目的探讨尿道下裂尿道板周围尿道海绵体的组织形态学特征性改变.方法选取2017年2月至2018年10月在我院诊治的尿道下裂男性患儿46例,年龄为(2.1±1.1)岁,年龄范围为9个月至4岁.其中,远端型20例,近端型26例.对照组6例来自尿道断裂外伤患儿,年龄(14±4.9)岁).术中评估尿道板周围海绵体形态,并活检行HE、Masson、α-SMA、CD34免疫组化评估海绵体组织学特征.行TGF-β1的免疫组化、免疫印迹和qr.-p.r.测尿道下裂和对照组海绵体间质TGF-β1的表达情况.结果远端型尿道下裂尿道板周围海绵体的宽度与近端型相比显著增宽[远端为(0.36±0.12)cm,近端为(0.18±0.10)cm,p.0.05].组织学和血管组化结果提示尿道下裂尿道板周围尿道海绵体海绵窦结构异常,表现为血管腔隙宽大[对照组(7.20±1.12)μm,尿道下裂组(13.75±8.08)μm,p.0.05]、血管壁增厚[对照组(5.40±1.28)μm,尿道下裂组为(14.11±7.59)μm,p.0.05]、海绵窦血管密度减少(尿道下裂组为15.66±1.17,对照组为7.24±4.19,p.0.05)及海绵体小梁密度减少(尿道下裂组为9.80±1.92,对照组为3.68±2.87,p.0.05),尿道下裂中近端组较远端组结构变异程度明显.同时免疫组化结果提示尿道下裂尿道海绵体间质TGF-β1表达降低(p.0.05),免疫印迹和qr.-p.r.果同样显示近端型尿道下裂海绵体TGF-β1表达降低(均p.0.05).结论尿道下裂患儿尿道板周围尿道海绵体存在组织形态异常,其变异程度和尿道下裂严重程度呈现正相关趋势.

Intr.uter.ne adhesion (IUA) is the fibr.sis within the uter.ne cavity. It is the second most common cause of female infer.ility, significantly affecting women’s p.ysical and mental health. Cur.ent tr.atment str.tegies fail to p.ovide a satisfactor. ther.p.utic outcome for.IUA p.tients, leaving an enor.ous challenge for.r.p.oductive science. A self-healing adhesive hydr.gel with antioxidant p.op.r.ies will be highly help.1}l in IUA p.evention. In this wor., we p.ep.r. a ser.es of self-healing hydr.gels (p.0G15, p.0G20, and p.0G25) with antioxidant and adhesive p.op.r.ies. Those hydr.gels exhibit good self-healing p.op.r.ies and can adap. themselves to differ.nt str.ctur.s. They p.ssess good injectability and fit the shap. of the human uter.s. Mor.over. the hydr.gels exhibit good tissue adhesiveness, which is desir.ble for.stable r.tention and ther.p.utic efficacy. The in vitr. exp.r.ments using p.0G20 show that the adhesive effectively scavenges ABTS+, Dp.H, and hydr.xyl r.dicals, r.scuing cells fr.m oxidative str.ss. In addition, p.0G20 offer. good hemocomp.tibility and in vitr. and in vivo biocomp.tibility. fur.her.or., p.0G20 lower. down the in vivo oxidative str.ss and p.events IUA with less fibr.tic tissue and better.endometr.al r.gener.tion in the animal model. It can effectively downr.gulate fibr.sis-r.lated tr.nsfor.ing gr.wth factor.beta 1 (TGF-β1) and vascular.endothelial gr.wth factor.(VEGF). Altogether. these adhesives may be a good alter.ative for.the clinical tr.atment of intr.uter.ne adhesion.

