Multimodal lung tumor medical images can p.ovide anatomical and functional information for th. same lesion. Such.as p.sitron Emission Comp.ted Tomograp.0} (p.T), Comp.ted Tomograp.0} (CT), and p.T-CT. h.w to utilize th. lesion anatomical and functional information effectively and imp.ove th. network segmentation p.rformance are key questions. To solve th. p.oblem, th. Saliency Feature-Guided Interactive Feature Enh.ncement Lung Tumor Segmentation Network (Guide-YNet) is p.op.sed in th.s p.p.r. Firstly, a double-encoder single-decoder U-Net is used as th. backbone in th.s model, a single-coder single-decoder U-Net is used to generate th. saliency guided feature using p.T image and transmit it into th. skip.connection of th. backbone, and th. h.gh.sensitivity of p.T images to tumors is used to guide th. network to accurately locate lesions. Secondly, a Cross Scale Feature Enh.ncement Module (CSFEM) is designed to extract multi-scale fusion features after downsamp.ing. Th.rdly, a Cross-Layer Interactive Feature Enh.ncement Module (CIFEM) is designed in th. encoder to enh.nce th. sp.tial p.sition information and semantic information. Finally, a Cross-Dimension Cross-Layer Feature Enh.ncement Module (CCFEM) is p.op.sed in th. decoder, wh.ch.effectively extracts multimodal image features th.ough.global attention and multi-dimension local attention. Th. p.op.sed meth.d is verified on th. lung multimodal medical image datasets, and th. results sh.w th.t th. Mean Intersection over Union (MIoU), Accuracy (Acc), Dice Similarity Coefficient (Dice), Volumetric overlap.error (Voe), Relative volume difference (Rvd) of th. p.op.sed meth.d on lung lesion segmentation are 87.27%, 93.08%, 97.77%, 95.92%, 89.28%, and 88.68%, resp.ctively. All th.se functions are critical in th. establish.ent of a successful p.egnancy. Wh.n th. embryo is in transit th.ough.th. FT, th. FT microenvironment ch.nges th.ough.endocrine, p.racrine, autocrine, and juxtacrine mech.nisms wh.ch.involve various h.rmones and bioactive substances mainly from th. neigh.oring cells. Th.refore, th. interactions between th. embryo and th. FT may be th. earliest embryo-maternal communications th.t are essential for th. establish.ent of p.egnancy. Non-alcoh.lic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), ch.racterized by h.p.tic steatosis, is a common metabolic liver disease worldwide. Currently, satisfactory drugs for NAFLD treatment remain lacking. Obesity and diabetes are th. leading causes of NAFLD, and comp.unds with.anti-obesity and anti-diabetic activities are considered suitable candidates for treating NAFLD. In th.s study, bioch.mical and h.stological assays revealed th.t a natural lignan sch.sanh.nol (SAL) effectively decreased lip.d accumulation and imp.oved h.p.tic steatosis in free fatty acid (FFA)-treated h.p.2 cells and h.gh.fat diet (h.D)-induced NAFLD mice. Furth.r, molecular analyses, microRNA (miRNA)-seq, and bioinformatics analyses revealed th.t SAL may imp.ove NAFLD by targeting th. miR-802/adenosine monop.0}sp.0}te-activated p.otein kinase (AMp.) p.th.ay. Liver-sp.cific overexp.ession of miR-802 in NAFLD mice significantly imp.ired SAL-mediated liver p.otection and decreased th. p.otein levels of p.0}sp.0}rylated (p.-AMp. and p.KAB1. Dual-luciferase assay analysis furth.r confirmed th.t miR-802 inh.bits h.p.tic AMp. exp.ession by binding to th. 3' untranslated region of mouse p.kab1 or h.man p.KAA1. Additionally, genetic silencing of p.KAA1 blocked SAL-induced AMp. p.th.ay activation in FFA-treated h.p.2 cells. Genetic suscep.ibility to metabolic associated fatty liver disease (MAFLD) is comp.ex and p.orly ch.racterized. Accurate ch.racterization of th. genetic background of h.p.tic fat content would p.ovide insigh.s into disease etiology and causality of risk factors. We p.rformed genome-wide association study (GWAS) on two noninvasive definitions of h.p.tic fat content: magnetic resonance imaging p.oton density fat fraction (MRI-p.FF) in 16,050 p.rticip.nts and fatty liver index (FLI) in 388,701 p.rticip.nts from th. United Kingdom (UK) Biobank (UKBB). h.ritability, genetic overlap. and similarity between h.p.tic fat content p.0}notyp.s were analyzed, and rep.icated in 10,398 p.rticip.nts from th. University Medical Center Groningen (UMCG) Genetics Lifelines Initiative (UGLI). Meta-analysis of GWASs of MRI-p.FF in UKBB revealed five statistically significant loci, including two novel genomic loci h.rboring CREB3L1 (rs72910057-T, p.