化方案对排放的抑制程度存在差异。CO_2对异戊二烯排放的影响将会改变其对气象条件变化的敏感性,从而影响空气质量。

Several ternary oxides CuCeZrO_(y)(CCZ)were synthesized by a facile grinding method followed by calcination at high temperatures,and used as catalysts for CO oxidation at low temperatures.The influences of calcination temperature(400-600℃)on the physicochemical properties of the assynthesized ternary oxides were investigated by thermogravimetric analysis/differential scanning calorimetry(TGA/DSC),X-ray diffraction(XRD),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),Raman,inductively coupled plasma-optical emission spectrometry(ICP-OES),N_(2) adsorption,H_(2)-temperature programmed reduction(H_(2)-TPR),and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)characterizations.The results show that the increase in calcination temperature from 400 to 500℃is conducive to the high dispersion of CuOx on catalyst surface and the incorporation of Cu species into the support to form the Cu-Ce-Zr-O solid solution.further raising of calcination temperature from 500 to 600℃,however,leads to the segregation of Cu species from the solid solution to aggregate on support surface and growth of highly dispersed CuOx nanoparticles.The highest catalytic activity is acquired over the CCZ calcined at 500℃,which can be ascribed to the largest contents of Cu+species and oxygen vacancies owing to the formation of the maximum amount of Cu-Ce-Zr-O solid solution.

Effect of annealing on properties of Al/steel composite plates prepared by surface oxidation treatment before cold roll bonding

Al/steel composite plate has a wide application prospect,but great differences in properties between Al and steel are observed.It is difficult to obtain high bonding strength by the traditional cold roll bonding process.Al/steel composite plate was thus prepared by cold roll bonding at a reduction rate of 60%after oxidation treatment on the surface to be composited on the steel side.The heat treatment of holding at 400℃ for 1 h and cooling with the furnace was then adopted.The bonding strength,microstructure,and properties of the Al/steel composite plate before and after annealing were analysed and compared through shear test,bending test,tensile test,and micro-characterization.Results show that the shear strengths of the interface before and after annealing are 100 and 80 MPa,respectively.Although the shear strength of the annealed Al/steel composite plate decreases,the bending and overall tensile properties of the composite plate are improved,showing better mechanical properties.

The high-temperature molten salt pump is the core equipment in a molten salt reactor that drives the flow of the molten salt coolant.Rotor stability is key to the continuous and reliable operation of the molten salt pump,and the liquid seal at the wear ring can affect the dynamic characteristics of the rotor system.When the molten salt pump is operated in the hightemperature molten salt medium,thermal deformation of the submerged parts inevitably occurs,changing clearance between the stator and rotor,affecting the leakage and dynamic characteristics of the seal.In this study,the seal leakage,seal dynamic characteristics,and rotor system dynamic characteristics are simulated and analyzed using finite element simulation software based on two cases of considering the effect of seal thermal deformation effect or not.The results show a significant difference in the leakage characteristics and dynamic characteristics of the seal obtained by considering the effect of seal thermal deformation and neglecting the effect of thermal deformation.The leakage flow rate decreases,and the first-order critical speed of the seal-bearing-rotor system decrease after considering the seal’s thermal deformation.