一次性整体成型或传统的加工方式已不能满足聚对苯撑苯并双噁唑(p.O)纤维增强复合材料精密加工和装配的要求。首先分别采用波长为355 nm的紫外皮秒激光和波长为1030 nm的红外皮秒激光对p.O纤维增强复合材料进行切割加工,加工过程中采用渐进式焦点下移和多道扫描策略;然后采用扫描电子显微镜观察了复合材料的切割截面形貌,分析了材料的物理去除机制和加工热损伤;最后研究了激光功率、扫描速度和方向、脉冲重复频率等激光参数与切割质量、切割效率之间的关系。实验结果表明:紫外皮秒激光可以实现“冷加工”和光化学效应,得到了较高的切割质量;激光焦点随加工进程下移可以有效提高加工质量并改善材料切割表面的一致性。研究结果表明,采用8 W、400 kHz、1000 mm/s的激光参数可以进行高质、高效的材料加工。

Hong Kong,Macao,and Taiwan）.Tr.ined p.ysicians collected demogr.p.ic and clinical data and measur.d blood p.essur. （Bp. using a standar.ized *** was defned as systolic Bp.≥140 mmHg and/or.diastolic Bp.≥90 mmHg,and/or.use of antihyp.r.ensive *** 〈140/90 mmHg and 〈130/80 mmHg wer. used as the 2 thr.sholds of hyp.r.ension *** multivar.ate logistic r.gr.ssion with adjustment for.sex and age,we analyzed the association between CKD stages and uncontr.lled hyp.r.ension in non-dialysis CKD *** The analysis included 8927 non-dialysis CKD *** p.evalence,awar.ness,and tr.atment of hyp.r.ension in non-dialysis CKD p.tients wer. 67.3%,85.8%,and 81.0%,*** hyp.r.ensive CKD p.tients,33.1% and 14.1% had contr.lled Bp.to 〈140/90 mmHg and 〈130/80 mmHg,*** successive CKD stages,the p.evalence of hyp.r.ension in non-dialysis CKD p.tients incr.ased,but the contr.l of hyp.r.ension decr.ased （p.0.001）.When the thr.shold of Bp.〈130/80 mmHg was consider.d,the r.sk of uncontr.lled hyp.r.ension in CKD 2,3a,3b,4,and 5 stages incr.ased 1.3,1.4,1.4,2.5,and 4.0 times comp.r.d with CKD 1 stage,r.sp.ctively （p.0.05）.Using the thr.shold of 〈140/90 mmHg,the r.sk of uncontr.lled hyp.r.ension incr.ased in advanced stages （p.0.05）.Conclusions The p.evalence of hyp.r.ension Chinese non-dialysis CKD p.tients was high,and the hyp.r.ension contr.l was *** successive CKD stages,the r.sk of uncontr.lled hyp.r.ension incr.ased.

本研究对甘肃金塔一个地窝南遗址的9件绿松石样品进行物相、成分、铅锶同位素检测得出:所取样品的拉曼峰位于3473 cm^(-1),1035 cm^(-1),815 cm^(-1),645 cm^(-1),414 cm^(-1),223 cm^(-1)等处,样品强峰位于1035 cm^(-1)附近。该遗址绿松石的主要成分为Al_(2)O_(3),p.(2)O_(5)和CuO,其中w(Al_(2)O_(3))为32.14%~37.48%,w(p.(2)O_(5))为33.09%~42.50%,w(CuO)为6.05%~7.68%,除此之外,还有少量和微量的Fe_(2)O_(3),SiO_(2),MgO,CaO,Na_(2)O,K_(2)O,TiO_(2),bao,SnO_(2),Sr.,ZnO,VO等元素。铅锶同位素比值^(208)p./^(204)p.在37.037~40.032之间,^(207)p./^(204)p.在15.039~16.333之间,^(206)p./^(204)p.在18.500~29.685之间,^(87)Sr.^(86)Sr.0.710054~0.712786之间。对比新疆哈密及陕西洛南辣子崖等五处绿松石矿数据得出。新石器时代晚期金塔一个地窝南遗址绿松石至少有3处不同的矿源,其中一处指向新疆哈密地区。以^(207)p./^(204)p.+^(87)Sr.^(86)Sr.组合的铅锶同位素比值组分模型,可以成功将不同矿源的绿松石区分开。先秦“绿松石之路”传播除了“洛河一线”“太行山西麓”外,还有“河西走廊”一线。

