Huanglongbing(HLB)is the most devastating disease for citrus *** Liberibacter asiaticus(c Las),vectored by Asian citrus psyllid(AcP,Diaphorina citri Kuwayama),is the most common pathogen causing the *** citrus varieties are highly susceptible to HLB,whereas trifoliate orange(Poncirus trifoliata)is considered highly tolerant to *** F1 segregating population and their parent trifoliate orange and sweet orange,which had been exposed to intense HLB pressure for three years,was evaluated for disease symptoms,AcP colonization,c Las titer and tree vigor repeatedly for two to three *** orange and sweet orange showed significant differences for most of the phenotypic traits,and the F1 population exhibited a large variation.A high-density SNP-based genetic map with 1402 markers was constructed for trifoliate orange,which exhibited high synteny and high coverage of its reference genome.A total of 26 quantitative trait locus(QTLs)were identified in four linkage groups LG-t6,LG-t7,LG-t8 and LG-t9,of which four QTL clusters exhibit a clear co-localization of QTLs associated with different *** genome-wide analysis of gene expression in response to c Las infection in‘Flying Dragon’and‘Larger-Flower DPI-50-7’trifoliate orange,85 differentially expressed genes were found located within the QTL *** them,seven genes were classified as defense or immunity protein which exhibited the highest transcriptional change after c Las *** results indicate a quantitative genetic nature of HLB tolerance and identified candidate genes that should be valuable for searching for genetic solutions to HLB through breeding or genetic engineering.

Mapping nerve deficits during a physical exam after trauma to the upper extremity can help determine not only if the brachial plexus was injured but also which nerve roots were involved. A 28-year-old male presented with simultaneous signs and symptoms of Erb's(c5) and Klumpke's(c8, T1) palsy, with sparing of the c6 and c7 roots. The patient presented several months ago to his local emergency room with shortness of breath, which was determined to be caused by left diaphragmatic paralysis through clinical and radiographical evidence. However, the etiology of the current nerve dysfunction in the upper extremity remained unknown. With persistent questioning and establishing the patient's trust in the caregivers, it was revealed that the patient had attempted suicidal hanging. We describe the clinical features and the likely mechanism of injury leading to this previously unreported combination of brachial plexus injuries. The unique injuries to this patient's brachial plexus can be explained by the sequence of events during the attempted suicidal hanging. The upper brachial plexus was injured during the initial moments where the neck was excessively stretched and the lower brachial plexus was injured due to the patient reaching up and holding himself by his arm for an extended period of time.

背景：肥胖患者金属对金属髋关节表面置换术疗效如何，目前尚不清楚。本研究通过比较体重指数≥30患者和体重指数〈30患者的临床疗效，评估体重指数对于金属对金属髋关节表面置换假体生存率的影响。方法：回顾性研究本院所有接受过金属对金属髋关节表面置换术并经两年以上随访的病例。根据患者手术时的体重指数，将这些患者分为研究组（体重指数≥30）、对照组（体重指数〈30）。研究组125例患者（144侧髋关节），平均体重104．6kg，平均体重指数33．4；对照组531例患者（626侧髋关节），平均体重7813kg，平均体重指数25．4。根据UcLA（University of califomiaat Los Angeles，加州大学洛杉矶分校）评分、harris髋关节评分、SF-12（ShortForm-12，生活质量12项问卷调查）、并发症发生率、影像学检查以及假体生存率比较两组临床疗效。结果：术后UcLA疼痛、行走评分以及SF-12问卷心理方面评分两组间无显著性差异。然而，研究组UcLA功能评分（9．2）低于对照组（9．6，p=0．001），活动能力评分（7．1）也低于对照组（7．6，p-0．002）。对照组SF-12术后身体方面评分（51．4）明显高于研究组（49．3，p=0．01），术后harris评分（93．8）也明显高于研究组（90．6，p=0．0003）。研究组2例髋关节（占1．4％）翻修。与之相比，对照组31例髋关节（5．0％）转换成全髋关节置换，其中20例由于股骨假体松动而翻修。研究组髋关节假体5年生存率为98．6％，对照组为93．6％（p=0．0401）。根据体重指数，将所有病例分为〈25、25-29、≥30三组，结果显示随着体重指数增加，相邻两组患者翻修风险减少两倍（p=0．013）。无一例患者发生髋臼假体松动。股骨假体平均直径，研究组为4813mm，对照组为46．8mm（p=0．0001）。27例体重指数≥35的患者，无一例翻修，亦未见X线片上假体周围有透明带改变。结论：尽管关节功能评分较体重指数〈30的患者为低，但金属对金属髋关节表面置换在高体重指数患者中效果满意。这种高体重指数对假体生存率的作用可能源于此类患者往往活动较少以及选用假体型号较大。

本文是在先期研究工作的基础上,利用从柑桔与枳属间杂种的基因组DNA所获得的类受体激酶(RLK)的候选抗病基因序列,重新设计引物,对柑桔抗溃疡病材料和感病材料开展以PcR扩增为基础的对比分析,其中一对引物‘19h16/DdeI’的扩增产物经限制性内切酶DdeI酶切,揭示了抗性材料(IchangPape-da,Meiwakumquat,MaruhikumquatandNagamikumquat)和感病材料(FlyingDragon,ValenciaorangeandPalestinesweetlime)之间的多态性差异,同时,在***的自交F1代和Palestinesweetlime×IchangPapeda的杂交F1代群体中也见明显的多态性差异;对这些F1代个体进行溃疡病病原[***(Xac)]接种作抗病性表型鉴定,结果表明,该分子标记‘19h16/DdeI’与柑桔溃疡病抗性密切相关;经纯化测序的结果进一步证明,抗性材料PcR扩增产物具有完全一致的序列和DdeI酶切位点,但感病材料缺少这一DdeI酶切位点;染色体步行(primerwalking)在BAc文库的对应单克隆中获得了一个完整的抗病基因序列,与以前获得的2个抗病基因序列‘17o6RLKP’和‘26m19RLKP’相比,‘19h16RLKP’也具有Xa21抗病基因蛋白的所有特征,包括含有一个信号肽、同样数目的亮氨酸重复序列、跨膜域和激酶域等。基于该序列的开放读码框,发展了特异性更强可靠性更高的另一分子标记,在今后的研究工作中具有较大的应用潜力。
