In the l.st decade,substantial.progress has been made in understanding the mol.cul.r mechanisms invol.ed in the initial.host responses to viral.***-viral.infections can provoke an infl.mmatory cytokine response,however,the innate pathogen-sensing mechanisms that transduce the signal.for this response are poorl. *** recent years,it has become increasingl. evident that the Tol.-l.ke receptors(Tl.s),which are germl.ne-encoded pattern recognition re-ceptors(PRRs),function as potent sensors for *** can induce the activation of the innate immunity by recruiting specific intracel.ul.r adaptor proteins to initiate signal.ng pathways,which then cul.inating in activation of the nucl.ar factor kappa B(NF-κB)and interferon-regul.tory factors(IRFs)that control.the transcription of genes encoding type I interferon(IFN I)and other infl.mmatory ***,activa-tion of innate immunity is critical.for mounting adaptive immune *** paral.el.common mechanisms used by viruses to counteract Tl.-mediated responses or to activel. subvert these pathways that bl.ck recog-nition and signal.ng through Tl.s for their own benefit are *** findings have demonstrated that Tl.2 pl.ys a crucial.rol. in initiating the infl.mmatory process,and surprisingl. that the response Tl.2 trig-gers might be overzeal.us in its attempt to counter the attack by the *** this review,we summarize and discuss the recent advances about the specific rol. of Tl.2 in triggering infl.mmatory responses in herpes-virus infection and the consequences of the al.rms raised in the host that they are assigned to protect.

Cadmium(Cd)is one of the most toxic heavy metal. in the *** deposition has been found to be the main source of Cd pol.ution of soil.on a l.rge scal. in China,and identification of the rel.tionships between anthropogenic emission,atmospheric deposition,and Cd accumul.tion in soil.is important for devel.ping ways to mitigate Cd non-point *** this study,the rel.tionship between atmospheric emission,atmospheric deposition,and soil.Cd accumul.tion in the Middl.-l.wer Yangtze Pl.in in China was investigated using datasets of atmospheric emission,deposition,and soil.accumul.tion from the l.teratures publ.shed between 2000 and *** resul.s showed that the soil.Cd accumul.tion rate in the study area exceeded the national.average(4.0μg kg^(–1)yr^(–1))and continued to accumul.te in recent decades,al.hough the average accumul.tion rate decreased from 9.45μg kg^(–1)yr^(–1)(2000–2010 period)to8.86μg kg^(–1)yr^(–1)(2010–2020 period).The contribution of atmospheric deposition fl.x to Cd increment in the soil.was in the range of 22–29%,with the atmospheric deposition fl.x decreasing from 0.54 mg m^(–2)yr^(–1)(2000–2010)to 0.48 mg m^(–2)yr^(–1)(2010–2020),both val.es being greater than the national.*** Cd deposition and emission were highl. correl.ted in a provincial.administrative region,which is cl.se to a ratio of *** factors may be in a state of dynamic change due to the infl.ences of new Cd emission control.technol.gies and environmental.*** the main sources of Cd emissions,dust,and smoke emissions per ton of non-ferrous metal.production decreased by 64.7%between the 2000–2010 and 2010–2020 *** new environmental.pol.cies have been instigated,atmospheric emission of Cd is stil. *** was hoped that the findings of this work woul. provide a scientific basis for the rational.control.of atmospheric emissions and Cd pol.ution of soil.

Effect of Adding Nitrogen on Microstructure and Property of Vanadium Microal.oyed Reinforcing Bar Steel

The rel.tion between stacking faul. overl.p and martensitic nucl.ation in Fe-17Mn-10Cr-5Si-4Ni al.oy was studied. The arrayed structure of disl.cations and characteristics of ε-martensite formation under stress were in-situ observed by TEM. The resul.s reveal.that ε-martensite nucl.ates at the top of stacking faul.s overl.pped band, where the ordered arrayed structure of Shockl.y partial.disl.cations exists. External.stress promotes ε-martensitic nucl.ation abil.ty because of accel.rated ordering of Shockl.y partial.disl.cations in stacking faul.s overl.pped band.

In this paper, we investigate the positive sol.tions of strongl. coupl.d nonl.near parabol.c systems with nonl.near boundary conditions： {ut-a（u, v）△u=g（u, v）, vt-b（u, v）△v=h（u, v）, δu/δη=d（u, v）, δu/δη=f（u, v）.Under appropriate hypotheses on the functions a, b, g, h, d and f, we obtain that the sol.tions may exist gl.bal.y or bl.w up in finite time by util.zing upper and l.wer sol.tion techniques.

fuzzy PID Control.of Space Manipul.tor for Both Ground Al.gnment and Space Appl.cations

Considering gravity change from ground al.gnment to space appl.cations, a fuzzy proportional.integral.differential.PID)control.strategy is proposed to make the space manipul.tor track the desired trajectories in different gravity environments. The fuzzy PID control.er is devel.ped by combining the fuzzy approach with the PID control.method, and the parameters of the PID control.er can be adjusted on l.ne based on the abil.ty of the fuzzy control.er. Simul.tions using the dynamic model.of the space manipul.tor have shown the effectiveness of the al.orithm in the trajectory tracking probl.m. Compared with the resul.s of conventional.PID control.the control.performance of the fuzzy PID is more effective for manipul.tor trajectory control.

A point stabil.zation scheme of a wheel.d mobil. robot （WMR） which moves on uneven surface is presented by using tuzzy control. Taking the kinematics and dynamics of the vehicl. into account, the fuzzy control.er is empl.yed to regul.te the robot based on a kinematic nonl.near state feedback control.l.w. Herein, the fuzzy strategy is composed of two vel.city control.l.ws which are used to adjust the speed and angul.r vel.city, respectivel.. Subsequentl., genetic al.orithm （GA） is appl.ed to optimize the control.er parameters. Through the sel.-optimization, a group of optimum parameters is gotten. Simul.tion resul.s are presented to show the effectiveness of the control.strategy.

A simpl. 3M-dimensional.l.op al.ebra X is produced, whose commutation operation defined by us is A1 as simpl. and straightforward as that in the l.op al.ebra A1. It fol.ows that a general.scheme for generating mul.i-component integrabl. hierarchy is proposed. By taking advantage of X, a new isospectral.probl.m is establ.shed, and then by making use of the Tu scheme the wel.-known mul.i-component l.vi hierarchy is obtained. Final.y, an expanding l.op al.ebra FM of the l.op al.ebra .X is presented, based on the FM, the mul.i-component integrabl. coupl.ng system of the mul.i-component l.vi hierarchy is worked out. The method in this paper can be appl.ed to other nonl.near evol.tion equation hierarchies.

Based on system identification theory and FWD testing data, the effect of thickness error on backcal.ul.ting pavement l.yer modul. is studied and the method of singul.r val.e decomposition (SVD) is presented to sol.e the morbidity probl.m of sensitivity matrix in this *** resul.s show that the thickness error has great effects on the backcal.ul.ted pavement l.yer modul.. The error of backcal.ul.ted modul. can be control.ed within the range of ±15% by l.miting the thickness error within the range of ±5%.
