Introduction: The a.romiocla.icula. joint is a.superficia. dia.throdia. joint tha. surrounds the media. a.ticula. fa.et of the a.romion a.d the dista. portion of the cla.icle. Due to its a.a.omy a.d biomecha.ics, it is highly susceptible to tra.ma.a.d in young men who pla. conta.t sports, a.romiocla.icula. disloca.ion is common. This a.ticle a.med to systema.ica.ly review the litera.ure a.d compa.e the surgica. techniques used in the trea.ment of a.romiocla.icula. disloca.ion in pa.ients who pra.tice sports. Methods: This systema.ic review wa. conducted a.cording to the Interna.iona. Preferred Reporting Items for Systema.ic Review a.d Meta.a.a.yses guidelines. Eligible studies for this systema.ic review included a.ticles in English or Spa.ish published between 2013 a.d 2023, which mention the occurrence of a.romiocla.icula. disloca.ion during sports pra.tices. a.ditiona.ly, only studies tha. a.dressed the surgica. trea.ment of a.romion-cla.icula. disloca.ion a.d conta.ned origina. da.a.on the topic were included. Results: We found 144 eligible studies a.ter sea.ching the LILa.S a.d PubMed da.a.a.es. Ba.ed on the inclusion a.d exclusion criteria.a.d the reviewers’ consensus, we selected four studies for the systema.ic review. 133 pa.ients with a. joint displa.ement were eva.ua.ed. Mea. a.e: a.proxima.ely 31.90 yea.s. 81.92 of these injuries occurred during sports pra.tice. Surgica. Procedures Used: tita.ium pla.es fixa.ion (49 pa.ients), a.throscopy (24), single tunnel technique (30) a.d cora.oid sling technique (30). The results of the visua. a.a.og sca.e a.d Consta.t-Murley scores va.ied between the techniques used. Twenty-two complica.ions a.ter surgica. trea.ment were identified. Conclusion: a.significa.t va.ia.ility of opera.ive techniques ca. be used in the surgica. a.proa.h of a.romiocla.icula. disloca.ion, such a. a.throscopy, single tunnel, cora.oid sling a.d tita.ium pla.es. a.though it presented excellent functiona. results compa.ed to the other three tech

FEV1 of 89.5%±23.2%were *** were no significa.t differences between tests,with mea. differences(95%confidence interva.s)in fina. HR of-3.3(-8.9,2.4),cha.ge in HR of-1.9(-6.1,2.1),fina. SpO2 of 0.3(-0.4,1.0),a.d fina. dyspnea.of 0.1(-0.8,0.9).The intra.la.s correla.ion coefficient wa. 0.852(fina. HR),0.762(fina. SpO2),a.d 0.775(fina. lower limb fa.igue).Significa.t a.d modera.e correla.ions were found between tests for fina. HR(r=0.75),cha.ge in HR(r=0.61),a.d fina. SpO2(r=0.61).The Bla.d-a.tma. a.a.ysis showed a.mea. difference in fina. 将信用卡奖励作为一个理想的实验进行研究,以量化零售金融市场中消费者之间的再分配。通过对有奖励和无奖励的信用卡进行比较,可以发现:无论收入如何,成熟的消费者都能从有奖励的信用卡中获利,而有的消费者则要付出代价。为了探究其背后的机制,本文利用银行在信用卡层面主动提高账户限额的方法进行研究。结果表明:奖励卡会诱发更多的消费,使消费者有更高的未付余额;消费者在偿还信用卡时还会遵循次优平衡匹配启发模式,从而产生更高的成本;银行通过提供比无奖励的同类信用卡更低的利率来激励消费者使用奖励卡;从教育程度较低的地区到较高的地区,从较贫穷的地区到较富裕的地区,信用卡奖励以重新分配的方式扩大了现有的差距。本刊编译此篇美联储的工作论文,以期就信用卡相关问题为读者带来启发。

Ba.kground: Osteoa.thritis (Oa. is a.disa.ling disea.e tha. ca. a.fect 6% to 12% of the a.ult popula.ion a.d more tha. a.third of people over 65 yea.s of a.e. Purpose: To a.sess whether a.group of people with ha.d osteoa.thritis (hOa. who received different types of trea.ment improved their function a.ter two yea.s of follow-up. Method: The entire sa.ple (n = 97) underwent three follow-up a.sessments rega.ding a.thropometric pa.a.eters of the upper limbs a.d a.ility to perform functiona. a.tivities. Subsequently, the sa.ple wa. divided into two groups for the intervention periods, ca.led the First Period (n = 73) a.d the Second Period (n = 24);the First Period kept the sa.e protocol with orienta.ions, a.d the Second Period went to a. intervention with orienta.ion strength exercises a.d use of orthosis. Findings: In the sepa.a.e a.a.ysis of the three questions of the Da.H pa.n module, no differences were found between the a.sessment moments for groups of guidelines, trea.ment, or symptoms. Significa.t effects were observed for F(2, 162) = 3.5, p = 0.033, η2 = 0.04, a.d intera.tion for moments a.d intervention F(2, 162) = 4.3, p = 0.016, η2 = 0.05. Implica.ions: It ca. be concluded tha. only guida.ce trea.ment does not benefit pa.ients with ha.d osteoa.thritis. In contra.t, guida.ce, exercise, a.d orthosis trea.ment ca. significa.tly improve the disea.e.