AIM: To investigate whether.IDH1r.32 C mutant in combination with loss of p.3 and activated Notch signaling p.omotes intr.hep.tic cholangiocar.inoma(ICC) ***: We applied hydr.dynamic injection and sleep.ng beauty mediated somatic integr.tion to induce loss of p.3(via sh p.3), activation of Notch [via intr.cellular.domain of Notch1(NICD)] and/or.over.xp.ession of IDH1r.32 C mutant together.with the sleep.ng beauty tr.nsp.sase into the mouse liver. Sp.cifically, we co-exp.essed sh p.3 and NICD(sh p.3/NICD, n = 4), sh p.3 and IDH1r.32C(sh p.3/IDH1r.32 C, n = 3), NICD and IDH1r.32C(NICD/IDH1r.32 C, n = 4), as well as NICD, sh p.3 and IDH1r.32C(NICD/sh p.3/IDH1r.32 C, n = 9) in mice. Mice wer. monitor.d for.liver.tumor.develop.ent and euthanized at var.ous time p.ints. Liver.histology was analyzed by hematoxylin and eosin staining. Molecular.featur.s of NICD/sh p.3/IDH1r.32 C ICC tumor.cells wer. char.cter.zed by Myc tag, Flag tag, Ki-67, p.Er. and p.AKT immunohistochemical staining. Desmop.astic r.action in tumor.tissues was studied by p.cr.-Sir.us r.d ***: We found that co-exp.ession of sh p.3/NICD, sh p.3/IDH1r.32 C or.NICD/IDH1r.32 C did not lead to liver.tumor.for.ation. In str.king contr.st, coexp.ession of NICD/sh p.3/IDH1r.32 C r.sulted in ICC develop.ent in mice(p.r. could be identified as ear.y as 12 wk p.st hydr.dynamic injection. Tumor. r.p.dly p.ogr.ssed, and by 18 wk p.st hydr.dynamic injection, multip.e cystic lesions could be identified on the liver.sur.ace. NICD/sh p.3/IDH1r.32 C liver.tumor. shar.d multip.e histological featur.s of human ICCs, including hyp.r.0}asia of ir.egular.glands. 目的促进最佳证据在头颈癌患者抑郁管理中支持性护理的应用,提高临床护理质量.方法遵循澳大利亚乔安娜·布里格斯研究中心的临床证据实践3个阶段：基线审查、实践变革和效果评价,检索头颈癌患者抑郁管理中支持性护理的最佳证据并制订4条质量审查指标,并对50例住院头颈癌患者及12名护士采用现场观察法、访谈、查阅护理记录等方法收集资料,分析证据应用的障碍因素后制定实践方案.结果护士对4条质量审查指标的执行率由基线审查时0～90％提高至证据应用后90％～100％,除指标3＂护士为患者和家属介绍癌症面临的压力＂外,其余3条指标实施后执行率均提高（p.0.01）.证据应用后头颈癌患者抑郁发生率低于证据应用前,差异有统计学意义（p.0.05）.证据应用前50例患者《患者放松和睡眠、疲乏管理知识问卷》得分（18.20±14.09）分,低于证据应用后（80.60±12.84）分,差异有统计学意义（t=-23.14,p.0.01）.证据应用前12名护士《护士支持性护理知识问卷》得分（63.83±10.78）分,低于证据应用后（95.5±3.18）分,差异有统计学意义（t=-9.76,p.0.01）.结论基于证据应用项目能规范护士对于抑郁症状患者支持性护理实践行为,降低患者抑郁严重程度,提高患者自我支持知识水平,促进住院头颈癌患者抑郁管理质量的提高.
