Despite the stigma that is associated with law enforcement officers receiving mental health resources and treatment to combat secondary traumatic stress,it is widely the most effective form for recovery and having a fulfilling *** enforcement officers are superheroes and,they are known for saving the *** is why it is critical for mental health offerings to be normalized in law enforcement agencies and constant evaluation of the psychological and cognitive well-being of ***,the stress of the profession will not go away,but having resources and incentives to address several factors that officers face will assist with their overall feeling about the important work they *** such,it is recommended that law enforcement agencies adopt programs to treat secondary traumatic stress,such as Critical Incident Stress Debriefing,Peer-Support Program,and Crisis Intervention *** there is no perfect program,these programs are designed to reduce the risk of serious injury or death during an emergency interaction between citizens and law enforcement ***,it is the responsibility of those charged with protecting law enforcement officers to understand the stress and how it affects the mind and body of those officers in managing life,work,and citizens.

The complete quantitative essential amino acid(EAA)requirements of aquacultured animals are largely unknown except for a handful of *** is problematic because formulation of least-cost diets for target animals demands precise knowledge of EAA *** way of approximating EAA requirements is to use correlations between whole-body and/or muscle EAA profiles using essential to total EAA ratios(A/E ratios).This method requires a reference,quantified EAA requirement,usually lysine(Lys).To systematically evaluate the A/E ratio method,muscle AA profiles were measured in 10 species of teleost and whiteleg *** fish,Lys represented the dominant muscle EAA measured,ranging between 7.06 and 9.58 g/100 g protein,whereas,in shrimp,arginine(Arg)was quantified as the principal *** non-EAA,glutamate(glu)and glutamine were consistently the NEAA recorded at highest levels whereas,in shrimp,glu+gln was highest followed by aspartate(Asp)plus asparagine(Asn).Except for Arg,which was twice that of fish(Pg shrimp expressed similar muscle A/E *** of relationship between muscle EAA levels and known requirements were all strongly and positively correlated for non-salmonid *** using Lys as the reference EAA there were few semblances between measured and estimated EAA requirements.

Hydrogen-powered electric aircraft have attracted significant interests aiming to achieve decarbonization *** DC electric networks are facing great challenges in DC fault protection *** interrupters are widely used in low voltage and medium voltage power systems due to being environmentally friendly with low *** this paper a moving coil actuator with compensation coils for a vacuum interrupter,as part of a hybrid direct current circuit breaker,is designed and experimentally *** coils are used to improve operating speed compared with original moving coil *** between four possible connections of compensation coils and original moving coil actuator are carried *** results show comparisons between different connections of actuator coils in terms of opening time and coil current with a range of pre-charged capacitor *** performance of each actuator connection is also *** actuator with compensation coils is shown to have a higher current rising rate and achieve faster opening speed,which is a critical requirement for electric aircraft network *** parallel connection actuator achieves the highest opening speed within 3.5 ms with capacitor voltage of 50 V.

Compared with the extensively used ester‐based electrolyte,the hard carbon(HC)electrode is more compatible with the ether‐based counterpart in sodium‐ion batteries,which can lead to improved cycling stability and robust rate ***,the impact of salt anion on the electrochemical performance of HC electrodes has yet to be fully *** this study,the anionic chemistry in regulating the stability of electrolytes and the performance of sodium‐ion batteries have been systematically *** work shows discrepancies in the reductive stability of the anionic group,redox kinetics,and component/structure of solid electrolyte interface(SEI)with different salts(NaBF_(4),NaPF_(6),and NaSO_(3)CF_(3))in the typical ether solvent(diglyme).Particularly,the density functional theory calculation manifests the preferred decomposition of PF_(6)−due to the reduced reductive stability of anions in the solvation structure,thus leading to the formation of NaF‐rich *** investigation on redox kinetics reveals that the NaPF_(6)/diglyme can induce the fast ionic diffusion dynamic and low charge transfer barrier for HC electrode,thus resulting in superior sodium storage performance in terms of rate capability and cycling life,which outperforms those of NaBF_(4)/diglyme and NaSO_(3)CF_(3)/***,this work offers valuable insights for optimizing the electrochemical behaviors of electrode materials by regulating the anionic group in the electrolyte.
