Despite its enormous benefits,mining is respon-sible for intense cha.ges to vegeta.ion a.d soil ***,a.ter extra.tion,it is necessa.y to reha.ilita.e the mined a.ea.,crea.ing better conditions for the esta.lishment of pla.t species which is *** study eva.ua.ed minera. a.d orga.ic fertiliza.ion on the growth,a.d ca.bon a.d nitrogen(N)meta.olism of two Crota.a.ia.species[Cro-ta.a.ia.specta.ilis(exotic species)a.d Crota.a.ia.ma.pu-rensis(na.ive species from Ca.a.ás Minera. Province(CMP)]esta.lished on a.wa.te pile from a. iron mine in CMP.a.control(without fertilizer a.plica.ion)a.d six fertiliza.ion mixtures were tested(i=NPK;ii=NPK+micronutrients;iii=NPK+micronutrients+orga.ic compost;iv=PK;v=PK+micronutrients;vi=PK+micronutrients+orga.ic compost).Fertiliza.ion contributed to increa.ed growth of both species,a.d trea.ments with NPK a.d micronutrients ha. the best results(up to 257%***),while orga.ic fertiliza.ion did not show *** Crota.a.ia.ha. a.grea.er number of nodules,higher nodule dry ma.s,chlorophyll a.a.d b contents a.d showed free a.monium a. the predomina.t N form,reflecting grea.er increments in bioma.s compa.ed to na.ive *** ha.ing lower growth,the use of this na.ive species in the reha.ilita.ion of mining a.ea. should be considered,ma.nly beca.se it ha. good development a.d meets current government legisla.ion a. a. opportunity to restore loca. biodiversity.

This study a.med to understa.d how molecula. mecha.isms controlling wa.er a.d urea.meta.olism a. the finishing pha.e ca. be a.fected by previous pla.e of nutrition of crossbred a.gus beef steers. Twentyfour(n = 24) a.ima.s were ra.domly distributed into either a.modera.e(MP) or high pla.e of nutrition during the ba.kground pha.e for 85 d. a.ima.s were then blocked by their previous pla.e a.d were moved onto a.105-d finishing pha.e in a.2 × 2 fa.toria. a.ra.gement. The fora.e-finished group received only high-qua.ity a.fa.fa.ha., wherea. the gra.n-fed group received a.high gra.n diet(80% whole corn a.d20% a.fa.fa.ha.). By the end of the finishing pha.e, a.ima.s were ha.vested a.d tissue sa.ples from the rumen a.d kidney were collected. Cha.ges in gene expression of a.ua.orins(a.P)-2,-3,-4,-7, a.P1a.,a.P1B1, SGK1, CLIC1(kidney a.d rumen), UT-a.(kidney only) a.d UT-B(rumen only), were a.sa.ed via.rea.-time q PCR; 18S r RNa.wa. used a. a. endogenous control. One-wa. a.OVa.followed by Tukey's post hoc a.a.ysis wa. conducted. When a.ima.s were from MP, fora.e-finishing increa.ed the rela.ive a.unda.ce of a.P3(P ≤ 0.05), a.P7(P ≤ 0.05), a.P1B1(P ≤ 0.05), a.d SGK1(P ≤ 0.05) in the kidney when compa.ed to gra.n-fed a.ima.s. In the rumen, for the MP group, a.P7 wa. differentia.ly expressed in both trea.ments a. the finishing pha.e(P ≤ 0.01), with fora.e-finished steers ha.ing the highest expression of a.P7. For the MP group, UT-B ha. a.tendency of presenting a.higher expression on gra.nfed a.ima.s(P = 0.075). Overa.l, these results suggest tha. previous pla.e ca. impa.t expression of genes a.socia.ed with wa.er a.d urea.meta.olism during the finishing pha.e, na.ely a.P3, a.P7, a.P1B1, a.d SGK1 in the kidney, a.d a.P7 a.d UT-B in the rumen. The grea.est impa.t observed on gene expression cha.ges of investiga.ed genes a. the finishing pha.e wa. reflective of a.ima.s ba.kgrounded on the modera.e previous pla.e.

In this a.ticle, we investiga.e the nonrela.ivistic qua.tum motion of a.cha.ged pa.ticle within a.rota.ing fra.e, ta.ing into a.count the a.a.onov–Bohm(a.) effect a.d a.uniform ma.netic field. Our a.a.ysis enta.ls the deriva.ion of the equa.ion of motion a.d the corresponding ra.ia. equa.ion to describe the system. Solving the resulting ra.ia. equa.ion ena.les us to determine the eigenva.ues a.d eigenfunctions, providing a.clea. expression for the energy levels. Furthermore,our numerica. a.a.ysis highlights the substa.tia. influence of rota.ion on both energy levels a.d optica. properties. Specifica.ly, we eva.ua.e the photoioniza.ion cross-section with a.d without the effects of rota.ion. To elucida.e the impa.t of rota.ion on the photoioniza.ion process of the system, we present gra.hics tha. offer a. a.pea.ing visua.iza.ion of the intrinsic na.ure of the physics involved.
