The use of antimicrobial peptides(AMps)synthesized by bacteria(bacteriocins)is an alternative for combating multidrug resistant bacterial strains and their production by recombinant route is a viable option for their mass *** bacteriocin E-760 isolated from the genus Enterococcus *** been shown to possess inhibitory activity against Gram-negative and Gram-positive *** this study,the expression of a chimeric protein coding for E-760 in the nucleus of *** was evaluated,as well as,its antibacterial *** synthetic gene E-760S was inserted into the genome of *** using Agrobacterium tumefaciens.A transgenic line was identified in TAp medium with hygromycin and also by *** increment in the culture medium temperature of the transgenic strain at 35°C for 10 minutes,increased the production level of the recombinant protein from 0.14(Noninduced culture,NIC)to 0.36%(Induced culture,IC)of total soluble proteins(TSp);this was quantified by an ELISA *** E-760 possesses activity against Staphylococcus aureus in 0.34 U log,Streptococcus agalactiae in 0.48 U log,Enterococcus faecium in 0.36 U log,pseudomonas aeruginosa in 2 U log and for Klebsiella pneumoniae,the activity was 0.07 U *** results demonstrate that the nucleus transformation of *** can function as a stable expression platform for the production of the synthetic gene E-760 and it can potentially be used as an antibacterial agent.

An optical spectrometer is a basic spectral instrument that probes microscopic physical and chemical properties of macroscopic objects but generally suffers from difficulty in broadband time-resolved *** this work,we report the creation of ultrabroadband white-light laser with a 3-dB bandwidth covering 385 to 1,080 nm,pulse energy of 1.07 mJ,and pulse duration of several hundred femtoseconds by passing 3-mJ pulse energy,50-fs.pulse duration Ti:Sapphire pulse laser through a cascaded fused silica plate and chirped periodically poled lithium niobate *** utilize this unprecedented superflat,ultrabroadband,and intense femtosecond laser light source to build a single-shot(i.e.,single-pulse)subpicosecond pulse laser ultraviolet-visible-near-infrared spectrometer and successfully measure various atomic and molecular absorption *** single-shot ultrafast spectrometer may open up a frontier to monitor simultaneously the ultrafast dynamics of multiple physical and chemical processes in various microscopic systems.

The locally noncentrosymmetric heavy fermion superconductor CeRh2As2 has attracted considerable interests due to its rich superconducting phases,accompanied by possible quadrupole density wave and pronounced antiferromagnetic *** understand the underlying physics,here we report measurements from highresolution angle-resolved *** results reveal fine splittings of the conduction bands related to the locally noncentrosymmetric structure,as well as a quasi-two-dimensional Fermi surface(fs)with strong 4𝑓*** fs shows signs of nesting with an in-plane vector q1=(π/α,π/α),which is facilitated by the heavy bands nearˉ𝑋arising from the characteristic conduction-X *** fs nesting provides a natural explanation for the observed antiferromagnetic spin fluctuations at(π/α,π/α),which might be the driving force for its unconventional *** experimental results can be reasonably explained by density functional theory plus dynamical mean field theory calculations,which can capture the strong correlation *** study not only provides spectroscopic signature of the key factors underlying the field-induced superconducting transition,but also uncovers the critical role of fs nesting and lattice Kondo effect in the underlying magnetic fluctuations.

We conduct a statistical analysis of the hardness ratio(HR)for bright sources in the 4 yr Galactic plane Scanning Survey catalog of *** on the stable(variable)flux F_(s)(F_(v))or spectrum S_(s)(S_(v))of each source,the bright sources are classified into three groups:F_(v)&S_(v),F_(v)&S_(s),and F_(s)&_(s).Our study of the HR characteristics in different types of sources reveals that accretion-powered neutron star(NS)low-mass X-ray binaries(LMXBs)exhibit softer energy spectra than NS high-mass X-ray binaries(HMXBs),but harder energy spectra than black hole binaries in most *** difference is probably due to their different magnetic field ***,Fv&Sv LMXBs tend to be harder than Fv&Ss LMXBs below 7 keV,while the opposite is true for *** results suggest that LMXBs may dominate unclassified sources,and NS binaries are likely to be the primary type of X-ray binaries with ambiguous compact *** comparing the HR of transient sources in their outburst and low-flux states,it is found that the averaged HR of four sources in the two states are roughly comparable within *** also investigate the spatial properties of the three groups and find that Fv&Sv sources are mainly located in the longitude of-20°plane,and fs&Ss sources are predominantly concentrated in 19°patial distributions shows the absorption of soft X-rays(primarily below 2 keV)in the Galactic plane.

针对室内复杂场景中,图像语义分割存在的特征损失和双模态有效融合等问题,提出了一种基于编码器-解码器架构的融合注意力机制的轻量级语义分割网络.首先采用两个残差网络作为主干网络分别对RGB和深度图像进行特征提取,并在编码器中引入极化自注意力机制,然后设计引入双模态融合模块在不同阶段对RGB特征和深度特征进行有效融合,接着引入并行聚合金字塔池化以获取区域之间的依赖性.最后,采用3个不同尺寸的解码器将前面的多尺度特征图进行跳跃连接并融合解码,使分割结果含有更多的细节纹理.将本文提出的网络模型在NYUDv2数据集上进行训练和测试,并与一些较先进RGB-D语义分割网络对比,实验证明本文网络具有较好分割性能.
