Using the Phillips-Loretan approach, this paper verifies the degree and speed of pass- through and rigidity of different interest rates in China, as well as the response of private loan interest rates to other interest rates during 2002-2012. The results indicate that the long-term pass-through from the interbank offered rates and deposit and loan interest rates to the treasury bond rate is incomplete, but that the long-term pass-through to private loan interest rates is overshooting. The long-term pass-through from the deposit and loan interest rates to the overnight interbank offered rate is incomplete, while that to the interbank offered rates of other maturities is complete. The short-term passthrough and adjustment speed of interest rates exhibit asymmetry. Therefore, before considering a full liberalization of interest rates, it is important to further enhance the competition of the financial system and the function of different interest rate systems, such as the interhank market and bond market.

＜正＞Using a panel data of both audit firms and listed firms in China from 2001 to 2003, we examine the continuous relation between audit firm size and audit quality in China’s relatively competitive market for publicly listed *** find that larger auditors are more likely to issue modified opinions than smaller *** also find that larger auditors tend to enjoy a significant audit fee *** results indicate the existence of not only a positive but also a continuous relation between audit firm size and audit quality in the *** further examine the relation between the size of auditors and the listed firms’ corporate governance and offer evidence that the size of auditors is related positively to quality of corporate *** results suggest that auditing is a complement to various internal corporate control mechanisms in the listed firms.

信贷供给周期先影响公司融资目的,然后影响公司融资方式选择。本文以公司融资目的从长期资金需求到流动性资金需求的转变衡量信贷供给周期的影响,运用中国上市公司季度报表数据进行实证分析。经验研究发现,信贷供给周期会显著影响公司在流动性资金需求与长期资金需求之间的替代性选择,信贷紧缩会促使公司增加流动性资金需求而降低长期资金需求,反之亦然。而且,这种替代性选择会影响公司的投资行为,促使公司减少新增投资。该结论不仅突出了信贷供给周期的重要性,更强调需求层面的因素在货币政策传导中的作用。因此,注重信贷供给的节奏与信贷能力的变化比仅注重信贷投放的规模更重要,应依据微观经济主体融资目的调整信贷供给政策。

The battery thermal management of electric vehicles can be improved using neural networks predicting quantile sequences of the battery *** work extends a method for the development of Quantile Convolutional and Quantile Recurrent Neural Networks(namely Q*NN).Fleet data of 225629 drives are clustered and balanced,simulation data from 971 simulations are augmented before they are combined for training and *** Q*NN hyperparameters are optimized using an efficient Bayesian optimization,before the Q*NN models are compared with regression and quantile regression models for four *** analysis of point-forecast and quantile-related metrics shows the superior performance of the novel Q*NN *** median predictions of the best performing model achieve an average RmSE of 0.66°C and R^(2) of *** predicted 0.99 quantile covers 98.87%of the true values in the test *** conclusion,this work proposes an extended development and comparison of Q*NN models for accurate battery temperature prediction.

Inaccuracies of traffic sensors during traffic counting and vehicle classification have persisted as transportation agencies have been prompted to calibrate sensors *** of multiple objects,heavy occlusions,and similar appearances in congested places are some causes of computer vision model *** paper used the YOLOv5 model for detection and the DeepSORT model for tracking *** to the nature of the reported problem caused by many misses and mismatches,the power of quantum computing with the alternating direction method of multipliers(ADmm)optimizer was leveraged.A basic Kalman filter and the Hungarian algorithm features were used in combination with a quantum optimizer to present robust multiple object tracking(mOT)*** hybrid combination of the classical and quantum model has fastened learning the occludes during frame matching of tracks and detections by generating minimum quantum cost function *** with the existing models indicated a significant increase in the primary mOT metric multiple object tracking accuracy(mOTA)by 16%more than the regular YOLOv5-DeepSORT model when using a quantum ***,a 6%multiple object tracking precision(mOTP)increases and a 6%identification metrics(F_(1))score increase were observed using the quantum optimizer with identity switching reduced from 6 to *** model is expected to assist transportation officials in improving the accuracy of traffic counts and vehicle classification and reduce the need for regular computer vision software calibration.

Recently,azobenzene-4,4'-dicarboxylic acid(ADCA)has been produced gradually for use as an organic synthesis or pharmaceutical intermediate due to its eminent *** large quantities put into application in the future,the thermal stability of this substance during storage,transportation,and use will become quite ***,in this work,the thermal decomposition behavior,thermal decomposition kinetics,and thermal hazard of ADCA were *** were conducted by using a SENSYS evo DSC device.A combination of differential iso-conversion method,compensation parameter method,and nonlinear fitting evaluation were also used to analyze thermal kinetics and mechanism of ADCA *** results show that when conversion rate α increases,the activation energies of ADCA's first and main decomposition peaks *** amount of heat released during decomposition varies between 182.46 and 231.16 J·g^(-1).The proposed kinetic equation is based on the Avrami-Erofeev model,which is consistent with the decomposition *** the frank-Kamenetskii model,a calculated self-accelerating decomposition temperature of 287.0℃is obtained.