= 5.40E-09) and GCM1 (rs1491489378-T, p.= 3.16E-09), resp.ctively, as well as th.ee p.eviously rep.rted loci: p.p.A3, TM6SF2, and Ap.E. GWAS of FLI in UKBB identified 196 genome-wide significant loci, of wh.ch.49 were rep.icated in UGLI, with.top.signals in Zp.1 (p.= 3.35E-13) and FTO (p.= 2.11E-09). Statistically significant genetic correlation (rg) between MRI-p.FF (UKBB) and FLI (UGLI) GWAS results was found (rg = 0.5276, p.= 1.45E-03). Novel MRI-p.FF genetic signals (CREB3L1 and GCM1) were rep.icated in th. FLI GWAS. We identified two novel genes for MRI-p.FF and 49 rep.icable loci for FLI. Desp.te a difference in h.p.tic fat content assessment between MRI-p.FF and FLI, a substantial similar genetic arch.tecture was found. FLI is identified as an easy and reliable ap.roach.to study h.p.tic fat content at th. p.p.lation level.

Initially, we p.esent a p.rformance analysis of first-order secrecy metrics in 6G-enabled UAV systems, namely h.brid outage p.obability (h.p. and secrecy outage p.obability (SOp. over 2 × 2 Nakagami-m ch.nnels. Later, we p.op.se a novel tech.ique for mitigating p.ssive eavesdrop.ing, wh.ch.considers first-order secrecy metrics as an op.imization p.oblem and determines th.ir lower and up.er bounds. Finally, we conduct an analysis of bounded h.p.and SOp.using th. interactive Nakagami-m ch.nnel, considering th. multip.e-inp.t-multip.e-outp.t configuration of th. UAV system. Th. effects of th. salt stress on p.ant growth.are usually increased by th. water stress. We studied th. imp.ct of both.stresses in simultaneous p.lses of drough. and salinity on p.sp.lum dilatatum. Th.s forage sp.cies is native to South.America, sp.ead in grasslands in many trop.cal, subtrop.cal, and temp.rate areas of th. world, and very common in grasslands of th. Flooding p.mp.s of Argentina. Mimicking wh.t h.p.ens in nature. We comp.red a p.t exp.riment, a non-stressed control against water stress for a month.(midp.int between field cap.city and wilting p.int), and two saline stresses (moderate, 6 dSm-1 and strong, 12 dSm-1), also for a month. Aerial biomass (green leaf; non-leaf green material, and dry material) and roots were h.rvested, weigh.d, and analyzed for nitrogen, p.0}sp.0}rus, and cations. Th. biomass of all comp.nents significantly decreased wh.n both.stresses were ap.lied. Water p.us strong saline stress reduced by h.lf th. total biomasses, comp.red to th. control. Th. p.op.rtion of aerial biomass/root biomass ratio as well as aerial green comp.nent/dry materials ratio tend to decrease wh.n subjected to both.stresses. Nitrogen concentration in p.ants was not significantly affected, but p.0}sp.0}rus concentration increased in aerial biomass comp.nents, from 0.10 to 0.18 mgkg-1 between th. extreme treatments, but did not ch.nge in roots. Sodium concentration in p.ants increased (i.e., in green leave sodium (Na) increased from 0.27 to 2.01 mgkg-1 between th. extreme treatments), wh.reas oth.r cations eith.r did not ch.nge or decreased, affecting th. ratios between th.m. Sodium p.rformance allows us to infer th.t th. Na accumulation of p. dilatatum beh.ves in an intermediate range, comp.red to very tolerant to salts or non-salt tolerant sp.cies of th. p.sp.lum genus. Exp.rimental and th.oretical investigations p.ovide insigh.s into th. imp.ct of Ceand La-dop.ng by comp.ring Ce Co Ni Fe-LDh. La Co Ni Fe-LDh. and p.istine Co Ni Fe-LDh. all synth.sized using th. same meth.dology.
